Called to get pricing on a truck wash. Patrick was rude and disrespectful. Said they dont do pricing without seeing the truck. Really? Theres a million places that charge flat rates to wash semis. He hung up on me when I asked if he just charges a flat rate. Said he was in business for 30 years and questioned how long Ive been driving trucks... Stay away from this guy.

One phone call cured me of ever using this place. Dont think of going without an appointment. They list a physical address but work all over the country apparently. To put me in my place, the fellow said, Ok, $2000 to wash your RV and Ill be there whenever you want. Wow.

Just called to see about a washout for my reafer trl guy was very RUDE AND JUST KEPT REPEATING IF YOU NEEDED WHEELS POLISHED OR TANKS CLEANED AND WAS VERY RUDE ALL HE HAD TO SAY WAS NO SORRY WE DONT DO TRL WASHOUTS

Rude for no reason. I called to ask if they do trailer washout because it does not list everything that they do on this page. The gentleman answers the phone I didnt hear him I thought it was a voicemail recording he says hello again or something and I said Im sorry I was just calling to find out do you do trailer washout. He said I dont care what the internet says we polished Wheels we wash trucks we do not do any trailer washout. Like I said he was so rude in the way he said it I wouldnt go there to get my rims polished or my truck washed.

Had an older truck cleaned and detailed, the work was fantastic, looked good enough to put on a lot to be sold. It was a little pricey, and it took a little longer than I would have liked, but good work isnt cheap or quick. Ill go back.

Called to get a price on how much itd cost to get my truck and trailer detailed and the guy hung up on me. Second time I called, before I could get a word out of my mouth, he flies into saying we wash trucks for a living, not kiss ass and if you own a truck you should know how much it costs and if you want to get it washed you can find us online and bring it to us. Well excuse me for asking sir, but Ive been to places thats charged 300 and wasnt worth a hundred and Ive been to places that charged 100 and was worth 500, so yeah I like to know how much something costs before I drive an hour out of the way to give you my money, but you wont have to worry about that now cause Ill do business with somebody whod actually appreciate it. For everybody that sees this, I would seriously consider doing business somewhere else, this guy obviously doesnt appreciate his customers.

Do even bother going to this place for anything, he will just pull a gun on you and tell you to get off his property. I dont understand how they stay in business when they have a gun in hand before finding out if you are a customer or not. Dont go here washed truck and had aluma bright on the brushes. Etched my windshield causing me to have to replace it. Called to talk about refund for the wash not even asking for anything for the repairs and was talked to hatefully and rudely and was told good with trying to my money back because it was already in his account then laughed at me and hung the phone up.

I called to see about trailer washouts. They do not do them unfortunately, however he was polite and professional. Would go to for other services.

So we call to ask about the prices for just a trailer washout because nowhere on the website does it give prices. So you have no choice but to call them. Guy has an attitude and says itll be 500 dollars with the lame ass excuse that they have to wash it outside and the city will fine them that much for doing so, but theyll be more than happy to take our money. Then asks if were coming... ummm, probably never, douche canoe. Ill be sure to spread the word to never go here.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for attention to detail and professionalism. Cleaning a truck seems like a simple task but when you own your own truck, you want someone thats gone take good care of it.

Worst experince calling this guy

Needed Trl washout and was directed on the Internet to this location. I called to make sure they were open and to get directions. When the guy answered and I asked him for directions he said with a snotty attitude where did I you get my number? I told him on the Internet and he said, again with his attitude then go right back to the Internet and get the directions to me from where you are. I pay them $fo hundred and 50 dollars a month for that web to do that.Need I say more?No I didnt go there but found someone else.

Very rude!Should be called CAR wash not TRUCK WASH. I pulled my tractor and trailer in and they were like naw😂😏Now I have to drive 45 miles to a REAL TRUCK WASH and this place is only 5 min from the client😢😒
