I know that when I call I don’t have to go through some automated phone tree to speak to a real person, I can call one local number and either Kara, Manny, Brandon or Kathryne will answer the phone! If I ever have any questions about my policies they always have the answers and if they don’t they find them. If you live in the Triad area and you have just basic coverage, give these guys a call. They will find you better coverage for cheaper than what you have right now. Keep up the good work!

Horrible service, the 3 people that work for the agent told me 3 different things. The time frame they gave me ended up being nearly a week (not the 48hrs as promised). Every time I called for an update they never knew what to say. Not once did they include Mrs. Townsend in any of this. They said they’d call her but never did. Unprofessional. Lazy. Unsympathetic. Awful.

Excellent service by Kara that addressed both my auto and renters insurance needs. Was impressed that she was able to save me significant money with more coverage than my previous carrier was able to provide. Very professional.

Local State Farm agent Manny Hidalgo provided me quotes for auto, homeowners and umbrella policies. He and Kathryn were patient, low pressure, and provided options for my particular situation which needed a bit of tweaking. Professional and responsive...and like a good neighbor...definitely check them out when you are insurance shopping.

State Farm itself has been the most difficult insurance company I have ever dealt with. I was told after starting a claim by the people in the office that it would be handled fairly. It wasn’t until after the claim was closed that the staff back tracked, letting me know that new parts were not covered. Even though there had been plenty of time to make adjustments, no one called me or contacted me to try and resolve the claim in a better matter. This also started me to compare rates, I am in the middle of changing since I found USAA to offer better coverage at a lower rate.

I’ve had nothing but good service from Mrs Townsend and her staff. Fernando was very helpful to me helping me figure out what’s the best way moving forward because of a possible major change with my daughter’s car insurance. He was also very helpful in matters of my home owner’s policy, and discussing possible life insurance. All in all I’ve had a very positive experience with the Townsend staff and even Mrs Townsend herself. They have always help me save money, and I love that! Thank you Mrs Townsend and staff ( especially Fernando ) for good quality service. I highly recommend Kathryn Townsend’s State Farm Insurance!

I woke up and checked my emails with my morning coffee with the first email alerting me that my auto insurance policy had lapsed. How could that be? Ive always paid the bill on time. Ive had no issues in the 8 years Ive been a member of State Farm. This is what I get for doing online bill payments, I thought.I called urgently and immediately had the fortune to run into Manny.
