Very professional and knowledgeable. They follow doctors orders. They also work closely with you, meaning, they are constantly asking if youre okay, not hurting from what theyre doing. Highly recommend. Jon is fantastic

Great place to get your post surgery therapy. They have went overboard when it comes to the masks but I am not sure if it is them or the State of Virginia. I dont blame them the majority dont understand that masks dont do any good. Covid-19 is smaller than the HIV virus and that is half the size of the pours in latex gloves and you cant breathe through latex. Anyways as far as physical therapy they are great. I have been working with Brad and Larry and they have a perfect balance of pushing me, stretching my boundaries, but still making sure that I am not hurting myself as I recover. This is not my first time here and I highly recommend them.

Best physical therapists and place for physical therapy in Winchester and Front Royal, in my opinion. Clean, professional, great equipment and options. Check them out on their website to see how much they offer! Its more than just physical therapy. They offer sports conditioning training, athletic performance development, personal training, and a work out place for certain people. Highly recommend this business!

Physical therapy is very disorganized in this facility...third time for PT and this was the worse. I was in for cervical issue and was place on an exercise bike by mistake, not once but twice. The physical therapist bold face lied to my face, at that point I stopped going...for all the good reviews, I hope my experience is the exception, but am awful one for me no less

This is my sons 2nd time doing there speed and agility program. He absolutely loves it. Awesome instructors!!

My Therapist Jon is a 5 Star!Unfortunately, my reduction in my overall rating for this facility is due to:#1. Receiving bills for my copay when my payment was actually paid upon arrival and PRIOR to my treatment by the Therapist - this happened not just once but MULTIPLE times.#2. Several phone call messages left requesting return calls for setting appointments/request for Manager to call me were not returned timely, or not ever returned at all. This also happened several times. The first time resulted in a significant delay with my treatment getting started which threatened to impact the determination my Physician would need to make if surgery would be required.Again, my Therapist was excellent. The business operation side needs improvement.

They are wonderful, Brad worked with me, having had 2 concussions 5 month apart, he tested me more and better than any doctor i saw for my 1st concussion. He is very knowledgeable and accommodating, i highly recommend him and the facility.

Excellent physical therapists. The facility is clean and conveniently located. Scheduling is easy, and the staff are all competent and caring.

I was treated here for L4-L5 lumbar fusion and laminectomy. From the front desk to the physical therapists this place is where you NEED TO BE in Winchester for professional rehab. I recommend Jacob; he is going to treat you right mentally and physically to get you back on your feet. A+

They have the nicest and most understanding staff on the planet. They were patient and gentle with me when I needed it most. The exercise kicked my butt, but Im able to walk without pain since my accident. They were a godsend.

So thankful for the staff here! I had shoulder reconstruction surgery in Kansas & travelled home to Virginia and family for the rehabilitation of that shoulder.My team work with me, through chronic illness & I came out with a 99.9% functioning shoulder! The only loss of movement is minimal and insignificant.Anyone needing physical therapy in the area should check out PRO! If I could give a higher rating, I would. Im a retired RN and know what care Im looking for. This is a facility that delivers!
