Had a stem repaired on a Michael Kors watch afterwards my watch would steam up inside which would cause water because the stem was too little for the watch which allowed moisture to enter. When I took it back the owner said all water damage it would cost 80- 100$ which I paid 100 for him to fix the first time . I wil.never recommend or take any thing else repairs are bad cheap product used plus he wouldn’t fix his wrongdoing 😡🤬

From Rolexs to costume jewelry, he can repair and restore just about anything u have back to new. Thanks for the years of great service. Will be in to service 4 watches very soon.

This person doesnt even deserve one star because of how rude and high priced he is. No sense of customer service or customer satisfaction. He wanted to charge me 10 dollars for a watch band pin. Completely ridiculous. Would not sell me one that I can get free at most jewelry stores. Never forget him.

Thieves, tried to steal my diamond.Worst experience ever!

Brought my watch in to repair a slight bend in the clasp and take links out. Charged me $20. When I came back, the clasp was still slightly bent, it had scratches in it (brand new watch), and it still was too loose. Then, he told me to have another link removed itd cost another $5. And he only takes cash so this is after Id already paid a $3 fee at the ATM machine to take out the $20. Terrible customer service and terrible work. Do not go here.
