Decided to go to five Star today. I usually go to my local self-service car wash but my car needed to be vacuumed. I see that the price has gone up. When they drove my car out I had to open my own trunk grab my dry towel and wipe down spots that they didnt even touch. But since the car was dry it was very hard to come off. I was there for an hour was not going to wait any longer. I will continue to go to myself service wash. I do better than they do for $14 car wash..

Since we were traveling through the area on some dirt roads we just needed a quick thorough wash. $10 for a great wash and it was quick and easy. If I was here in Winchester more often I would have bought their monthly package. Great job on the wash.

I would typically hand wash my car but I decided to give 5 star spa a chance. Its hard to keep my car washed with the addition of the little one and my work schedule. The car looks very clean.

I hand washed my truck and it was so hot it kept drying with water spots before I could wipe it. 5 star was my solution. Thanks. I detail my own interior so cant review that.

Their staff is always very nice and attentive. The last time I got the best they offered with a car wash and detailing for my father for Father’s Day. The outside looked the best I would expect from an automatic car wash, and the interior was mundane at best. They missed several spots that they had to see. It’s great for an automatic car wash but the detailing leaves a lot to be desired for the amount you pay.

I have used this car wash multiple times and I’m yet to be disappointed with the quality of the wash. I live on a dirt road and my car is constantly dirty but this is just about the only car wash that can make it sparkly white once again. And the free vacuum cleaner area is fantastic. The vacuums constantly so you don’t have to be in any rush getting your interior clean. It also has free towels and cleaner to use for your interior cleaning. Definitely worth the money in my opinion!!

I’ve always loved 5 star auto spa! It’s great for a quick inside and outside cleaning without actually detailing your car! I’m not sure if they do detailing but it’s great for me at a young age, very affordable, and always do a great job!

I patronize this car wash because it is so good! Its very easy to pay for the services I want, and once I get past the entrance, there is a technician that guides me into the car wash. The rest is automatic and it always does a great job! They keep it updated, too.

Every time we come here we spend at least 2 hours cleaning our cars. It’s the best car wash I’ve ever been to. Would love to get a monthly plan when it makes more sense for us!

Oil change went fine. What impressed me was the included car wash. I was expecting basic, but it was much more like a detailing...inside and outside look great.

There was a long line (sunny Saturday afternoon) but it moved pretty quickly. Professional staff. Auto carwash ran well and car looked great. Absolutely will use them again. Convenient location.

Looking for the best car wash in town? You found it. For 35 bucks your car will come off the conveyor belt almost spotless inside and out. Quick, convenient, and friendly service is what to expect when you arrive. They also have a frozen yogurt bar with air conditioning so you can cool off and wait while you watch your car get cleaned. If youre not satisfied they almost always reimburse you in some way. overall the best car wash around.

My experience with 5 Star Auto spa was the worst experience of my life, first of all they lied to me about the price, they asked me to pay $50 down payment and I was supposed to pay additional $250 for the interior and exterior shampoo but when I drop off my car they wanted me to pay more money than we initially discussed. I ended up paying $289, when I pick up my car the interior was half washed and the exterior was not washed at all, I dont recommend this place it is a waste of time and money, they are useless.

I use their car wash often. They spray off my car prior to entering the wash which for a black vehicle is important. I have also used them to tint multiple cars over the last couple of years. They do a professional job…it’s been 3 yrs for one of my cars and and the tint hasn’t peeled nor has it taken a purple hue. It looks as good as it did the day it was installed.

I got the inside and outside service. The inside was well done in the front oh, but the back was not cleaned very well.

First time getting a full auto car wash, I really enjoyed it. The washing part is very fast. And the results are good. And you get unlimited free vacuuming afterwards.

Good quality auto wash and detail. Have had complete detailing done, very nice job. They offer a subscription for unlimited washes at a great price, but then want to stick the barcode tag on the front windshield below the tint portion directly in front of the driver…no exceptions. So you get to stare at the barcode tag while you are driving…no thanks.

We had amazing service here! As soon as we drove our car in, they had immediately asked us what we wanted done and let us pick the scent of our car. They had it done in no more than 30 minutes, and we were on our way! Our car looked like it was brand new!

We have trusted 5 star auto spa car wash for years now. Have unlimited washes every month to keep our car looking new. Also, after beach trips, and farm work, they make the car clean inside for us when we get detailing.!

We usually try to go to this place whenever we are in Winchester (about once a month). The tunnel does a good job, and the prices are reasonable, especially with the coupon codes. However, it would be nice to get the undercarriage cleaned without having to go for all the extras and expense of the Lava Shield Wash.

We have had our Truck windows tinted and they did a excellent job. We come in every Saturday for a car wash and it never disappoints. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

The car detailing was done very well--even removing the dog hair from my carpeting. Its easy to use the key drop to leave your car the night before. Highly recommended.

