From most of the reviews I read about Primo I was expecting a quality service. I didnt have that at all. I can understand a few things here or there that would be missed but this was a lot. The photos will speak for themselves. From obvious dirt that was missed from my dogs nose prints still on the back window. When I pay $150 for a detail service I would have expected better than that and as it stands I wouldnt use their service again and I certainly wouldnt recomend them to anyone.

Very bad experience. I never do negative reviews but, when I pay 150$ for DETAIL cleaning I m expecting DETAIL cleaning. Right? I m gonna skip the fact that the guy wasnt even on time to pick up and all I m gonna say is that I just paid for a cleaning that I could have at any decent car wash place for less than a half of the money.

We just arrived fromCalifornia and had all 4 vehicles detailed. They did an amazing job on all cars. Priced right and high attention to detail. Every nook and crannie was cleaned. This crew is a keeper!
