The staff are very personable and I think they genuinely want to be helpful. Unfortunately they are selling snake oil. I went through months of body treatments (using Vanquish and Exilis), spent thousands of dollars, and there were no results. Dont waste your money here; spend it on something that makes you happy!

The Winchester staff is amazing, professional and very helpful. The Spa is meticulous. I enjoy their services. The doctor is knowledgeable and hands on.

Expect when you walk through this place never stop coming back. Dr. Rosy Sandhu is very kind, professional, gentle, and knowledgable in her job. She listens to your need carefully, explains what service is suitable to it and provides it with the best knowledge and profession. This makes it a very comfortable and safe place to be and have your needs done. I have been using thier multiple different services and beauty products and cant feel more satisfied. Staff is attentive, respectful, and responsive! The place is extremely clean and relaxing. Cant say enough about this place. It feels like home. I would always like to come back and see Dr. Sandhu. She has a great energy and vibes and is very present with her always beautiful smile.

I’ve been getting laser hair removal at Neem Medical Spa in Winchester by Andrea P who is great! She is friendly and very knowledgeable. When I first started getting treatment done at Neem, I was treated by another aesthetician and once I switched over to Andrea, I saw dramatic results. The front desk staff is very accommodating. I would definitely recommend!

I’ve been getting facials at Neem Medical Spa in Winchester by Nicole D who is awesome! I have pretty sensitive skin and my face was experiencing some hormonal breakouts. Nicole knew what was best for my skin. She gave me some great advice and product suggestions to help keep my skin clear and hydrated. I always leave feeling so much better about myself. My face looks and feels great. I really enjoy my facials with Nicole. The place is very clean and relaxing. Highly recommend!

I started coming to Neem a year and a half ago after being recommended by a friend. Every visit I have had here has been with Jenyce/Jenny and she is incredible. I’ve done laser hair removal and dermaplane/facial sessions. Jenny is super helpful and accommodating. She is extremely knowledgeable with the services and the industry as a whole. I look forward to my sessions with Jenny and Neem and don’t plan to go anywhere else anytime soon.

Dr. Sandhu is so sweet and went above and beyond to tailor a weight loss program for me. The only complaint I have is my calls werent returned in a timely manner, if at all and when I left the receptionists with questions they wouldnt get back to me with answers I requested. I had to bring up my concerns again during my next visits. But the location is nice and clean and most of the staff was pretty welcoming and kind. They dont have a parking lot, however I usually had no issues finding a parking space near the spa.

I have been seeing Andrea at Neem Medical in Winchester for about 6 months and she has completely transformed my skin. All of their staff is very knowledge and friendly, the place is very clean.

When I first started going to neem medical my skin was an absolute disaster. Break outs and scars everywhere. Then I started to see Jenyce and not only was she very polite and helpful but also extreme knowledgeable. She knew everything there is to know about the products she was suggesting which all worked wonders. I highly reccomend treatments here and any other location by Neem. Incredible staff!

Dr Sandhu is an EXCEPTIONAL physician who REALLY GENUINELY CARES! So many times you feel like you are just another chart for a physician and feel rushed. Rarely do you find someone that really cares about you. She is not only a truly skilled physician, but in addition he has a wonderful heart. I love that she took her time to really listen to how I felt about my face, educated me about the physiology behind the changes that I was seeing, and then gave me the treatment options that she thought would best help me. I felt empowered, and chose to get botox and juvederm voluma fillers in my cheeks and she sculpted my jawline and gave me more chin definition. I am thrilled with my results, and would never trust anyone else with my face. Not to mention that my treatment was a hundred percent bruise free! An exceptional physician, an exceptional human being and a truly skilled artist.

I have purchased Groupon Coupon for Chemical peel which is very expensive. It might very person to person experience.However I feel it was real quick like 10 min and she does not cover carefully all the surface area like below chin or chick and top of nose and rubbing was pretty light n quick...Even she did not explain what is she doing one by one. I feel it was very disappointment to do Chemical peel at there with high price where customer care is lacking. I would not recommend the service there.
