My husband bought me a Rose Colored Mothers Ring for my birthday on June 29th,I have worn since my birthday only & the band has turned alresdy.zThis ring was especially made for me because i had my sons stone who passed away August of 2020.I am very disappointed & upset over this & someone should call & make this right. This was given to me on June 29th of this year.This should be replaced immediately.

Went to zales because one of the gemstones in my earring was loose and if was brand new from another zales store, walked in and was greeted by an older lady and when I asked about getting the stone tightened she got super short with me and said it would have to be sent out, and then I asked if I could just swap the earring out and she said yeah, if I even have it in stock, we are probably sold out. she didnt even see what pair I had nor did she even try to help me, she just walked away. Then another lady came to the desk and was super nice and she swapped my earring with the same pair and I was able to wear them out of the store. Im really glad the other lady was willing to help and was so nice. So if you go to this Zales, dont have the older lady help you, she was super rude. Hope no one ever buys from her.

Terrible service. Misplaced my ring when being sized when it was finally returned they gave it to me missing a diamond. I guess they thought I wouldnt notice. Never buy from here!
