Excellent!!! I was able to get new brakes and a state inspection done (I had an appointment for the brakes) within 1.5 hours!! Excellent customer service! I wasnt ripped off with Labor or prices as many auto repair places will do! I will definitely be back!! Thank you!!

This was a little tricky to find when I went in for my VA safety inspection, but Im glad I took the time. They were so friendly and kind, and got me on my way with quick service and no fuss. This is a great little operation.

I stumbled upon Ballenger’s when trying to find a place to fix my tire and get an inspection on my truck. After getting a grimace and, “it’ll be a few hours” from the place down the street, I called Ballengers and there was no wait. Long story, but they didn’t end up working on my truck, but gave me valuable advice on how to get it done at a reduced cost. They could have easily done the work and not told me about my options, and that’s why I’m writing this review! They have won my business next time I need something done on any of my vehicles.

I am so glad I found this place. Its so hard to find service places you can trust for inspections. They always seem to find/push work that isnt needed and take so long to get you in and out. The lady here was very nice. I didnt time it but I doubt I was there 30 minutes and one of my rear side lights was out which required part of wheel cover to come off to replace. It was very reasonable! I will go back for other things. I feel I can trust them. I highly recommend!

I just went in for a state inspection. Just walk in, sign the list and chill. Slots fill up fast so be there early. People were nice, polite and straight forward.

I rarely write reviews but this place is great. If you want quality work done efficiently check them out. I called and asked about inspections and they said it was first come, first serve. Figured Id give them a shot and will definitely be going back.

Went in for an inspection, and was in and out in less than an hour! I was very surprised and impressed with how speedy the service was.

Called in to see what time they stopped doing inspections and the lady responds very rudley when I get to 16. Well, that means nothing to me. So, I asked what number they were on and she says 11. As I am asking her if they accept drop offs she rudley interrupts before I could complete my sentence with No, No, No, No. Several Nos was her response. I have never been a customer nor will I ever with the extremely poor customer service. How are these people in business with such rude and unpleasant behavior.
