I am beyond amazed at the fantastic job the guys at Professional Auto Details did on my car. This was probably the third time I had used them. But it had been several years and they just seem to always get everything exactly right. I would never go to anyone else! Once you try them, you will feel the same.

These guys really know how to make a vehicle look new again. The ceramic coating has done wonders for repelling the harmful elements. Highly recommend John and his staff for their knowledge of detailing and friendliness.

Never have I experienced a group of harder working, more dedicated professionals that pamper and care for your vehicle as if it was there own!!! I’ve been doing business with John for a few years now and I’ve always been impressed, never let down. I recently took the plunge and had my 2 vehicles “ceramiced” and continue to be astonished at the luster and sheen!!! Best to take a ride from someone and leave vehicle as the level of care here takes time. You get what u pay for and the services are not cheap, but when u experience the results, u won’t b disappointed. John has many talents so just ask if u need something. OH MY GOSH. Where do I begin. It started when my 3 year old daughter took a rock down the entire length of my car. I decided to take my dads advice, and I called around for a higher end detailing company that may be able to fix it. I called PAD, and John was super friendly, optimistic and helpful. I brought my car in a day or so later, where they immediately took a look and started to work on it (no appointment, no wait time). Daniel Moody is A ROCK STAR. What a gem. He worked on those scratches as though it was his own car, all the while talking to me about how it works and also just letting me chat his ear off. My car looks 100000x better. LOVE THESE GUYS. I will be bringing my car here from now on to be detailed and if i have any issues again from my three year old (hopefully not). COME SEE THEM!

Great customer service and great quality. 100 % satisfied. Just know that it sometimes it takes a while to ensure your vehicle looks just as clean or better than one on a show-room floor. The price is well worth it. I will definitely be back.

Just picked up my 2008 Honda CR-V. Couldnt be happier with the results. They did a phenomenal job considering the car is over 10 yrs old and has had little exterior maintenance. Interior detailing was flawless. Would highly recommend John and his team.

I had my 2009 Camry detailed and the headlights yellow haze removed. John and his team did an excellent job. The car looks like new. Fair price. Very satisfied with the work. I am putting the car up for sale but it looks so good now I almost want to keep it.

John and his team did a fantastic job of rejuvenating my truck. Its an 8yr old black truck used mainly at my farm. It has some minor dents and scratches, inside had stained carpets and the grey leather upholstery had become more of a tan from dirt and neglect. It probably hadnt been waxed in years, so my expectations werent terrible high.I dropped it off on a Thursday morning and it wasnt quite ready by the end of the day. Job. Did call me and apologize that it was taking longer than expected. I wasnt in a rush, so it was fine. He called me late Friday to let me know it was ready, but I could not get there. Y days end. John graciously met me that Saturday morning (on his day off) to make sure I could pick up the truck.It looked fabulous! I dont think the interior has looked this good since it rolled out of the dealership lot. The exterior looks fresh and shiny, again, too. He did caution me about putting the mats in too soon, as the carpet cleaner, while neutralized, may cause a smell reaction similar to burnt rubber. Instead, he suggested waiting a day or so.Quite happy

These guys did an amazing job on my car. My daughter had gotten slime all over my seat and they got it all out not a stain one left. I highly recommend this place and will definitely use them again.

I own a lawn care business and work out of my 2013 Crew cab F150. I desperately needed a complete detail cleaning of the interior and exterior of my “work truck”. John and his team did an amazing job. I was shocked at the mirror finish on the exterior and how clean the seats and carpet came out. The truck looked cleaner than the day I bought it! I highly recommend Professional Auto Detailing for all of your detailing needs.

I called many detailing services, and Professional offered the best price for the same service as other companies. AND my car looks, feels, and smells great. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. I brought them my 2005 Tahoe and quite frankly, it was a mess. I have 4 kids so you can imagine all the melted crayons, crumbs, fries and juice stains. My intent was to have it cleaned in preparation to sell. Was told to drop it off at 8:30am and pickup would be around 5:30-6:00pm the same day.I got off work a little early and was dropped off for pickup. Was not in a hurry as I did not expect it to be done given the shape it was in. John and his team worked diligently and were able to finish it up by 7:20pm.I really wish I would have taken a before picture, but this Tahoe looks better than the day I bought it. I already have multiple people interested in buying due to the cleanliness of the vehicle (had they seen it the week before...) I was very impressed with not only the job done, but I have no doubt the young men that work there had better things to do on a friday night, but were dedicated to getting the job done and done well.I will be taking the wifes van next without hesitation...and yes, it is worse ;)

This place is amazing! They do a phenomenal job on both of my vehicles. One I use to transport my dogs and they get all the dog hair out and make it look amazing again. I will not take my cars anywhere else.

