Highly recommend this dealership to anyone who’s looking for top notch customer service, genuine interest in helping. Todd and his team were very professional, quick, and made the entire buying process seamless and simple! A special thanks to Richard and his wife who delivered the vehicle to us on a timely manner and they too were great and pleasant to talk with. I’ve experienced many dealers and many salesmen/women, I never once felt pressured or rushed, again thanks a bunch for making this a great experience! God bless!
Being along time customer with Flow BMW and GMC I did not feel that the discussion and pricing process on the possibility of a trade in value was poorly done. The offer was insulting and within 3-5 days I had multiple offers and sold this vehicle for 5600.00 more than your offer to another competitive vendor who was out of town and never saw the vehicle until they picked up and gave me the check. I feel that my loyalty to Flow and long standing client would mean something but apparently not.
I made my first new car purchase from a dealership at Flow GM. I arrived full of doubt and didn’t really plan on purchasing the car that Brian recommended based on my desire to buy a new Spark. I’m thankful for Brian’s recommendation because I adore the Trax and like it much more than the Spark I had. John Waskiel and the Flow GM team made everything easy for us and treated us like family. Not only were they courteous and patient, they made sure we had coffee and water while we waited. I highly recommend Flow GM, especially for first time buyers because the comfort level takes the anxiety of buying a new vehicle away. Many thanks to John and the Flow GM team! I officially have a mom car with the trunk space I need.
We came in with a 2020 Silverado to get a part replaced when they opened with an appointment. We were told about an hour later that they didn’t have the part we needed in stock and they were trying to get it from somewhere else. Cool, no problem. We let them know were driving through to get home to Florida so we were stuck there until the job was done.4 hours later they finally got the part. The next closest Chevy dealership was 3 miles away. The guy said “oh well I guess we should’ve driven there and gotten it from an other dealership”. They apparently waited for a daily delivery truck. We were there for 5 hours for a part for a new Chevy that was also their most popular model. Yup. 5 hours for something that could’ve taken an hour or two. I never write bad reviews but this was so ridiculous. The fact that they could’ve made it faster and chose not to shows a real lack in customer service. So happy I never have to go here ever again.
My agent Mr. Beauchamp was very nice and helpful with all my questions. They approved me very easily. Everyone there was nice and answered all my questions I had and best believe I had a ton. Thanks so much you guys. Ive been car searching for months. Im happy they was able to help.
General Manager and Sales Person was awesome. Very helpful and willing to work with you. Did not rush you or make you feel like they were in a hurry for you to leave. Wonderful service.
Great service and awesome staff! Walter waited till I got there on a late Saturday evening. Very professional and great service even contacted me the next day to check on and make sure we were pleased A+++
Flow kept my car for 10 days waiting on a part. Finally, my husband called Advance Auto and checked to see if they had the part. They did, AC Delco not after market, so we purchased the part and took it to Flow. My car was ready in a couple of hours. You would have thought that Flow would have been able to get the part from a local auto parts store. The Advance Auto was less than 3 miles from the dealership.
Customer Service and the Mechanic were excellent. I thought I had some Chip issues because I couldnt get several screens or cruise control to work. The mechanic brought the car over to customer service and taught me how to bring up the screens. {Im not computer literate and had somehow disengaged several screens}. He didnt just show me, but made sure I did it myself several times -great teacher and appreciated it so much. What I thought would cost me hundreds ended up just costing me my oil and filter change!
The service was great. Anthony made sure everything was completed and ahead of schedule. The cost was more reasonable than I expected for a dealership. I was pleasantly surprised and they cleaned my car up as well. Thanks Flow Cadillac!!
I went there looking at a Sierra 1500 with a 3.0 Duramax. And was wanting to trade my current truck for it but when it came down to the numbers they undervalued my trade $5000 lower than other dealers in the area. Then basically refused to come up and match. If you do business with them please make sure you are getting a fair accurate offer for your trade in. Other than that the people were nice to work with.
