Buyer beware, quality matches his abilities, very little. He never keeps a schedule and is rarely on site. When he realizes he is in over his head, he will quit on you. I have pi ture to show his ability to back up this review.

When our shared office space needed an upgrade and we didn’t know what was possible. We called a number of “professionals” who basically told us what they wanted to do. Some had good ideas but they didn’t really listen to what we had hoped to see done. When we spoke to Chris Pitt from Outdoor Modern Concepts the first time, he was very attentive and listened to everything we had dreamed up (some of it was pretty out there if were being honest). He seemed genuinely interested in what we wanted and not what he thought we should do. After our first meeting he told us that he would take as many of our dreams as possible and put together a rendering of what we wanted that would work best for our space. After a few meetings both in person and on the phone, we had an amazing design we loved. The process took a while to get started due to their schedule but we believed in Chris and his team making or dreams come true. After starting construction the process was very smooth and steady for the most part. Some materials did take longer due to availability but understandable. In the end, we were completely wowed in every way by Outdoor Modern Concepts. They had truly turned our crazy dream into a reality. We now have an area to show off to clients as well as for our staff to unwind and enjoy some relaxation. We highly recommend them for both personal and professional designs and construction of your wildest dreams. If they can take ours and wow us, they will definitely do the same for you and your dreams.

We had an amazing experience with Outdoor Modern Concepts. We wanted an outdoor living space like we had always seen on HGTV. Outdoor Modern Concepts helped make our dream become an actual design. Starting with a large custom putting green, lined with a paver patio, wood burning fireplace and all while converting a bunch of unused area in our backyard. Now we have a great place for entertaining friends and family only a few steps out our back door. We couldn’t be happier.