Professional Automotive Detailing did a great job of detailing my husbands car. When we went to pick it up the car looked like it had come right off the car dealership lot-brand new. In fact, it looked so good I called the next day to make an appointment for my car. The owner, John, was very personable and professional.

They did great work. Actually they did more than they said they would for no added cost. Very professional and pleasant staff. Recommend highly.

I had 2 vehicles cleaned this week. John and his guys have been taking care of my cars for years. Whether a classic muscle car or a daily driver, no one takes more pride in his work than John. Took in my 24k miles, All-Black Corvette Stingray for a full detail, with 1-yr Paint Sealant job. I dont usually let anyone touch my car, but I was impressed with the work that I witnessed these guys performing on other cars. The owner was more than generous in working with me on scheduling and helping me get to and from work since they needed my car all-day. End result...AMAZING, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Black is so difficult to work on, and not only does my entire car have a better-than-showroom mirror finish, they polished out 99% of the road-rash on the front bumper and around the wheels. I live in South Carolina, and I will drive back to these guys when it comes time to for the next detail. If youre a car-guy (or gal), and you want a true quality wax or paint-sealant job, THESE ARE THE GUYS TO GO TO!!

I am usually not one to post bad reviews but this one is deserving. I took my car earlier this year for an estimate to have cloth seats cleaned. I was told that there would be no issues removing the stains. The morning that I dropped my car off, I was coming off of night shift. The staff was late to work. So after staying up all night, I had to wait for someone to show up after the start of business hours, despite being given a specific drop-off time. Upon pick up, it did not even look like the car seats had been touched. I was still charged a full $50.00 for this poor service.

So kind and do an absolute AMAZING job. Schedule ahead of time because they are in high demand!

They came highly reccommended. I had scuff marks all over my brand new car from a carwash and they buffed all of them out and cleaned and waxed the car. It looks fantastic! We will be back!

I made my appointment 3 weeks in advance. I dropped my car off at 8:30 when they open. No call from Professional Auto Detailing to update status so I called around 4:45. John said the car will be ready between 5:00 and 5:30. I was dropped off at 5:15 and he says the car is not ready. I wait until after 6:00 for the guys to rush and finish. As they rush to clean the windows John shows me debri in the back glass where the tint had been removed as if to say I cant clean this. I then ask John can it be removed and he said yes. Maybe if he had noticed earlier in the day it could have been cleaned.So I finally get to pay and he has extra items he needs to charge me for. This is after telling him twice at 8:30 if there are any extras please call me. Classic bait and switch, did this on the first car he detailed. Driving home the windshield looked like it had glitter in it. Like an old windshield after years of debri hitting it. Safelite just replaced it, another horror story. I didnt have time to look further but it was much worse on the drive to work in the dark. I grabbed a micro fiber towel and wiped the inside glass and the windshield had a layer of dust on the inside. Glitter gone.Obviously John overbooked and customers suffer. For the price he charged I could have gotten the same level of service at Auto Bell.

I had an FAIR experience with this company. A roofing company got glue on my car and so I called and spoke to Professional Automotive Detailing. He told me for $200 he would get the glue off my car wash it inside and out and clean/shampoo carpets and upholstery. This was right in line with what the others at work were paying at competitive places to have their cars cleaned and detailed inside and out. I was told I could bring it over there on my way to work Monday morning and leave it all day. When I arrived no one was there at 8am but a gentleman in lot who showed me where to park and how to throw my keys up under garage door. Later in day they called me and said What did we tell you we would do and how much did I tell you I would charge you? When all was said and done they only got the glue off my car outside, messed up the rubber on my window where the glue was, vacuumed the inside and that was it. There were spots were it looked like they left wax and I had another guy clean those up for me and get the glue off interior and outside that they missed. No additional cleaning at all, and I paid $200.00. The other ladies I worked with that had taken their bigger SUVS other places with same glue got much better results for same money. (I have a Rav 4 Toyota) Plus, when I went to pick it up (it was not ready at 5pm), I had a can of glass cleaner in floor board they had intended on using and rags in the roof and inside the car, vacuumed carpet but dirty carpet. I was disappointed to say the list and felt like I got a pretty crappy job. Just ok with me...nothing better