This review is a combination of a 5+ for my sales associate, John Waskiel, and a 1- for the finance guy (did not bother to get his name).Shopping for a new truck, I visited 5 different dealerships in Winston-Salem and Kernersville. John was my favorite sales associate. He was very low key and helpful in explaining their inventory and letting us test drive the ones we wanted to. (And unlike one dealership, did not jam himself into the back seats for the test drive during a COVID pandemic.)The truck I was looking for was rare (midsize pickup with 6 bed) and the one they had on the lot was missing a couple of essential features. I asked John to have his manager price those into the cost. When we said down, he gave me a number that was fair and included every possible discount he could find (including a $250 first responders discount). It was higher than the amount I wanted to pay, though. I had written that number down on a sheet of paper and showed it to him. He asked if he could get that number if I would buy the car and I said yes. They ended up giving me more for my trade in than it was worth in order to get to that number. I was happy and I trust they all made money, too.To this point, I was having a great experience at Flow Chevrolet. Unfortunately, I knew I still had to deal with the finance guy. As has been the case with every car I have bought, the finance guy was a douche. When I declined all of the warranties and plans he was trying to upsell me, he attempted to make me feel stupid for declining. He also said, Youre not even going to let me make enough to buy a drink from the machine. (I offered to buy him a drink from the machine.)He then tried to sell me his financing package without indicating what the terms of the loan were. I asked and when he said his rate of 3%, I told him I had a better offer from my credit union. He began to walk off like a child and asked what rate I was offered. I said, Are we negotiating? He said no, he just wanted to know. So I told him the rate, 2.89%. He left, and I started talking to my sales associate about how to use my credit union financing. Lo and behold, a couple of minutes later, finance guy was back with an offer of 2.49%, lower than my credit unions! Shocking! With apologies to anyone who works as a finance person (or a used car salesman) at a car dealership, I have never met one who wasnt the worst cliche of a used car salesman. As much as I liked my sales associate, John Waskiel, I disliked the finance guy.
This was our first maintenance visit for our 2021 Tahoe and of course had not encountered a time needing to take the lug nuts off the vehicle. Quickly learned that we are missing the wheel lock key but we reassured by your team they would be able to assist with a master key. I was advised to contact Terry LaBonte Chevrolet of Greensboro to track down the key.I am extremely pleased with the service and staff. I was informed the time frame it would take and was updated frequently on the status. Great customer service and will be back for future routine maintenance.
Great experience, friendly staff. Will be bringing my Suburban back everything! Service is worth 10 stars, but will only let me rank with 5. Andy in the service department made it a great experience.
The flow GM dealership gave me excellent customer service. They service my vehicle quick and no long waiting time. I have not had any problems with my car since I have been getting my car serviced there. I would definitely recommend a friend or someone to flow GM car dealership.
Had a 7:40am appointment on a Wednesday and picked up the truck at 5:45pm on Thursday. Got to spend some time talking to the Duramax tech which was helpful. Quick service and truck is good so far. My only complaint is getting in touch with Service Department at 5pm to verify truck was ready was horrible. Finally got someone at 5:30.
Very polite, automatically applies any coupons that can be helpful to me. To me, that shows that customer satisfaction is a priority. If your dealership service department helps me save money, I will most definitely spend more money with you and tell everyone that I know about my experience with you and to give you a try. So thank you for a very good experience and for not making me feel that getting my money is your only concern.
The experience was good, the service rep was responsive to my requests to check on an issue that was not something that would necessarily be seen in a computer scan of the systems. This is my wifes car and she travels with my 18month old son and grandson in this car and I have to have confidence in its care and I believe the folks at Flow take that responsibility seriously. We spend a lot of time in this car between New Bern and Winston and we love the Traverse.
Buying my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 from this dealership could not have been any smoother. I was prepared for a fight when I walked in, but there was none. I went here because the price was the lowest around and the truck had every option that I wanted and needed. I actually drove almost 4 hours to go here after speaking with John for a little over a week. Upon coming to the dealership the truck was right upfront ready for me to check out. After a short test drive, I knew that I had to have it just as long as the deal was right. Not only did the deal end up being better than expected, but they even gave us top dollar for our trade! Everything was broken down, and there were no hidden fees. John did an amazing job as a salesman, and everyone that we worked with along the way couldnt have provided a better experience. There was no need for haggling or any of that bs.Flow has earned a customer for life, and Ill be proud to refer anyone that I know in need of a new vehicle. Also, John sent our all weather mats and tire wheel locks next day! No buyers remorse here! Thank you John and to everyone we worked with at Flow GM of Winston Salem!
