For those in the Winston-Salem, NC area - DO NOT USE the JAMES SWEATT State Farm Insurance Office for your insurance needs. I gave them my credit card number for insurance payments. My insurance was supposed to be 58.88 / month and they have been charging me 121.91 / month. Repeated calls for assistance did not end up with the issue being resolved. I now have to go through the Better Business Bureau and the States Attorney Generals Office to get my money back! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
