Due to unforseen circumstances during this time of pandemic there were no customer satisfaction options. I was told you know the rules to this day I have not been given any alternative, was never offered a refund because that would of been the right thing to do. Never offered my items and kept them,oh did I say they offered no refund? You do not need my permission for this. Refer to the first sentence, does not matter what this so called business reply is because they will loose in the end with this obtuse behavior. If anyone has had better service, good for you because this post is not about you.
