Ive used this laundromat several times over the years, during periods of time when my home machine was broken. On the occasion this morning, I had the good fortune to meet the owner, Roland. I was able to personally let him know what a clean facility this location always is. The very few inoperable machines are always clearly marked & then quick to be repaired. The restroom facilities are always clean, the coin & laundry detergent machines are always stocked & the staff are friendly. The experiences here take the drudgery out of doing laundry.

Great place to do your laundry always friendly helpful staff. Clean machines and the clean location restrooms are available for those use the facility. Washing machine stopped at 2:25 to load from a small load with no additional charge for hot water cycle. They have jumbo machines which are $5 per cycle. Try us take quarters and depending on your clothes depends on the amount youll spend.

This laundry mat is cleaner than most in my area. Ill pay the extra quarter for that perwash just for the effort they go to so that customers can at least feel like their clothes are clean.

Wow, shocked from the very fair (low) price for my many, many, many bags of laundry to be washed. Good service. No need to buy a washer & dryer now because of their service.

Spent a couple of hours using a variety of machines to do all of my laundry after washing machine broke. Pretty typical laundromat, could be a little cleaner. My biggest concern was for safety of staff and customers, neither of which are required to wear masks, which is a concern in such a small space. Seating isnt plentiful or flexible, so there were strangers seated right next to each other without masks, one of whom had a horrible sounding cough. If I visit again during the pandemic, Ill bring a chair so I can sit outside while my laundry is being processed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Value was good. It wasnt busy when I was visited and there were lots of machines available. The machines worked well and cleaned my clothes nicely. Plenty of folding tables to use.

I arrived to the laundry matt at 7:20 and the short mexican woman slam the door in my face. It was not 7:30 I was here all the time. She said she was tired This is your job you must stay open until the time. I only had one bag to wash. Thats not right this is a business. I will never go here again. I just can not believe the service that I receive today I just moved to the area and I needed to do laundry I came across this place I feel in love with it I have been coming every weekend and I was kind of worried about this weekend because of the crisis that we are in but the owner was there to greet us and to assure us that he was doing his best to keep his customers safe he was wiping down machines and everything who does that you know people judge places by reviews my take on that is go visit the place Mr Freeman five stars to you see next weekend!!!!

I own a Cleaning Co., and have to use Old Town Coin Laundry from time to time; as a matter of fact I’m here now typing this review. The owner Roland and his staff are very upbeat and helpful. If a machine malfunctions or you need anything to do with laundry they are there to lend a hand. I have and will recommend Old Town Coin Laundry for all who need it. They have help yourself, pick up and drop off and you can also drop off and pick up on your own services available.

It is our first visit here and we were pleasantly surprised. The attendant, who happened to be the owner, was extremely nice and very knowledable and he explained the machines to us. I will DEFINITELY return!!!

Highly recommend. They were great. Our dryer broke last night with towels inside, not drying after running all night. We also had wet towels in the wash. I brought in two huge baskets of wet clothes at 10:00 a.m. and they were washed, dried and folded by 3:00. Nice staff, clean store and very affordable.

This is my favorite laundry service. Is clean, the people who work here are so kind, this is important. I live far away but isnt matter.

About 2 weeks ago my elderly father took laundry in to your facility to be laundered by you. Dress shirts, under garments and towels. When he returned to pick up his items, the woman argued with him, stating that he didnt bring anything in at all. The manager followed suit. This is the worst customer service!My father needs to be compensated for his loss!

Beat up.. but functional.. they play christian music .. which is a pleasant change.

My last visit, I used one of their biggest washers for one of my loads, had actually planned on using 2 of them. I counted out my change on the folding table before putting the correct amount of coins in the first washer. I had already put in my clothes and detergent and had closed it. Once I inserted my coins it just spinned... it did not start washing. When I went to who I am assuming was the owner, he said it’s only spinning and not washing because I did not insert the money. I kindly explained that I did and he didn’t believe me. After pondering on leaving I looked around and noticed cameras and suggested he check them so he could see everything I did. Instead he offered to let me wash free ‘one time’. I was very upset because the attendant saw me put money in the damn machine and said nothing! I will NEVER visit again and recommend using the one (amongst another down University) on North Point down from Walmart Neighborhood Market if you’re close to University Parkway.

Restrooms were very disgusting! Looked like per on the floor! There was a awful smell in there too! I coin dispenser was empty I had to ask to get change. I was waiting on my clothes to clean and when they apparently finished the lady that works there ask the man beside her if they were his never even look around to see if anyone else was waiting and didnt ask me so she took my clothes out with out my permission and they were still damp.I SAID excuse me those are mine she so oh they were done so I took them out seriously! I was planning on putting in more coins in to dry but she already took out my clothes. I think that desrespectful! They werent even dry!!! Come on now!!! I dont recommend this place to NO ONE!!!!

Cant believe I would ever enjoy a trip to the laundermat but I sure did..great experience.clean..nice people run it..so ealways using the jumbo washers and dryers for theories

False advertising, the front door and even this post says OPEN UNTIL 9:00PM!! Unfortunately my dryer broke down so I Googled this place,I arrived at 7:50 just to be confronted by an old cranky man telling me that I had to leave. Thankfully I found a much cleaner and upscale facility on University Parkway.Nice automatic doors.And no rude attendent trying to shove you out the doors!!

Definelty older and small. Smelled funny. Needs a deep cleaning. Dryers are probably older then me. Lol!! There are a few new dryers tho. The attendant was friendly. But I will continue to search for a cleaner laundry matt. Updating July 2020. I came back to here and seen roaches. Not sure if will continue to do laundry here or not. Its really hard to find a decent clean laundromat. Everywhere I found is dirty old and nobody cleans the washers where the soap goes.
