Went there today for the first time. The owner was very helpful. He spent an hour trying to fix a problem with my car that turned out to be caused by a manufacturing defect in a part I wanted installed. He refused to take payment from me because he wasnt able to complete the task - A very generous and honorable gesture. I will going back to this shop again.

Nuno did my brakes and changed my tires. The service was great and he did an amazing job.I will recommend him to all my friends and family.

Car would not start after stopping in Winchester to/from work. Called 1 Fine Auto, not knowing who to call. It was the starter! They arranged a tow truck, and made the repair at a fair price. Impressed by the clean and organized space, courtesy, and professionalism. If I lived closer, they would be my go-to mechanic!

Wont lie finding parking there isnt good but the mechanics seem to be straight shooters and very friendly

Nuno is one of the most knowledgeable and honest mechanics I have personally encountered. Had an exhaust leak on my very old Camry, for which a less scrupulous mechanic had recommended a costly overhaul/replacement of the entire system. Brought it to Nuno, he pinpointed the exact issue, swapped out only the broken piece, and had the car running like it was 5 years younger. Incredibly efficient and fair with his pricing. Will be returning for all future needs.

We owned an S550 Mercedes Benz, and 1 Fine Auto worked on the rotors, front end and back, replaced the air ride suspension and the air compressor. There were so many lights on that I wasnt sure if the repair would be worth it. Their prices are very affordable compared to other shops I called and I am so pleased with the decision to get it done. Its been over 3 months now and the car is driving so smoothly. Nuno is the owner and was always updating me on timeframes and costs of the repairs.

An honest, helpful and wonderful repair shop. This experience was the first time that I didn’t feel pressured to do anything extra to my car. I trusted them and they were very kind and complimentary of my beloved 2005 Ford! They replaced a fuel rail pressure sensor & brake pads (both at my request) and I’m glad to have a shop in the area that I can trust!

Super nice owner and staff! First time I was there I got a car diagnostic free of charge and the second time around they replaced my starter very quickly and for a very fair price. Glad to have such a great auto shop in my neighborhood!

After going to many different mechanics over the years in different towns surrounding boston this is the by far the best one. My entire family brings our cars there for all different problems we have never had an issue always fixed and priced reasonable. I highly recommend 1 fine auto

I have a very old Volvo and thus have dealt with many many mechanics in and around Boston (including both Volvo dealerships). This garage - my final choice - is the best: thoroughly decent and honest people, intelligent assessment of problems, and speedy repairs. I would not go anywhere else with my now aged and occasionally temperamental car.

I have been to many mechanics for many different things I can’t say enough good things about 1 fine auto they did a great job on my car and are very professional and courteous they’re prices are the best I have seen and they actually finish jobs when they say they will, I highly recommend them!!!!😊

I took my truck to this garage to have my oil pump replaced. He quoted me about half of what the other garages in the area charge and had it done in one day. Nuno is very honest and makes sure you understand what is wrong with your car. I’ve also had him do some body work on another vehicle and it came out great. I highly recommend this garage.

This place is seriously the best! My bmw sat at the dealership for 4 weeks! They couldn’t fix it. This place fixed it in under a hour! Very knowledgeable mechanic that takes time and patience to solve problems the right way! Will be bringing all my cars back! Highly recommended!!!!

I brought my bmw Alpina B7 in, after it sat at my usual service center nearby for weeks with no result. They ended up telling me it was unfixable. Turns out I brought it to Nuno after a friend of mine with a similar BMW as mine recommended me to him. Nuno diagnosed it to be a leaky injector, high pressure fuel pump and a starter. The price was very fair considering what was done. I will return to him once I get my next problem. Highly recommend this shop.

I have been coming to 1 fine auto for over a year and have had about a 4 different types of services. Nuno is honest, reliable and does the type of quality job that makes him and 1 fine auto my only go to mechanic. 1 fine auto has replaced my bent axel, fixed my air conditioning system, helped fix a body paint issue post an accident, and been the location i bring my car for regular routine oil changes. The customer service is great. 1 fine auto will give you reasonable cost estimates and let you know how long you can expect to wait for your car (ie 45 minutes for an in and out service like an oil change, or a couple days for a bent axel. I always appreciate that they call me when they are finished with my car. If you are thinking about coming here, you should definitely give them a chance and at least come in and talk to them about your car issues. It is so nice to have such a great trust worthy mechanic close by.

Im a regular customer for both newer and older vehicles, and Im very happy with 1FineAuto. Nuno is knowledgeable and honest, and has extensive training (ask!). Hell take the time to work you through the problem and discuss with exactly what he is doing. Often hell get a job done in the same day, and hes been known to stay late, waiting for a customer to return (sorry Nuno!). Also, if you are an enthusiast, hell go into as much detail as you want.Ill note that his bays are often filled with high-end cars (saw an M3 recently), so Im confident of his care with my little Mazda and Kia. Nuno knows his stuff, and his prices are very reasonable--not even counting all the extra little things and follow-ups he does along the way.This shop, under new management, is super clean and well-organized. Hoping the annual barbecue remains, though (hint, hint).

After I experienced very bad in the garage, I will never go to this garage.
