It is adequate for doing laundry. Hours of operation and accessibility are good. Would be better if there were more machines that were operational.

Trash overflowing outside. Built up mold and residue in the dispensers and door panels. These clothes probably won’t even come out clean. You come here to CLEAN your clothes. You’d hope that the machines you use would be at least decently. It’s not that hard to clean up a few of the washers as a daily duty to whoever works/runs this places.

I went here jan 7th 2021 around 9pm, And let me tell you this was the most filthiest laundry place I ever seen. Most the washers and dryers were out of order. Mold in every washer that did work, dryer with no heat. And worst of all there was a homeless crackhead in the bathroom the whole 2hrs I was there who occassionally came out to ask for matches or a lighter and $1.25 to buy him a soda all while he had a beer stashed in the corner. I feel so bad for bringing my wife and kids to this place never again

Detergent spilled all down the sides of the machines. I am here Sunday afternoon. There are 18 machines out of service.

Was very clean, most machines were in operation. A hand full out of service. Machines are older but work just fine. Can be busy near lunch time on weekends. Overall pretty decent place.

You can tell they are trying to clean the place up. They just got all new cart baskets and have been doing good keeping the place tidy

This place is sad. Lots of washers and dryers out of order. They are probably older than me.. Floor needs a sweeping and mopping. Mold on the lids where u add soap. Detergent caked on. Come on. People come to clean their clothes not make them more dirty. Apparently the owners are lazy and dont care. Ill stick to washing at laundrabrite on peters creek. I only came here because it was close to where I was at and didnt want to drive that far. But this is the last time I will wash at this dump hole.

I have not been here in about 9 months and its in bad shape. Many machines are out of order, some machines are missing. Its dirty, the machines where you put the detergent are not being cleaned. The entire environment is plain sad. There are 3 ppl working in the establishment. cigarettes and vape pens are laying out. I dont know if the ownership changed hands, but its truly taken a downward spiral.

Only about 3 washers worked and maybe 3 dryers worked the place is a dump its dirty and very unsanitary will never go there again whoever ownes it should give it up and sell it to someone that would take care of the place and maintain the the washers and dryers

I dropped off my bedspread on a Saturday. The attendant was friendly, the price was reasonable, and she had it ready for pick up in less than three hours. There were a lot of customers around, so apparently other people are happy with the service too. Planning to return.

This place is so run down and dirty. Not clean at all. Homeless people hang out here. It has cameras but seriously doubt they work. Most of the machines are not working. Needs a big upgrade

There are always machines down and the tenant is very lazy. The floors always need to be swept and the machines need to be wiped down. The customers are always nice and polite. Usually there is a good vibe. The 85% of the machines that do work, work very well. The overall cost to do laundry here isnt bad. Roughly $3.25-$4.50 per load, wash & dry.

46% of your washing machines are out of order. I only thought is was fair to give you a review based on the amount of functioning machines you have. There are physically 30 countable machines in this location, and 14 of them are out of order. As an owner I would be passed if half of my product was wasting floor space and costing me money 💰

I wish I had driven the extra miles and minutes to go to a laundromat that had better reviews. The place was not very clean. The coin changer did work and gave accurate change. I dont think the lint filters had been cleaned recently as the clothes were very hot and there was lint dust around the filter doors. I used 5 dryers and had to hold the doors shut on 2 of them. Lucky for me, they were side by side. The bathroom was in poor shape, especially the exhaust fan which was unplugged and uncovered. The tile floor needs a lot of attention.

Not been to very many coin laundry places so I dont have much to compare with. It was a little warm while waiting for my clothes to wash but it is in the middle of July. Seems well lit and pretty open. Most expensive/largest washer runs $4.50. Could use a little more seating. Otherwise I have no problems coming here again.

This is the nastiest laundromat I’ve ever seen in my 34 years of living.. It takes nothing to sweep, mop, and wipe off the washers. Who ever is the attendant or owner should be fired. For the people that have no choice to come here find another place the money the making off y’all and they can’t even offer y’all mold free washers. People only do what you allow...