Great customer service. I loved the text message updates and the video from the maintenance team. Keep it up Flow Buick!
It should not take two hours to perform an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was at 3:00. Arrived at 2:50. My truck was finished at 4:54. My time is also valuable. I can take my truck to a quick oil change business and be gone in less than 30 minutes for the same service. I have used Flow for all my services since I purchased it in 2019 but I can’t continue to wait 2 hours for a basic service.
The experience went really well. I knew what I wanted when I got there. I worked with Ron and Chad. No was no BS, just straight to the numbers. Im very pleased with the deal I got and they made some money. A win win for both sides. From start to finish everything went very quickly.
Robert was very nice & helpful with my entire experience, will definitely be back for maintenance or anything else my Suburban needs.
My overall experience was good. My only issue is the length of time it took to do a diagnostic on the vehicle. I understand dealerships tend to take a longer time but a week is really not a great look. I do appreciate the loaner car which made a big difference. I also have to say that Robert was kind and professional. Thank you
Got us in quick for a recall, greeted us when we pulled into the convenient service area and completed the check up quickly. The one negative that seemed to come from a higher place is that the reason for this battery recall for our Bolt is not being fully disclosed nor fully explained.
Jeff Wheeler listened to what I wanted in both a new truck as well as in the buying process itself, and was very thorough and accommodating.
Service writer was good. Technician got it done quickly. I appreciate the ride home too!
Great customer service. Timely work done. No problems whatsoever.
Service folks have always bent over backwards for me and sales staff is always respectful
Very nice people. Im really happy with experience buying a car at that dealership. I got what I was looking for with a good price. Highly recommend.
Robert (very friendly and knowledgeable) checked me in at the service dept and my truck was brought back quickly! Everything was completed in about an hour. Great service!
Nice facility, awesome staff make this a great place to go to for Dealer quality service at reasonable prices. Highly recommended!!!
Andy is a great service tech. He always makes me feel welcomed.
I had a dead battery and called your toll free number to get an appointment on a Friday afternoon. I spoke to Madeline and she gave me the earliest appointment I thought I could make. As luck would have it, the appointment was in Winston, I live in Greensboro. So I raced over to Winston and was 5 min late for my appointment. I expected a minor delay because of my tardiness. My vehicle sat idling for 1hour and 20 minutes before anyone paid any attention or decided to take it to change the battery. Had I known that so little effort would be paid to my issue, Madeline could have made me a later appointment in Greensboro. 1) I would not have had to drive as far and 2) I would not have had to speed and hustle to make the appointment. The sole reason for getting the earlier appointment in the first place was that I had a board meeting in Myrtle Beach the following morning and wanted to get on the road before it got too late. I am thankful to be able to get the battery replaced, however I am not impressed with the service.
You are always polite patient and you’ve been doing what you say you’re going to do one time and the work is good
Staff was professional and the work was done in a timely manner. I drive past another Chevy dealership to come to Flow for my service.
It was an easy and quick drop off before I went to work and they sent me texts to keep me informed about my service and other issues they found with my multi point inspection. I also liked that they sent a video when my car was done of my car after the complimentary car wash and the technician explaining what he did and what he suggests needs to be worked on. Everyone was very nice and pick up was easy and quick as well. I will continue to return to this dealership for all of my service needs.
The service team (Levi, Avery, Preston, Gilbert, Mr. Bowman) was fantastic with my Nissan Sentra and when it was time to get a bigger car, Jeff wheeler and Mr. Spradlin were so patient, thorough and prompt.
I purchased a Chevrolet Impala from RJ and Dean. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process and gave me a fantastic deal! Thanks for all the help. Highly recommended.
Havent bought a truck from them yet but I will say this these people are awesome and have THE BEST DEALS ON NEW TRUCKS IN THE TRIAD!!!! Ive been to 5 different dealerships around the area and flow has the best pricing out of everyone Ive been to Ron was a great man to work with.
