Great service! I called and due to Covid-19 I’m sure a lot of places are working remotely so I was just about to leave a message but I received a text from Evan asking if I called for services. I replied back and let him know I needed 2 flights of stairs and a living room carpet cleaned. The absolute worst customer service in the universe!!!! I have never written a negative review in my life. The idea of texting back and forth to get a quote and then a rude explanation of the fees at the time of service, which was almost double the cost. Honestly I would have not had a problem if it had been explained in a respectful way in lieu of condescending and angry. I was a prospective customer and am still in shock at the way I was spoken to. Once I told the gentleman he was being disrespectful he cut me off and hung up mid sentence. Extremely disappointed and don’t know how their ratings are all so amazing? I would give them a negative rating if possible.

I used Heavens Best for three rooms in the rental home I was moving out of. The downstairs carpet had a large stain and the bedroom carpets were well worn in certain places. I was amazed at the downstairs carpet as the large stain was completely gone and the bedroom carpets looked great. Heavens Best was fantastic. We were in the house for 7 years with 4 kids and off white carpet. The technicians were up front about what they anticipated might be a problem and in the end they were able to remove most of the stains *ranging from coffee to nail polish to paint and countless other stains in addition to making the high traffic areas nearly flawless. note: we steam cleaned the high trafgic areas about 2x per year and it would take 2 days then used spot treatment for other areas. Heavens Best accomplished way more in just over an our and the results were amazing. Technicians were trustworthy and personable and they charged almost $100 less than Stanley Steamer and such a personalized experience. Thank you so much Evan and your technicians!

Nope. Nope and Nope. I was misled by other reviewers about this carpet cleaning company. If people in this area consider these guys as professional, theres something wrong. Justin and his helper showed up, introduced himself and within two seconds, bluntly and rudely told me that I needed to move my truck. He immediately changed his tone when my husband walked around the corner to move the truck. I guess he felt it was okay to talk down to woman when he thought there wasnt a man around. It didnt end there.I called and spoke to someone over the phone who quoted me a price of $150 to clean 3 rooms under the condition that nothing was in the way. Once they were done cleaning, he tells me my total cost was $175. Once I inquired about the price difference, he appeared flustered and proceeded to tell me that the price on the phone was just a quote. So, they pulled a I GOT YA scam on me. I was moving out and I needed the carpet cleaned, so I just paid.I also noticed that this company had a square credit card swipe. Funny how the guy told me on the phone how they ONLY accepted cash and check only. Im a business owner, you dont think I know what a square swiper looks like? Great for you to save that 2.75% off credit card fees huh? Another red flag about this business.Food for thought to Justin the carpet cleaning man: How does it feel like to work a job where you do 100% of the work and turn that big check over to the boss man who sits at an office and gives you orders all day? What does boss man pay you, $15 an hour -- if that? Time to re-evaluate your dead end career choice.
