I typically don’t leave reviews, especially about jobs but working with Aerotek was an absolute nightmare. Yes, they get you a job but that’s it. Your work office could have burned down and they would not have a clue. No one reaches out, no one responds, emails and phone calls unanswered, completely 100% useless. Do not waste your time with this company as they are not worth a lick. Go to Spherion or any other agency but avoid Aerotek at all costs.

Very unprofessional. A recruiter sent me a zipped document and a pdf that was locked and couldnt be edited to complete digitally and return.When I inquired why a staffing agency, in 2020 and in the middle of a pandemic, would employ such old technology, she got offended and said I insulted her intelligence.She also continued with the misinformation claiming that there is a button to click for sign and fill. The button does not exist.Instructions should be included if the company or recruiter is too incompetent to send forms in a usable format. Seems like recruiting 101 to me but then again, how much can you really expect from a recruiter? There is a reason they have that job and it is because they are generally unemployable in positions where competence or knowledge is required.

This is the worst staffing agency in the area. They are the most unprofessional staffing company and I would not recommend trying to find employment through them or using them as a source to find employment for your company. Very unprofessional and recruiters give inaccurate hiring information.

They have great paying jobs. Best paying agency! Paid holidays. Numerous amount of breaks- (depending on where you are placed) Sometimes you will have busy season which you can work up to 12 hours (not everyday) or 7 days a week (rarely)but youll be glad you did in the end (💰💰🤗) You can never be out of job with this place. They have Warehouse, Construction, Office jobs etc. Natalie and David are awesome! Thiscompany build you- they value you. Great company to work for. They are understanding- good communication skills. They always find you jobs. Genuine agents- highly recommended!

This is the worst agency I have ever worked with. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I wouldnt even give them one star.. they absolutely do not care about keeping great employees on their payroll. And the Company they sent me to treats the temps like we are sludge at the bottom of the barrel. I wouldnt recommend AEROTEK to anyone. Save your time and apply with ANY other Temp Agency in the area.

They suck. Most if not all jobs arent worth it. They send you somewhere and the people are confused. Theyre not worth the wait. Life style is way better and has people come from aerotek due to lack of work lol

I was offered a job and after one day on the job I was told by both aerotek and the other company that because I couldnt speak fluent Spanish that I wasnt needed and that they not only wouldnt help me find other employment but that theyd mail my check and for me not to come back to their offices. I wouldnt recommend anyone to these folks