The entire experience was exceptional. My salesman, Nick, was extremely thorough through the whole process. His knowledge and customer service exceeded my expectations going into the car buying process.
This was the service, inspection, make-sure-the-car-is-road-worthy-for-travel, and take-advantage-of-the-tire-promotion visit for my 2013 Buick LaCrosse. It was a pleasure to meet and work with our service advisor, Bryan. He listened carefully, took care of all our needs, and kept us informed along the way. I picked up my car, completely confident that the Buick Team had provided me with their most excellent care!
Very pleased. I did not have an appointment when I went into the service department. The service advisor said they were booked up but would try to work me in. They wereable to work me in and the work was completed later that day in a very timely manner.
This was my first time coming to Flow to get my Chevy maintenance and they did such a great job! They kept me informed throughout the time I spent there and were very attentive. Thank you and I will definitely continue to come there for my car maintenance always!
Walter and Dean at flow Chevrolet in Winston helped me get into my first car! The customer service and patience was awesome! They answered all questions I had and helped me stay in my price range!! I highly recommend them both!!
Fast and friendly. Did everything they could to fix my car!
I cant say enough great things about the Nick Carlson and RJ along with the entire sales team at Flow Chevrolet. Nick acted if me finding the right car was the most important thing, working with me to decide on the LT model. Was a small town buying experience, which in these times is hard to find. Overall, 10/10 score doesnt come close to my satisfaction of Flow, I look forward to Flow car service. thanks all!!!!!!
Andrew Maynor is top notch! He was a great help.
My husband and I were forced to look for a new vehicle due to a recent accident. Flow Chevrolet was 2nd dealership we visited and the entire process was seamless. The salesperson worked well on our behalf in order and we were able to purchase a beautiful new vehicle.
I was very happy with the service and especially grateful to Robert who went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. He has excellent customer service.I brought my truck in for a brake issue and also had an oil change.
This was my first time at Flow Chevy and my service advisor, Robert, was great! I felt like he really cared about me as a customer and the condition of my car. They respectfully recommended additional services for my car and was not pushy about it. It was GM recommended service as well, and not aftermarket things that just brings in extra money like other dealerships do. I need to get the additional service done soon (maybe after the New Year or during my next oil change) and I will gladly come back to Flow. Everything felt right about my experience and as an added bonus, they washed my car!
It was great from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and courteous. A really good experience.
Great customer service from the receptionist to the finance manager! My sales person Jeff wheeler was amazing and so was his superior Dean Sizemore! I also really appreciated the attention and mindfulness everyone showed when it comes to staying safe and following COVID protocols. This is the only place to buy cars at!
John Waskiel, was very helpful. I had my mother with me when I purchased my car. I test drove two cars and he took the wheelchair to his desk while on the test drive and as soon as I pulled in he was ready with the wheelchair to help her get into the other car. I would recommend both him and Flow to anyone.
Service writer Robert, knows what I am there for, keeps me informed on the progress. I know I am in good hands.
Andy was awesome. He tried to make sure I was completely comfortable with the wait time. Finally someone that really understands what customer service is all about.
John was amazing! He helped me find the perfect vehicle for me and my family. The financial team was a pleasure to work with as well.
Great customer service! The employee who serviced my request was very prompt and polite. The time -frame for the completion of my service was well within what I had expected. My experience was seamless.
The man was super nice I called ahead to confirm a part for my Malibu. He confirmed he had the part and I picked it up was a fair price and great service if I need anymore parts thats where I will be going! Thanks FLOW GM auto center of winston.
Very nice staff will definitely return again
Andy my service advisor is Great.Friendly, listens and made recommendations where needed.I trust my car with the techs and they do a great and professional service which I appreciate and have great confidence.
Andy M. showed excellent customer service, so thank you!
