Everything you need to stay in shape. Offers a variety of classes. Love the therapy pool, after workout. Really clean facility. Love picking up a fresh salad on my way out of door. For my dinner👍

Very clean. The locker rooms remind you of a spa day experience. The only negative is the online calendar is not always updated and you may show up to find the part of the center you wanted to use is not available due to a class.

I use Valley Health Wellness and Fitness Center for Occupational Therapy and have nothing but praise for the therapists and treatment offered. They offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, massage and general fitness. Very talented and experienced therapists and staff. So awesome to have such a resource in Front Royal!

Highly recommend this gym. The best staff an athlete, first time goer, or gym rat could ask for. Been using this gym to cut weight before I ship off for basic training and I couldn’t be happier with the results this gym has helped me with.

The best gym in all of Winchester to work out! They have two pools! Many different equipments! Great for adults and if you have little ones they have daycare so convenient! Totally recommend!

Great, clean location. In my experience, this facility has never been jam packed so you have space to get a good workout. Very quiet and easy to focus on yourself. I have not personally used their personal trainers but I have witnessed others in a session and they always seem to be enjoying themselves. They also offer full service locker rooms which is a huge plus.

The most well oiled machine for processes. A flexible facility with Knowledgeable staff with comprehensive class schedules and other relevant information. I feel confident and secure placing my health and safety in their hands. I look forward to this next evolution of my life!

Love coming here. Friendly, relaxed and great equipment at an affordable price. Oh, they also have a 200 meter track upstairs where you can run, walk or whatever. Pool is big and they also have pools for those doing PT.

I love this gym. Valley Health completes a very detailed assessment. In addition to my weight, BMI, and other metrics, they showed me that I needed to drink more water. I have been exercising and running long distance for thirty years. I still learned new ways to improve my health. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean. I never feel pressured or stressed. There are loads of equipment; and I rarely have to wait to use one of the machines. The heated therapy pool with the jets is the best.

One of the best gyms I’ve ever been to, great facilities and great staff.

Waiting times are long. Appt at 1100, still waiting at 1130. Last time it was more than one hour.

I love this gym. The locker rooms have digital locks on every locker, a steam room and sauna. They have a lap pool and a therapy pool. They have a TRX roomand an aerobic room that facilitates all kinds of classes. The track upstairs looks out over the gym, which contains a synergy station and state of the art cardio equipment and weight machines that make no noise! They function so smoothly - so nice. The membership is diverse in age and the facilities are never crowded. I can get in and out as quickly as I need to. A great staff that is so helpful and kind. Worth every dollar as far as Im concerned.

Great people. Very helpful and the therapist are excellent! They are very caring and truly want to help and see you do better.

Turn over with staff, was overcharged for personal training and confronted staff and was blown off after being member for over 6 years. I had to take it to a higher level befor refund. Some classes such as HIIT360, Boga cost money while other gyms all classes are included in price. Disappointed lately and have lost respect for some of the staff members.

Fitness center is great from what I remember. Currently going here for PT after a knee surgery. First day with Chris was better than I expected compared to my experiences with other PTs. He seems to know what hes talking about and seemed like he actually enjoyed helping.

Our son did swim classes here and he enjoyed it the instructors are really nice and patient with the kids. The family changing area could be a little bigger but besides that its a great facility and friendly staff.

The front desk people are rude and condescending, there are many stupid policies that don’t do anything to help the quality of the gym. I recommend anytime fitness 2 miles away from here

I went for PT only. Tom is an amazing physical therapist. I highly recommend him specifically but the entire team is great! Appointments always run on time.

A quality facility always focused on getting you healthy. Many amenities this gym has something for every age and fitness level.

I visit Winchester at least a few times a year and I always pick up a pass to Valley Health. The facility is clean and organized well, the cardio equipment is diverse, and the showers are clean. I do wish there were more free weights available, and the one squat rack (as of May) can make planning a big three workout difficult, but I do recognize that VH isnt focused on moving heavy weight. Id also like to see more space for body weight exercises, but thats a function of space availability.For those expecting to come in to lift heavy daily, this is probably not the gym for you. For those looking to get / stay fit in general, theres plenty here to work with.

I love the classes here! They make you work hard while having fun and the same time. The staff genuinely enjoy their jobs which makes me enjoy my exercise more.

Good equipment and not busy during the last 30 minutes of the day. Adequate freeweight area with one power rack and a rubberized floor. The only downsides are the short hours of operation and ill-lubricated cables/bars in their machines.

There is no fitness and wellness center like this place anywhere - especially for the cost. We just moved to the big city of Madison, Wisconsin and they have nothing like VH here. Definitely will miss it and the kind people who worked at the front desk.

PT are very well suited in helping your personal needs. Attentive in bettering your physical needs. My personal physical therapist has gone above and beyond helping me of the return of my gait.

This was a nice fitness center. There was a bunch of equipment all around - a very good number. They had an indoor track and swimming pool as well.

If the money was no object, Valley Health would win hands down over the local fitness chains. The two indoor poolsand great lockerooms are a nice touch. Equipment mix favors circuit machines over free weights, but in the long run it works by keeping the grunting lugheads out, since they already dominate the 10.00/ month places. It is true, you get what you pay for

I really enjoy Valley Health Wellness & Fitness Center. Super friendly staff, always make you feel welcomed when you see them. My wife loves the classes offered, and I love the clean, well equipped gym and the 25 Yrd lap pool.

I love going to the gym there and swim in the wave pool and the people are wonderful and make your work out good and safe

Top notch rehab for my foot. Chris is great and helped me get to where I am today.

What dont they have?! heated indoor pool, sauna, massage, indoor track, free weights, cardio, strength conditioning, even physical rehab. clean, new building and a very knowledgeable staff.
