He explained what I would be getting in clear detail and how the pricing broke down.Justin was a great help in getting me set up. He explained what he would be doing each step of the way, how the systems/hardware worked, and gave me a tour of the app to make sure I was good to go.A+ service and product! I highly recommend to anyone in the Winchester area.

Mario, Matt and Justin were just here and did our install. Our experience with them was excellent. They were very professional and helpful. They answered all our questions and were very tolerant of our older dog following them around. The install went quickly and easily. I was happy they sent more than one technician because it makes things easier with help from another person. They were able to use the same holes a previous provider had drilled so there were no extra holes drilled into our house. That was a huge bonus for us! They even sealed up the hole better than before. They hung our cables neatly and strapped them to the ceiling of our crawl space. We’ve had other companies just leave the cables hanging. We’re so appreciative of them doing this job neatly for us. They were helpful with showing us how everything worked and downloading the app on our phones. So far our experience with Glo Fiber has been outstanding. We’re excited to get started using our new Fiber optic internet.

From start to finish my experience with Glo Fiber has been excellent. Glo notified me when fiber was available in my area and the sales rep was nice, professional, and genuine. The people who came to install the drop line were also very professional and went out of their way to make sure the work they did was neat and well done. The install tech, Steve, was fantastic. The entire process was as pleasant as possible and the quality of the service so far is excellent. I highly recommend the company.When the service you get from a company is outstanding you know the quality is going to be good and the company is taking care of its employees. Justin and Mario were very professional. The install was quick and easy. They listened to what we had to say and where we wanted our router to be unlike other providers we have had in the past. Matt did a great job. A bit more slack in the fiber was needed to get to the location I needed and he figured it out. TV voice and image are in sync now, whereas they hadnt been and still arent using the other service. Great to have this in Front Royal. Had not Shentel been thinking, working and investing regionally for 50 years, the Northern Shenandoah Valley wouldnt have this in the two largest municipalities, Winchester and Front Royal.

I did a fair amount of research and decided to go with Glo. The website malfunctioned and told me to call customer care to complete my service request. Customer service was friendly and helpful, efficient and thorough.The install tech, Chris, was on time, professional and friendly, and did a thorough and efficient job with the install. Chris neither rushed nor needlessly delayed the install process. He explained what the different components (exterior box, power source, fiber line) were and and how he installed them. Chris helped me choose a location for the install site and talked to me about the pros and cons of various sites internally and externally. Since I’m new to the area Chris also gave me some great information about the area in general. Overall it was a great experience and I’m very pleased to have chosen Glo.

Good installation, they worked with me using existing conduit both inside and outside to not have to drill new holes in my house. I would recommend taking advantage of the new equipment for offered instead of trying to use any existing router hardware as I had problems trying to do so. I called their support number and had someone arrive within a day and installed new equipment and EXPLAINED how it worked. Ive been working less than a week and Im a happy camper. Id use them again.

We just moved here and needed service ASAP for my home office. Enter GloFibers technician, Justin Young. Justin showed up right on time and promptly got to work. We had some issues with the wiring in the house but Justin quickly and efficiently diagnosed and resolved those issues and we were back in business with minimal disruption. Upon completion of his work he checked all our services, ensured we were satisfied with those services, cleaned up and left.What more can you ask from a service provider? In my book GloFiber and Justin Young rock the house!

Super pumped to switch to Glo Fiber. Every time I have called I got through immediately. The speed test crushed what I got with Xfinity for half the cost. Justin came in and set everything up, no complaints.

I’m sure GloFiber is fantastic. Unfortunately we’ve yet to be able to find out. Originally GloFiber marked the completely wrong house for installation, so they had to reschedule. Then, they had to bury the line up to my house… but in order to do that all the utilities needed to be marked. The utilities were marked and then the people came out to run the line to my house… only to say the utilities weren’t marked… reschedule again. A week later they come out and finally get that taken care of, great! Not so fast.. the day of set up comes and no one showed up between the hours they were scheduled to. I never received a phone call or anything. So, I call GloFiber to see what’s going on only to be told that a technician came out and said the line wasn’t ran to our house. Which is wild because I literally helped the guys run the line to my house. So then there’s the FOURTH reschedule, not a single reschedule was requested from us btw, all from GloFiber. So, we will see if they show up… IF they do, I’ll change my rating based solely on the internet. Until then, this is all I have to go by.**Update. Anthony came out first thing the next morning after install was to be done to ensure everything was run properly and has scheduled a tech to come out ASAP to have the install complete. Will update this review again after install based on internet. I would mention though, that all the GloFiber reps that Ive spoken with over the phone have been super understanding, very professional, and courteous.***Final Update. Anthony AND Anthony came out this morning very first thing and spent their time ensuring that EVERYTHING was set up properly and then took the time to make sure the WiFi was 100% working. Initially there was an issue with the speed, but we figured it out that the Linksys Velop system isnt compatible. So, they placed a couple of Eero mesh WiFi hubs in my house, ran some more tests, and made sure we were completely happy with everything. As frustrating as the initial installation was, I have to say that the internet itself is FAST and already seems to be much MUCH more reliable than Xfinity. As mentioned before, Ill base my review solely on the internet itself... AND THEY TOTALLY REDEEMED THEMSELVES.

We are a six therapist Mental Health Practice in Winchester with multiple devices and 3 floors in our building with requirements for enough bandwidth and speed to accommodate all of the tech needs for a HIPAA secure facility. Chris was great, friendly and professional, patient and understanding with our technical ignorance and many questions. He left us with no doubts by setting up and checking every computer, tablet, phone, printer, payment card processor and security cameras for the business. He was good natured and entertaining as he got us from our horse and buggy systems into the modern age. Highly recommended for your business!

We had Glo Fiber installed as soon as it was available in October 2020. The guys who came out were excellent- most helpful and professional and went the extra mile to ensure that our main router was positioned where we wanted it (involved running fiber through rafters in a dank basement). The guys came back out to address a minor issue which was in fact our own issue and didnt give us any grief for the extra visit. Service has been fantastic- so much faster, more reliable, and less expensive than our previous service with Xfinity! Apologies for the late reviews guys- thanks!

Prices for the internet with my previous provider had gone from $40 to $60 to $80. I had seen the GloFiber trucks installing the wires a few months ago. I checked on their prices. Faster speeds for less money so we decided to give it a try. We had a very positive experience with the install services.

Service from the glofiber team was excellent! From the beginning, Carlos kept in touch with me to schedule installation and follow up. Chris, the installer, was prompt, very polite and easy to work with. Didnt meet Anthony but he seemed to be helpful to Chris by working outside. Internet service and home phone service are very good. I cant say enough about how satisfied I am with glofiber and the installation process. Tameka followed up before installation and gave me useful information about the phone and what to expect. Thanks so much for everything.

Justin was on time within 10 minutes and was very professional and attentive. We live in an older house and had some issues with figuring out how to run the fiber lines and some difficulty getting the to the area they needed to go. Justin was pleasant the entire time and although our installation took about 2 hours longer (through no fault of his), he was always pleasant and made sure that all of our needs were met (including helping with setup of other electronics) before leaving. Internet download and upload speeds are phenomenal at around 948 mbps on both. Only the first day with them, but I would highly recommend glofiber to anyone looking to cut the cord with conventional cable companies. Look out Comcast, theres a new sheriff in town and at a fraction of the cost. 👍👍👍👍👍
