Great company, they definitely work with you to help find a job that fits your tastes as long as you communicate what those are. I first worked with Craig who is a really great guy who got me a job in the manufacturing field which I knew I was exhausted of so that assignment didn’t go to well. I communicated that dissatisfaction with my position to Jessica and she immediately put me on the list to find a more suitable position for the direction I wanted to take. She got me a job at a really good company. Always communicated things I needed to know, always sorted out my issues if I had any and what I appreciated more than anything made me feel like a human being.

First of all 5 stars and two thumbs up. This is the first Staffing agency I have tried. Ive been in the restaurant industry as a manager for 20 years. So, just fed up I put in a two week notice and started job hunting witch I know is backwards. A couple dead ends the first week and a little frustrated. I created an account with TRC Staffing on Sunday night and received a call Monday morning! Craig Nicolson assured me that it was going to be okay. He had already had jobs lined up!! Absolutely Incredible !!! Wednesday, Im testing and interviewing Friday I have a new job!! That matches my manager salary!! By far the best hiring experience Ive had with a company. The hiring process itself was smooth and fast finding a job that fit my taste, any questions i had where answered, and they check in often so its very personable! Definitely reccomend

TRC has been a great place to work for!!!My experience: I walked in TRC Staffing one morning after my job had put me leave due physical problems and being misled from another job. I pretty much was down on my luck. I handed Mrs.Rachael my resume and sat with her at her desk... I openly explained all the things that occurred, she looked over my resume and offered me a position with a company with a agreement of a excel test and a interview with the company, I complied and got the job!!! I completed my three (3) months contract with the company and with the help of Mrs. Jessica I earned another 3 months contract with the same company! This is one of the best staffing companies, they kept me updated and followed up with me through my contract.

Staff is always pleasant and professional. They listen to their applicants career choices and work diligently to position them with a company that match. This is by far the best staffing service I have experienced in the Triad area.

TRC worked with me and my resume to get me working, again. They were not only polite and professional (which I require of a service such as this), they were also fun to get along with. They also followed up with me when I was hired directly by the company I was working with, and continued to check on me once a month for a couple of months to be sure everything continued to go well. Im very pleased with that level of service, and would renew my registration with them if I needed to in the future.

I would strongly advise against going with a staffing service unless you absolutely NEED TO or you need the help to get your foot into a door somewhere. Going with a staffing service was probably one of the worst things I could’ve ever done.. This is all my fault as I put my trust in a staffing service. This is why now I strongly look for jobs on my own and take opportunities as soon as they are given to me. Of course everyone’s experience is different and there is no issue with wanting help.however, It all worked out in the end as I have a great job now.I contacted TRC Staffing services back in perhaps November/December 2018? I had an interview and it seemed to went well. They promised they would search for something for me and contact me if they found a great opportunity for me. Of course they had other priorities ( as in other job seekers who were here first, understandable) I continued to job search on my own and stayed in contact with TRC. Erica(?) said if I never heard from her in 2 weeks to contact her again. I did just that perhaps in early December(?) the lady on the phone said simply “ok I’ll let her know you called”That was the last time I heard from TRC. No other updates. Around this time I was still job searching on my own as best as I can while I blindly thought they were helping me too. Never received an email or phone call from them every again. Everyone’s experience is different but I would never in my life again go with a staffing services. They are incredibly unreliable and lack of communication and updates are very common.
