This place is horrible and shouldn’t even be open for business. It’s disgusting with trash overflowing all the trash cans. The vacuum took my money and did not work and next vacuum station didn’t have a hose. This place should be shut down. Do yourself a favor and drive a little further and go somewhere else, anywhere else!

Used the automatic wash. The brush ripped our antenna and bent it causing our fender to bend and the paint to chip. This car has been through many soft touch washes and us never had a problem. We will be contacting management in the morning so they can fix this. Would highly advise to stay away from this business.

This is worst car wash in town. It’s dirty, old, out dated, and just gross. The second automatic bay is in a perpetual state of being out-of-order and consider yourself lucky if an employee actually cares or remembers to put the blue cone out so you know not to go there. The self-serve bays are fine, sure, but you get bonus points if you remember which one is quarters only, cash or card, or out-of-service. Prices are high in comparison to the competition for the quality you receive from Soapeez and the “spot free” rinse does in fact leave spots. Don’t worry though, the feeling that you’ll be abducted and murdered while there is free with any wash.

Multiple vacuums didnt work - lost money in 3 different machines

This business has really been ran down in recent years and is not what it use to be. Several times now the equipment here has taken money and not operated at all/correctly. Do your self a favor and drive out to rt 7 to that car wash and you will get more for your money and with dependable machines.Note to owners: it goes along ways to keep your establishment clean, operational and up to date.

I have scratches the entire length of my car from the overhead door not working properly. Left a message asking the owner to call me about it and was ignored. I wish someone would close this place down because Im clearly not the only one thats gotten screwed over by the owners.

I pulled in automatic wash #1 and it sprayed the under carriage, I pulled firward and it did the pre wash and said exit with air blowing, I PAID $15 fir NOTHING, I had to pull around and paid for the 11.09 was it wasnt much better, so I paid 26.09 for NOTHING and nobody was there working.

Gets most of the dirt off most of the time. I have never left there completely clean going through the automatic wash. I use them as a quick skim wash.

Didnt clean my whole car for some reason

So we paid for the $13 car wash, which was supposed to come with the triple foam wash.... out wash in fact did not come with the triple foam wash. So then we go to the vacuum, put in our money and the vacuum comes on but there’s absolutely no suction. And it wouldn’t return our money. So we go over to the other vacuum, put the money in and it wouldn’t even start. Then the other vacuum had a cone in front of it and couldn’t be used. So we lost money AND didn’t get the wash that we paid for. Not happy and will not return!!

Second time this has happened to me, you put your money in and try to wash car,but nothing works, so I lost the money again, no one is around to give money back. Great way to make money! Will never use this place again and neither should anyone else until they replace the equipment and make it work as it should!!!

It didnt take any of the bird poop of my car AND left blue soap all over it!! Never again!!

I wouldnt even give this place one star! Total rip off!!!! Unfortunately, I didnt learn my lesson the first time. While in the car wash, the rear end of my Jeep Grand Cherokee was lifted up and the rear wiper blade and arm was completely ripped off. After numerous attempts at contacting the owner, he said he would reimburse me for the replacement parts I ordered. My husband was able to fix it himself to cut cost. The owner said he mailed the check but after a couple weeks, I never received it. When I tried reaching him again, he ignored my calls. I noticed his truck at the car wash one afternoon and decided to approach him about it in person. He acted dumbfounded but did write me a check there on the spot. Another time, I inserted my debit card and purchased a wash, but the car wash never started. The amount was taken out of my account so I called the owner twice, with no luck. A friend of mine went through and there was no soap. This place is a total dump! Things dont work and the owner could care less!

Whatever the soap is in their brush system left blue stains in my clothes and on my skin. I was unable to wash it off. I looked like a smurf when I left the place. Also, $2 for a 4 minute wash seems a little out of line.

Not a fan. The bays seem to be run down and some werent working at all. While I didnt actually use one of the bays, its only because the machine wouldnt recognize my $1 bills numerous times. From what I saw, the water pressure is mediocre at best in the self serve bays. The location is great but the location needs some tlc

The machine in Bay 1 took my $20 bill for an $8 BASIC wash and gave me back only $5 in quarters. Receipt said to see an Attendant (there was nobody there) so I called the phone number listed on my receipt and left three messages over the course of 4 days...no response. And by the way...my car was still dirty!! I wont ever go there again.

Good Car Wash, Ill be back

Feb 15 2020, went to knock off road grime mostly. Found out that just like other reviews, no soap. 1 stall had a cone blocking it. The other closest to the automatic wash was completely clogged full of dirt and ice, so much so that the ice is half way to the walls across the floor. So i chose the one next to it cause it at least didnt look clogged and still only had about 1-2 inches of iced dirt/mudd in the middle. I understand its Feb. And some places completely shutdown for obvious seasonal reasons. But if your gonna stay open then at least do your job. Clean your own place of business. Shutdown what is out of order. Block off areas that are a safety hazzard (clogged iced over areas). And at least act like a human being, like your not deaf, or as though you dontreally work/own the place. Just plain ignorance. Never again will I visit there.

By far the best car wash I have ever been to. Vacuum is free for 15 minutes and they provide cleaner and towels at no extra charge with a car wash. Car wash did a fantastic job

The wands in the bay dont work properly... I wasted my money and time...the car was just as dirty when I left as it was when I got there....it looks like the property needs to have some serious maintenance done. Dont waste your time or money.

I went to the new automatic car wash and bought the deluxe wash. When I went pulled forward I followed the instructions given to me and got my car hosed down with water. Next I saw the brush spin for about 45 seconds, and was then told to exit. Fastest I’ve ever thrown my money down the drain.

This place is the biggest rip off out there! $8 car wash leaves my car filthy! Maybe 1 out of 4 times I try the vacuums work and there is NEVER anyone working here to refund your money 😡😡. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Nice set up and the wash was great but everything is so clustered I had a hard time getting around with my Nissan Titan I had to back and go forward several times to make the turn to get into the wash and finally gave up getting around the vacume and just drove up over the curb. Like I said nice wash and prices were fair just way to tight for a large vehicle.

Very horrible employee or owner, the vacum turned on for 2 seconds and cut right back off, I went and asked for my money back or for them to turn it back on. They older man acted like he was high on something and shut the door and never came back out. Then he wouldnt answer me when I knocked on the door! I will never come back here again!

What a HORRIBLE carwash! The dryer didnt operate at all and after paying for the most expensive car wash, the operator told me I would have to Take it up with the owner because there is nothing he can do.....NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!

Only used sekf-serve vacuum after hours. It worked great.

Worst carwash ever. I used the shelf serve bay and added 6 dollars to the machine. There wasnt much more than a trickle of water coming out if the hose. I tried calling the customer service number but no one answered.

Need to maintain their bays, with recent weather and salt covered cars it took me 4 tries before I could wash my truck. There was a wait each time.Two of the bays were blocked with cones.

The worst place to go and get a car wash. The staff is even rude. This place is a dump and the soap wax etc dont even work. Plus the water stinks.

Nothing seemed to be working the day O was there. Most stalls were blocked off, the coin machines not operating. I just drove off.

Washed most of my car in the automatic wash.Next time used the manual wash and the dial was off. It was pointing to soap spray but only water came out.

The self wash was quite expensive in spite of a very average experience...
