The company sent 2 girls on their first day-- not even with someone more seasoned. I paid extra for a deep clean & was told that a deep clean included things like the refrigerator being moved & cleaned around.1. 2 girls on their first day were sent by themselves2. Not one ceiling fan was dusted3. Regular cleaning products were used on stainless steel appliances leaving them streaky as hell4. Kitchen mats were not cleaned under5. Pictures & frames on the walls werent dusted6. They left 1 & 1/2 hours early7. They didnt wipe down the fridge & I noticed later food spilled down the side was left8. THEY DID NOT BRING A MOP & instead of telling my husband who was home (we wouldve had them use our steam mop) they wiped floors with rags & left them extremely sticky9. Bathroom trash cans were not moved so dust & cat hair was all around them10. Side bar in dining room wasnt dusted, neither was bedroom furnitureThe list could go on & on...I had a very clean home at the time I scheduled this so aside from the hardwood, kitchen & bathroom floors & dusting, it shouldve been easy. I was hosting a baby shower the next day. This was supposed to make it easier on me, yet made it so much worse.This was an AWFUL experience. The owner of the company said we will resend someone to meet your standards very sarcastically to me on the phone- Im sorry- but I think bringing a mop to a house cleaning, dusting & cleaning under bath & kitchen mats- especially a deep cleaning- that would be expected & not just my standards as he so rudely phrased it.I would give 0 stars if I could. Especially after being told I could receive a refund by a manager then the owner telling me no that I couldnt even though these girls did nothing but wipe a dirty rag on my bathroom floor & then over the rest of the house. They didnt even go in my laundry/mud room!!!

Its great to have a clean house...every week! Recommended.