Great membership, pays itself after two or three washes a month, the rest is basically free. Love it! Also they keep the machinery well maintained.

Slow. Car looks good. But this is not an express wash by any means. After the car had been inside for 20 minutes untouched I asked them to pull it out. They couldn’t as there were other vehicles in front of it. Good quality, just bring a novel to read while you wait.

Have been using them for just car wash for some time now but added the interior these last two visits. They did a great job. I plan on having this done once a month in each of my vehicles.

Absolutely horrible car wash! $60 for the truck to come back to me like this. Thats just the passenger side and 1 part of the hood.Luckily they did a refund but tried telling me this was acceptable unless I want a detail.

Ive used 5 star for a good amount of years and the staff have always been friendly. I used this this past week for an oil change and tire rotation, and once again had a nice experience. At the end of service you receive a text with a full detail of what may need serviced and an estimated cost, which makes it easy to decide how youd like to proceed before giving them a call back to confirm. What I didnt care for or ever notice until this time is the labor charges and shop supply fees in addition to the pricing they have posted. Also, I was notified by other friends and family that most placed will do tire rotations for free when you get your oil change - whereas here it was a $19.99 labor fee. At the end my bill included the price of the oil change + the battery that needed to be replaced and in the breakdown there was an additional $48.84 in fees and labor. I suppose this is to make up for the free car wash code that is provided.

Simply the best car wash available. I work all points between Fairfax, Hagerstown, and Winchester. All of the car washes Ive visited in those areas are nowhere near as good. Fantastic value.

I have used this location before and had great experiences, however tonight I went because it says it is open till 8PM, I get there and they close at 6PM. I wasted an hour driving here to be turned away. It is beyond unprofessional to not update your website.

They did a great job on the door jambs and the floor boards on the front of my SUV. However, they didnt vacuum the cargo area or clean the inside of the hatch. Ill be sure to ask about that next time.

Im personally very satisfied with the service they offered. Especially the lady (I dont know her name) she helped me alot, gave me some recomendations based on what I need. Made appointment again for next week for my odor problem with my A/C vent, lil chip on my windshield.

One of the better car washes in the area. But their employees can not follow instructions. I ask them and informed them not to roll the windows down, that they wouldnt come back up. What did 2 of there employees do, but roll them down. One put it down halfway, a second one put it the rest of the way down. Then when I complained, he just smiled and walked away from me. I went inside and tried to talk with the young lady inside, she really couldnt understand. Finally ended up finding a manager, she not my first person I like talking with. Because she and one of the young men had already talked about it after the first employee but the window halfway down. Because he was the one I had pleated with not to let them put it down. So she too the repair shop and had one of the guys there come and pushed the button to only see the window wasnt working. He said he could take it inside and get it up. But would be 45 minutes before anyone could get to it. I said I didnt really didnt have a choice. So after about that much time, one of the mechanics started working. He was really good, it took him another 45 minutes, but did get the window up. What shouldve been a simple 30 - 40 minutes, ended up being 2.5 hours. Also while I was standing and waiting saw plenty of other folks have complaints and re-doing things the employees inside wasnt doing.

I was there for a va inspection they told me it could 1 1/2 - 2 hours it took less then one.But the reason i alwas return to five star is simple my wifes and my mothers cars both faild inspection at two different stations both csrs needed front end work quoted over almost two thousand dollars for each vehicle also on both repairs five star was over a thousand dollars less and they did the job right.

They are always professional and helpful. Using the self vacuuming center is a life saver. They also provide towels and additional cleaning products.

This car wash did a great job on my car and I am extremely picky. Also the attendant in the line was so helpful and friendly. The only area of improvement needed is they need a larger area for the line of cars waiting to get into the car wash.I just had my windows tinted and the customer service is just as wonderful as the car wash service. Definitely a pleasure to deal with. Still waiting to make sure all the bubbles are gone in the windows and will update this review if needed

The price for the top wash was pretty much what other places charge, but what I really liked was the vacuum area. They provide towels, air blower, and cleaner - I spent a bunch of time going through and cleaning areas I dont clean on a regular basis.

Very satisfied! The car left clean and the guys working there were very friendly!

I would give them 5 but there rags smell really bad

It took them 45 minutes to clean my car and it came back dirtier than when i dropped it off. there was gum stuck to my floor mat, that wasn’t there when i dropped the car off. also, there was still dust on my dashboard, i could wipe it off with my hand. i spoke with the manger who looked like he couldn’t be any older than 17. he acted like he didn’t care at all, and pretty much told me that there wasn’t anything he could do about the gum stuck to my floor mat and when i showed him the dust on my dashboard he said “what am i supposed to do ? wipe it off ?”
