The family and I were driving from PA to TN, when we picked up a nail and it was 530am, no one around was really open. Noticed the garage was open when we got off the exit. Gentleman working was working on a car and said it woulf be awhile, asked him if I could borrow his plug kit, he said sure, removed the nail and plugged my tire. Filled it back up, tried to pay the gentleman, he refused to take my money and told us to enjoy our trip. True southern gentleman, lucky to have this service if you live in the area.

Its ok use them to get car inspected thats about it had problem with them cross threading my lug nuts on wheel studs so I dont deal with them with changing tires

Called on Tuesday to set an appointment for an oil change. Was told to be there first thing Friday at 7:30 am. Was there at 7:20 when an extremely old man came out from smoking in the bay and had no clue why I was there. When I advised I had a 7:30 oil change I was told they were getting ready to start inspections and could I come back another time. I told him I had an oil change appointment and an ac charge after. Only when he heard about the ac charge did he change his tune and want to pull it in the bay and get to it as they could. WOW...felt like travelling back to the old mans childhood. Female discrimination much? Shame on you.

Tom and Doug are the best mechanics in the country. I say that with conviction as I have driven around the country 5 times. Always very helpful when Ive called with a question. They take the time to speak to me even when they are busy. I apologise to the very kind gentleman in the office who answers the phone as I have never gotten your name. You sir, are so patient and calm. Thank you to all of you. Loyal customer forever!

Its a gas station, but they do sell regular gas without Ethanol which is good for older vehicles and lawnmowers, trimmers, and etc.

Really like this place! They are fair with their pricing and usually finish the job quicker than the time they give you. They will let you know up front if they are busy and get to you ASAP!

I was in the area and stopped for the non-adulterated (no ethanol) gasoline. My car is getting measurably better mileage. Very unlikely that the ethanol is better for the environment after all production factors are taken into consideration. Too bad that Iowa corn farmers have so much clout in Washington.

Patched my daughters tire up in a couple minutes. Mounted and balanced all 4 of ny tires I ordered online. They always try to fit you in. The owner is always pleasant, and I have been going there off and on for nearly 20 years.

They have non ethanol gas with high octane.

Just nowGot there at 1245 was quoted on it taking an hour and a half to get my inspection done. Came back was told itd be another 40 minutes. Came back an hour later was told itd be another 40 minutes. Waited then was told it wouldnt be done today. Really appreciate my time being wasted. Oh and ps my car was blocked in by a dodge and I couldnt find the guy to move it so I couldnt have left if I wanted. Poor buisness practice will never return.

Great place to gas up they even have gas without ethanol. They will get your vehicle state inspection or perform a quality repair at a good price. I had a slight issue with a repair and they completed the work perfectly. You cannot ask for more than that.

Sent my guy there to get a va inspection on one of our trailers, said he wouldnt do it because it was sprinkling. For starters you t could be put inside. After we asked wgat to say if we get pulled over, do we say you refused to do it? He said “o i dont have to inspect anything.” Dude is miserable and rude. After a while he changed his story and inspected it anyways. You get 3 stars because I got the sticker...tidy up in there folks, your are not working for free.

Very straight forward. The area lacks inspection stations, so they always have a long wait, and are not great about calling to let you know that service is complete. Inspection hours start at 8:30 am, and there will be a few in the cue when you arrive.

I go here for the gas! 100% gas! Tired of your small engine equipment breaking down or not wanting to start after sitting all winter? Get yourself some 100% gas from Interstate Liberty.

I asked the price of an oil changed before I left my vehicle to be serviced. The older man quoted $34. Upon returning to get my vehicle and pay a mechanic says $56. I told him the older man said it would be $34. The older man said it was $56 because my vehicle requires synthetic oil. and a filter. I said you could have at least called and stated the there would be a price increase. Needless to say this is one of the reasons why mechanics have a bad reputation and I wont be patronizing that garage anymore. I didnt expect there to be a $22 price increase for a quote for an oil change. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Easy to find location, a very reliable garage to have your car serviced or repaired, one of the only full service gas stations around.

They are very popular at car inspections because they are at the intersections of I81 and Rt 7. You will always have a wait, but I like it because it is just down the street, and they are very courteous.

I cant thank these guys enough (Especially Tom the mechanic)! Just last week I was traveling from Baltimore MD to Blacksburg VA when a bearing broke in my 2002 Ford Ranger and jammed my driver side front wheel and break. I was passing through Winchester at 5am when it happened, and a local gas station attendant recommended that I get my car down to the Interstate Chevron Service center. To my surprise, there was a someone in the office at 5am (on a Saturday), and he told me to wait for the mechanic to get in at 8am. Tom was the first mechanic in just before 8am. I could tell they were backed up, but I explained my situation to Tom, and he started working on my truck right away. Unfortunately, I ended up needing new bearings on both sides, and a new rotor and spinal on the left side. He had to send someone down to New Market (VA) to pick up a spinal from a junk yard, and didnt even charge me for the extra time. A new spinal at a ford dealer would have cost almost $500, but Tom found this one used for about $140. It took them just about the whole day to get everything assembled and finished- but I could hardly believe that he was able to get me up and running same-day. (Thank goodness for the 24 hour McDonalds across the street, with free wifi!). Total bill was under $600 for all the parts and labor. Would have been $2K at the dealer. I am so happy and grateful to the team, and to Tom for working so hard and calling to check in with updates every few hours. I sure as heck hope Im in Winchester the next time my truck breaks down!

Stopped here by chance on a cross country trip because our brake was making a strange sound. They took the tire off and had a look and quickly assessed the problem. Very friendly.

Went there for a state inpection. Guy wasnt friemdly at all. Asked how long it would be and wouldnt give me a time frame. Left the car there with my phone number to call when it was ready. They called only once and i missed the call. Didnt leave a voicemail or try calling back. When i returned in an hour the guy didnt remember me, and just said i will need new brakes. Didnt mention he rejected it. My brakes arent even that old. Worst place to take your car to.