Good People! Do their best to help
So on 1-30-2020 I took my 2020 Civic Si because it was time for its service to be done. When I got there my husband told an employee that the car needed coolant antifreeze the guy said ok. After 4 hours we went to pick up the car we got home and just today my husband always likes to check the engine oil and coolant and he notices that they didn’t even put antifreeze I am very disappointed with the service because if he wouldn’t check on the coolant, bad things could of happened to my car. Now since they didn’t did their service well now I have trust issues if they put the right oil and change the oil filter.
Awesome quick service. I have a recall and set up an appointment for the recall and they set me up. I also asked them how long it would take and I was told 1&1/2 hours. When I arrived at the dealership I asked them if they could change the oil as while. They added me in for an oil change and tire rotation on top of the recall. My vehicle was ready before the time I was originally told it would take. Awesome.
Andy in service is always such a pleasure to work with. Very friendly & professional & eager to help us whenever we come to the dealership.
Went to look at a suv for me and my wife ended up getting one instead. I was then interested in a Camaro they had but it didn’t really seem like they were interested in selling it to me so I bought one the next day at a different dealership. Staff was friendly and did a better job than the dealership I got my Camaro from. Wish they were a little more proactive with my sale cause they could have sold 2 cars that day instead of just the one.
Haven’t been satisfied with dealership since I purchased my truck. GM won’t return calls and have spoke to GM and nothing has changed. Made promises that they haven’t delivered. Very disappointed.
My tech, Andy, made all the difference. He kept me informed throughout the process and explained everything in detail. I am very hard to please because aI like perfection and Andy delivered just that!
The service(oil change and tire rotation) takes way too long. It wasnt always this way but the last 3 times Ive been there its taken forever. This time they said an hour but it was actually nearly 2 hours. I really dont think Ill be going back. I drive from Elkin and really, dont like spending that much of my day off at the dealership. Also, the guys at the desk act like they hate their jobs and are not friendly at all. The guys that used to be there were great! Also, they usually wash my car off...theyve stopped doing that. Im just not happy with the service anymore.Update: The manager left a messege here that we talked....thats not true. I will not continue to have them do my services.
I got my car looked at this car shop and they did a good job even put in a car wash not sure what going on with this email below not sure if someone put a bad review or what the problem was on here but it was not me but I Apologize for the mishap and to the Gm mr Robert was most kind and helpful to me thanks for the Service
Salesman, Sales manager and and every one else we had dealings with were very professional and right to the point. No haggling over price as normal at other auto agencies. At 87 years of age it was the easiest transaction ever.I was disappointed when I got home and saw the window sticker that said Made in Mexico.
The team took, especially Jeff took care of all our needs in a fast and efficient manner! Great team!
I had my air bag fixed as well as my car detailed. I received excellent service and Brian Morgan provided excellent customer service. Going forward I will only bring my car here to be fixed.
Your dealership left me without transportation for over a month. No one asks if I needed a rental or not. Fortunately, I own another vehicle. Just imagine if I didnt and had to work. Im retired now so I have nowhere to be at the moment. Just something you guys might need to consider.
I feel like I was taken care of very well. Robert, who checked me in and out, would be an asset to any company.
I bought my 2019 F150 from this dealership in May of 2020 and its the best truck Ive ever bought. The guys were great and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a New or pre-owned car or truck. Thanks for putting me in a truck I love !!!
I took my truck into the dealership to try and find out why it was running rough and making noises. I dropped it off and took the shuttle home. A few hours later I received a call saying that the Technician had found the issue. It was a bad pump in the transmission. I took their advice and had them order a new transmission for the truck. I picked the truck up a week later, but on the ride home I kept hearing a new noise coming from the vehicle. I discovered that the passenger mirror had become loose some how and could be wiggled. I also discovered the folding function no longer worked. I immediately called the service man back when I got home. He spoke to Albert the service manager and asked me to bring it back. I took it back the next morning only to find out that there wasnt anything they could do, but they just happened to have one in stock and could sell it to me. They will gladly sell you what stops working or breaks while they have your vehicle. Never again.
The service rep that took my Suburban in was TERRIFIC - - he had to move things a bit to get me in that morning, but did so cheerfully and helped since I had a dead battery and drove it straight in after jump-starting it at home. He is an asset to Flows dealership!
