Cellular Sales - Verizon Store of Winchester KY has been the best cellphone-related experience i have ever had. Their staff and sales reps are extremely friendly, helpful, and just go above and beyond in terms of customer service. I have been a Verizon customer for about eight years and i can easily say this was the best store and easiest upgrade/plan change i have ever done. The store was clean and organized and well stocked, and everyone there knew what they were doing and how to help. I did all this back in December of 2020 and have still been in contact with them about billing questions and other details, all of which they have been available to answer and figure out for me. Highly highly satisfied and i very much so recommend this store to anyone looking to have a better cellular experience. Thanks again for all the help!

Madison is the very best Verizon Wireless representative I have ever worked with. If she tells you she will call you, she calls. If she tells you she will take care of something, she takes care of it. I am so very satisfied with my latest experience with getting 3 phones traded in easily, adding a Samsung galaxy watch and Madison made sure ALL of it - including my apps and pictures - were moved over and correct before I left the store.

I came to know the amazing staff at the Winchester Verizon due to my company using Verizon tablets for our over the road drivers. We were having issues getting them set up and I wanted to speak to someone in person rather than a voice on a phone. Ralph greeted me immediately with a smiling face and positive attitude. Lucky for me, Ralph has extensive knowledge about business accounts as well as personal accounts. He not only helped me fix the issues but also set us up with a shared google drive documenting all important information about all of our tablets. He always makes himself available by phone or text for any issue we may have!! By far the best customer service I have ever experienced! If anyone needs any help I would definitely recommend the staff at the Winchester Verizon!!

I had a fantastic customer service experience! Everyone was honestly so friendly and beyond helpful. I had a huge complicated thing I really needed help with and the service rep not only took their time in helping me but was also fun to engage with but was extremely professional all at the same time. My issue was resolved and I got exactly what I wanted and even more! I had always recommended Verizon for their customer service but now I recommend them even more. On the phone or in person they’re excellent!

Came in on a Saturday needing to add a line for my daughter, and was immediately met with friendly faces, that where accompanied with product and service knowledge. They were able to process my request in a quick manner and managed to save me some money, where possible, with my current plan. Staff is great, along with a nice clean facility that goes a long way during the current pandemic. I have recommended them before and will continue to do so in the future!

I am very satisfied with my recent purchase of a new phone and the customer service I received while I was there. They went over and above to make sure all my questions were answered and took their time with me. To make the deal even more pleasing, I feel like I can call upon the employees there at any time I have an issue or question about my device or account. Hometown feel with big city professionalism!

We had switched to Consumer Cellular last week and discovered we only had 1 bar of service where we live and the signal was too weak to use as a hotspot. So we switched to Verizon wireless. Madison waited on us and it took about an hour to get everything set up. So far so good.

My experience with Verizon was close to unbeatable. I was met with service at the door, and taken care of from that point on. I was only looking for a phone for myself, but with Verizon’s buy one get one deal, a sales rep was able to point me on the direction to getting two phones for the price of one. Not only did Verizon get me a new phone, and put on a new plan, but they also did so while porting my number over in less than an hour. The experience was nothing but pleasant, and I look forward to keeping business and coming back again soon. I would recommend this Verizon store for sure.

My sales rep was Jenna and she was brilliant!!! She answered all my questions. I had only went in to ask some questions about adding a line to my service. She started telling me about deals and all the specials they had going on for people like myself. She made sure I was aware of how much money I’d save and informed me about trading in my phone for my credits. It was just an awesome experience. I ended up adding the line for my girlfriend.Got her an awesome brand new phone.Which was great cause it was her birthday! Got myself and brand new phone and a smart-watch which I’ve been wanting for a year.Got all my accessories and here’s.I highly recommend Verizon to anybody. Love the cellular service,the customer service and the great deals. Had Jenna save her work number to my phone. She’s gonna be my sales person for now on!!!

I had to come in to have my phone replaced and the woman at the store was very nice and very helpful. We ended up being able to get my grandmother a really good phone as well as me as she needed one as well and she help explain everything step by step.

I so appreciate going into the Verizon store in Winchester and have the sales rep Ryne help us. He is always very friendly and knowledgeable with phones and our plan. He goes above and beyond each time we need him to help fix our phones or explain our plan. I have called him on the phone number provided by our emails sent by the store and he worked to answer our questions. He helped us when we added a line to our plan and got a great deal which I got a new phone for no cost to me.

Came to upgrade my iPhone 8 to a iPhone 12, the sales rep was very nice and friendly, he looked on my account and saw I had a $579 trade in offer to get a new one. So I picked a new phone and he transferred everything from my old phone to the new one and even put a new screen protector on the new. Very happy with today’s service.

Came into the Verizon store today to upgrade to a new phone. The service was quick and easy and the dealer was very polite. She was able to explain all changes and fees in a way that was easy to understand. I would highly recommend this location to friends and family with Verizon service.

I needed help unpairing my Apple watch which was fried and dead dead so I could pair the new one I was sent through warranty. Brian was so patient and nice helping me get through it all. I went in to fix a problem with my vmail. Madison was kind enough to take on the issue. It was a quick fix. I then got my screen protector fixed at a discounted rate bc it bubbled. I then went on to get a mount and case. I received a discount and was extremely pleased w the service from her and the staff. I have had great experiences with all locations ran by cellular sales. Would highly recommend.

Came into this store to see about getting a new phone. The represenative told me that i had a promotion to get $800 off a new phone and i could get a watch for $100 off. So she saved me $900 and i got a phone and a watch. They were verg helpful amd transferred all my stuff from my old phone to my new phone.

I was assisted by a very knowledgeable gentleman by the name of Ryne who answered all my questions, provided much welcomed relevant information and customized a purchase to accomplish my goals while taking full advantage of sales and specials. Brad and Zach have been so helpful in getting everything done for me as I upgrade my phone and add a new device line to my account. They have made sure to communicate efficiently with me to make sure all my needs are met. I was concern at first because I never been to a Verizon retail store, Ive only ever been to their corporate locations but the experience here felt more relaxed and welcoming which I appreciate. Will for sure make this my to go spot for future upgrades in our family plan.

Switched to Verizon wireless today. Jenna was excellent, she made switching easy and she is very knowledgeable. The store was very sanitary, hand sanitizer everywhere and everyone was wearing a mask and socially distancing. I would highly recommend.
