I came into the office early today and three men were in the lobby. I asked do you insolate duct work? After an awkward pause, a man answered, yeah, but we dont want to. I got the message and left. You should not advertise HVAC if youre not going to do it. Those men were lazy today. And that lost my future business and any good advertising I could have done

These guys shoot you straight and do a stand up job. I had a bigger company that charged no diagnostic fee come first, and they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to fix. These guys do charge a diagnosic fee, but it is very reasonable, and they fixed my unit quickly and it didnt break the bank. All that was wrong was a wire was causing a short and it had to be replaced. They could have given me the run around, with it being obvious I did not know what was the issue. But they were very honest. I appreciate that. I will def be using them in the future. Actually, this is why Im leaving the review. I had this service done a while back and I realized just now when looking for their number that I forgot to leave a review the first time. Thanks guys.

The workers were very professional and considerate! Workmanship was efficient and of very high quality. The job site was cleaned and no debris was left behind. I would certainly hire them again and I highly recommend Thornberry Bro’s without any hesitation!!

Called tried to get them to come out. First question they asked, is it under warranty? No! I did give them the model number of the unit. They said they would give me a quote. 2 days later they never called me back. I called them back. Nope still didnt have a quote for me. Forget it. I went with somebody else. Thornberry you missed out on future business with me.

Ive had three old heat pumps replaced by Thornberry Bros over the past 7 years or so, and one emergency/after hours service call. All have been good experiences -- especially the service call ... 5pm on a Friday before a holiday weekend with guests coming over for the night & the AC goes out. The technician showed up about 30 minutes after the call & had the warranty item fixed in another 30 minutes.I was originally referred to Thornberry Bros by a contractor friend & continue to be happy with their service.

Have had a good experience with Thornberrys in the past, but something has definitely changed with this business. I called 3 weeks ago to have the freon in my AC refilled. They canceled my first appointment on Friday and said theyd come on Monday. No one showed on Monday. I called on Tuesday, but it was raining, so they couldnt come then either. I waited until 1 pm on Wednesday and called to follow-up. The guy said they hadnt forgotten me and they would be out on Thursday.Well....at 6pm Thursday I called Comfort Heating & Air. They sent someone that very evening. The job took 15 min. And Comfort earned a new customer. I just bought a new AC unit from them.And to this day 3 weeks later, Ive still not seen or heard from Thornberrys. Not only did they forget about me, they lost a customer and an $8k sale for a new AC.Call Comfort in Lexington. Their service is far superior and you wont be forgotten!

Very professional and prompt. Lee installed our furnace,. He answered all of our questions and was very informative about our system. Jessie installed our air conditioner. They both did an outstanding job. We would highly recommend Thornberry Bros for all of your Hvac needs. They are the best there is. I can assure your job will be done right.

This is the third time I have had to call Thornbury brothers in six years. Each time they were super, quick, courteous, and knew what they were doing. They made me feel very at ease and we’re very pleasant. Logan was just a pure gentleman to deal with and I appreciated it. Definitely the kind of repair people that you would want in your house.

Thornberry brother’s put me in a new unit and did an excellent job. His workers were very efficient and courteous. My electric bill was almost cut in half with the new unit, very efficient.

I called them and they responded very quickly and I was able to get service for the same day. When they arrived they were able to find the problem and fix it very quickly. Logan was very polite, professional and skilled at his job. I will call them again for any service needs for my air conditioning and heating.

Lazy. Called two days ago; couldn’t come till next day. “we will call you before we come” i call about 3:30 wondering where they are. they said they called me a few times. no missed called today, i was watching my phone for their call. said since i didn’t answer that they couldn’t come out till the next day. got someone else on their way now.