Bought a new Yukon two months ago. Dropped it off for a service 3/22/21 after hours put my key in the “secure night key drop” later that night my vehicle was stolen from the dealership. I was unaware of the situation until I called to check on my vehicle on the morning of 3/24/21 because I had not received a call from Flow with a status update on my vehicle. All the while the man who stole it had smoke meth, spilled malt liquor and smoked and ashes cigarettes all in the vehicle. It was located and returned but Flow says “they are not at fault and good luck”. I hope everyone sees this review and will not make the same mistake of using Flow GM for anything. Or any other Flow dealership for that matter if this is how Don Flow treats customer service on a matter of this severity.
Real nice people out a flow. My experience was great i will go back.
They got me scheduled quickly and I was in and out in a quick and timely fashion. The service representative was VERY good and professional. I have no complaints or suggestions.

For a recall. Called & made appointment. Only a day or so to wait. Took less than 1 1/2 hrs.Comfortable waiting area.
I was very relaxed. Enjoyed Stephen and getting the job done. Thanks Stephen for the excellent deal and a great car.
Everything was excellent, as usual. Rick Baxter always takes good care of me when I am at Flow and I appreciate his excellent service.
My appointment for service was on schedule and the work was completed quickly. I will call on this service department again.
August 20,2019 I took my car to Cheverlot ( in HP) due to my car overheating at that time my car was in warranty and my water pump was replaced and paid a total of $480.87.On October 12, 2020 the car begin to overheat again I took it to flow GM service as I am a GM perferred and have always used GM services for my vehicles since I purchased them brand new. This time I was advised the water outlet and hose was bad . I also had them look at my window that had fell off track. I was advised by the service manager my price was $350. A few days later I get a call my vehicle is ready . I go to pick it up only to be told the price was now $800 because they fixed the window which was not ask for them. I paid for the service with no help or concern for their mistakes because the comment of “ oh I thought you would want it fix” . Needless to say my car is back be over heating and on Thursday April 22 I took my vehicle back to flow ( Winston Salem) upon arrive for my scheduled appointment I was never greeted by anyone I walk up to the desk and spoke with the same service manager I have previously (which was just sitting with his feet kicked up) and advised me I was back I had an appointment and proceed to explain my issues he cut me off saying “ pull it around and one of the guys will come out and help you”.I pulled my vehicle around and service advisor Robert Goode immediately advisors it will be least $100 for them to see what’s wrong with it. If he would of listening I could of told what was wrong with it. 2 hrs later I finally come back into the services area because no one has called me or said anything about my vehicle and I have never waited this long. Again 3 men sat at the desk and never said a thing to me. Finally another lady comes out and someone speaks to her now here comes Robert “ I got a update on that Cruze of yours” he advised my water pump is leaking. I advised I just got that fixed less than 2 years ago. Robert than tells me no I didn’t that was the inlet as if I can comprehend what I get fixed on my car. He also proceeds to tell me that he could see it if I did. I advised I could get the service receipts from my glove compartment and show him proof . He then magically finds my service from august 2019 and it immediately become that Chevrolet workmanship isn’t up to par and because I had my car fixed under warranty and now it’s not he can’t do anything. I advised him that that didn’t make sense regardless of my warranty this was fixed and should last longer than 20 months or really 12 because the car started to do this again back in 2020 when they advised it was the inlet! I advised him I shouldn’t be paying for diagnostic seeing how this is the same problem with a 2 yr time frame 3 times. Robert was not the least bit helpful but in blaming the other Chevrolets. Finally I tell him just go get my car ( the manager sat their the entire time saying nothing) I then ask another gentlemen for the General manager or service director contact information. By this time Robert comes back and Rudely ask “ what’s the problem” the other gentlemen tells him I would like the service director information and again Robert rudely say “ my manager is right there “ I advise him I’m aware of that and would like what I asked for . He storms of saying nothing then comes back and drops a card on the desk. I thank the genetlemen for the kindness, professionalism and concern he had and Robert proceed to say “ how was I rude to you” I advise him this was it this was how he was rude and his manager was no better. Robert rolled his eyes and said ok well I’ll pray for you and your car. I thanked them and left.I got in my car and called the Chevrolet’s HP and spoke with the service advisor who took care of my car in 2019 and advised her of the remarks and experience I have had with Winston Salem. She apologies and reassured me that that is not how GM operates and that they will have my car towed to them and looked at. That I shouldn’t of paid an additional diagnostic fee is it was the same issue and that GM works together.