Seems no one maintains this place. We have been trying to contact these people for over a week about a lost/stolen phone. There are cameras inside the facility but if you cant contact anyone there then whats the use??? BTW to whomever the owner is, bleach can clean more than clothes and disinfectant is not expensive .

Visited again and floors are clean and machines are clean and the person working cleaned floors and machine and moped while I was there. If only there were more workable machine it would be nice.

Great dryers

Rainbow has gone down in upkeep and quality over the past several years. Once a clean and well kept laundromat with fully functional appliances, it has now fallen into disrepair. The first row of toploaders contained detergent I would suspect placed there by unsupervised children. Every third or fourth machine had an out of order sticker on them. You guys used to be wonderful. What happened?

Im usually able to get in and out without waiting on a washer or dryer. I like here but they need to fix about 5 dryers and 9 washers. The attendant is always nice and helpful.

Its kinda hot/humid in there. But it costs $3.50 to do a small load. Most of washers eere covered and not useable though.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. I have given this location multiple visits because it it 15 minutes closer to me than the other location. I will not be returning. The woman usually on duty is angry, rude, and unhygienic. I have watched her bully customers, ignore customers, and I watched her squash a cockroach on my last visit that ran out from one of the dryers. Which she smashed while looking me in the face and smiling. She did not clean it up or spray for bugs. Most of the washing and drying machines are out of order and quite a few of the working ones are often filled with clothes that are being neglected either by the staff or customers. Every single dryer I have tried here (which is about 8) has over heated to the point that it is painful to pull out my clothes. Not to mention the two pair of jeans that they shrunk even though I turned the dials to low heat both times. This location is very dirty. I have never seen the attendant clean though I have been at different times, different days, and different amounts of time.

They do need to fix machines, freshen the place up, and add WiFi. With those improvements it would make this place a 5 star. The machines that do work are great and have huge capacity. There are also a Subway and Chinese restaurant next door.

Great place to do Laundry. Clean Washers and HOT Dryers!! Open late with some police presence around, but still take caution. Ok lighting at night. Peak hours can vary, but best hours are between 9-11am mon-fri. You can get all your laundry done with out the crowd.

The manager, Diane, is very responsive to the patrons of the laundromat...

I usually go to the Rainbow Laundry on Silas Creek, & thats where I should have gone. I had already dragged my clothes inside, & was overwhelmed with the amount of broken, dirty machines. This place is in dire need of maintenance & cleaning. There is not a variety of sizes with the washers, & it took me $1.75 to dry the same amount of clothes that cost me .75 at the other laundromat....& they were still damp. I went looking for a washer/dryer today, thats how bad the experience here was.

I have been trying to reach someone at this location and their is no one on site and i have tried to call and no one answers the phone. i have been driving back and forth to this laudromat - i cannot remove my clothing from a washer that has been running on the rinse cycle for the past 15 hours. i will surely not be going to this location for any laundry needs in the future. i do need to note that the other customers utilizing this laudromat were all very helpful and nice when i asked them any questions related to the machines.

Mold in all the tops of the washers where you put detergent, caked up detergent. Very gross. Owners really needs to clean.

No longer clean, some machines had mold in soap dispensers. Staff is on phone or chatting with each other.

If I could give this place no stars I would, their machines are always broken, you can’t get in contact with anyone, and there’s no help when you need it, WAST OF MONEY. Sometimes when you put all your cloths in and it doesn’t work then you can’t get your money back if the manager is not there and they never are .

This place Its really dirty. A lot of machines dont work. The only thing I like is that some dryers dry really fast.

Awefullly dirty,half of machines out of service

Equipment is cheap to use. Facility has bill exchange and is rarely out of order. There is a few restaurants nearby and a smoke shop so I’m rarely bored while I do my laundry. Facility does get packed during the weekends and evenings so plan accordingly.
