The workers were very nice and personable. I went for our state inspection and the inspector even showed me why our vehicle didnt pass. I appreciate being shown the problem rather than just being told.

I used Omps to perform safety inspection on my 40-foot long RV trailer. Very nice and professional crew. I called few other places in Winchester but no one could accommodate such a large rig. I was in and out in no time. I will be doing this every year with those guys. Highly recommended.

Terry and the crew at Omps are smart and reliable. They fixed up my old RV in short order. We initially pulled over for some advice whether we should keep going but the looked at our engine and advised against it and did some work on our own...a tune up and wMany parts later we still found that we likely had a clogged converter! That it was. Terry got us back in running order. He is a real good guy. You can trust these guys

Quick and professional service. I called Omps after my car wouldn’t start and the cables didn’t work for a jump. Larry came out jumped my car with no problem after hours. Eric tested my battery for me to be sure I didn’t need a new one which surprisingly I didn’t. Susan was very kind and so was the man in the office (I didn’t catch his name, sorry). This will definitely be our go to shop from now on.

Omps came out immediately to tow my husbands truck and trailer. They took him to a local hotel to stay for the night and were able to replace the bearing the next morning and get him back on the road. They kept his trailer and freight safe as well. Thank you from SC.

Great experience with Omps Towing today. We set up a time to move an inoperative car (flat tires/no engine) from one location to another. The driver was on time and extremely helpful and courteous. If I need something towed in the future, I will call Omps.

It took a while to find an honest, quality mechanic/garage after moving to the area. We definitely found that and more at Omps. Terry and the crew are fantastic from the front desk to the back of the shop. Theyve never tried to push any sales or repairs on us. Theyve always done excellent work, and done in such a timely manner to boot. I cant recommend them enough for vehicle maintenance and towing needs.

These are very nice people to handle your vehicle needs. I saw a bad review here and I would say that I dont care how they make their money weather its thru parts, labor or both they are worth it. Once you start going there you will keep going back cause they are so good. I support are local businesses cause you will find the service it better than the chains.

I had some work done on a smallish RV here. Omps is THE PLACE in town to take your larger vehicles, a fact that you can confirm by calling up all the other shops in the area and asking what their recommendation is for a large vehicle shop. Every single other shop will sing praises of Omps and tell you to go straight there.I had some exhaust welding done under the rig (they have a pit) and got an inspection. Front office folks were nice, helpful, accommodating. Price was startlingly good. Turnaround and communication were excellent. Highly recommended---the ONLY downside to Omps is that everyone loves them so much that I found it hard to get an appointment within the week that I called! So, call them FIRST and call them right away. You wont be sorry!

All the work was preformed as promised,, during the time frame scheduled and completed on time. I dont know if wed have a running vehicle without Omps. We just wont go to anyone else. They always steer us right. If weve driven the car into the ground, Terry tells us to save our money and move on. They are skilled, fair, and honest with their work.

Will pick your vehicle apart during an inspection and are very strict. The last time one of the rear axle seals was leaking a little bit onto the brakes so they failed it. Not necessarily a safety issue in my opinion nor something that should have failed inspection. That said, they do great work and are honest. We are beginning to take our vehichles elsewhere for inspection but will use Omps for repairs.

Love the fact that I can get gas anytime not just during business hours. The lot is well lit & safe

Left vehicle there for simple fix and someone stole an old wooden level from inside the vehicle. Cannot prove it was an employee of the garage, but we wont be going there again to be on the safe side. Forewarned is forearmed.

My ingition swich got stuck while traveling across country with my cat. I had to be towed and get the ignition switch unlocked. OMPS Garage came to the rescue. They were professional, helpful, and efficient. I highly recommend them and I am thankful for their assistance and honesty.

A shop in Charlottesville screwed up an oil change on my car, and I lost all my oil as I approached Winchester. A quick search showed Omps to be the closest garage. I called them, and they quickly came out with a couple of quarts of oil to get me the last two miles to their garage. One of their guys delayed his lunch for an hour to jack up my car, find out what was done wrong, change the oil and filter, clean the engine and rails, and make sure that all was put right. I cant thank these guys enough! They literally saved my Christmas as I completed the 600 mile trip without incident.I dont live in Winchester, but if I did I would be a loyal customer of Omps.