Normally I hate buying vehicles from dealerships, but with Flow this was the easiest car buying experience I have been through. I was in the market for a 2021 Manual Spark. Modern and Flow had basically the same exact car but Modern was priced WAY higher and would not give me a military discount and was pushing their financing hard even though I had already been preapproved through my own bank.. With Flow we got the car we wanted right at what we wanted to pay with our monthly payments and they gave me a military discount. John Waskiel was our salesman and he was FANTASTIC! Hes not pushy, and he asks what youre looking for, and what you want your payments and he will try his best to get you exactly what you want. We may have had to wear masks in the dealership the entire time but you could tell tell he was smiling the whole time and really enjoyed what he does for a living.
Theres no way to teach a customer how to use these sophisticated vehicles like the Tahoe in just a few minutes, maybe the Manufacturers should produce instructional DVDs for buyers to watch after they have bought their cars.
1st time using this dealership to have some rear shocks installed. Made appointment online, requested and was provided a loaner. Received text updates on the work being done. My car was washed and ready to be picked up. Positive experience so far.
I came in not dealership to have an issue with my truck looked at. I had a very poor customer service experience with team in Chevrolet service dept. I inquired about my issue and explained I was recommended to being my truck into dealership to have them look at it and reprogram my truck. The customer service rep was very rude and stated that they were closed and either I pay for diagnosis or leave the premises. When I tried to contact mgr over Chevrolet dept I havent received a return call back and have left three different messages in a week. I would not come back to flow Chevrolet nor ever recommend this service to anyone. Im so disappointed in the manner in which I was treated. Will recommend modern Chevrolet before I ever mention flow Chevrolet.
Actually I was not pleased.I came in for the first complementary oil change on my 2020 2500 High Country. Robert was great but the technical work around him was shoddy and uncoordinated.1. They changed the oil but did not fill the def fluid as I was told they would.2. They actually performed a def fluid recall bringing their attention to this part of the truck. As a stay and wait I saw them pull the truck out of the maintenance bay and promptly park it- dirty! Robert had no clue until I brought it to his attention. Then they required an additional 25 min to wash the car.If this is any indication of your customer care - your service protocols have gotten lax. Not impressive.I do still have the clear choice to go back to the Kernersville Chev dealer where I bought the car after Flow could not match their sales price, for my maintenance in the future.
THERE ALWAY NICE PROPS TO ROBERT & LEE THEY DESERVE A RAISE OR A GIFT
Just good all around service
Pleasant experience. Car needs well cared for with pleasant atmosphere while waiting.
It was a great buying experience. Jeff and Dean are excellent to deal with. David in F&I was easy to work with too. You hear about the car buying experience being stressful and hard to do but your guys made it easy to negotiate a fair deal for everyone involved. If you have any free oil change coupons laying around send me a few please.
I miss Josh and especially Ricky Sprinkle!!! They knew customer relations!!! And how to treat people to feel like they werent criminals!! They listened to what you needed done and if you had any special needs or issues, they went out of their way to help youThis new group of guys....no nothing about dealing with people!! When I got a loaner car from Ricky it was spotless and washed and clean. When I was in this time the car was dirty! This was an emergency and I showed up without a credit card and told them up front and that when I got home I would call with my card number. Welll they looked at me like I just said stick em up! I bought my car at Flow and have had my car serviced there for the last 7 yrs and I was looked at like I was crazy to ask such a thing. So no Im not a happy camper with that team. It was how they handled the situation and reacted to my problem! Get Josh and Ricky back...I miss them! Merry Christmas
The staff that assisted me was more than concerned about resolving my issue and getting me the best service.
Very poor sales people went there and said when I was looking for and how I want to do it and when the salesman seeing that I wasn’t buying a car that day totally just left me alone
