Never had a bad experience here.Its very convenient to get your oil changed while sitting in your car and just driving through.No appointment needed as well, the stuff are helpful and they do the job correctly.There is an overpopulation problem in Wilson, but they still do there best to get you in and out of the line and not waste your time!

They were very thorough. Work was fast and friendly. Pricing was good also. Oil change, wiper change and fuel system clean out. Very good price, as they checked my tires and lights too. They put air in a tire and replaced a bulb. They provided a discount also. Id highly recommend. Drive up and stay in your car and drive straight through.

They get you in and out and you dont have to leave your car at all. Prices are reasonable and the staff is always very friendly as well

Great place. Work seems thorough at this point. Im a bit of a pain when it comes to my oil changes or any maintenance thats done in my truck.He offered to have me pick up my own oil and filter and charged what I think was a fair price for labor. I will be back!

One thing I hate that some mechanic shops is pressure you into a service you dont need. This one did not. Came in for a tire rotation left 15 -20 mins later with only a tire rotation. They were fast and friendly. Abided by the covid 19 mitigation guidelines. Overall pleasant experience.

Oil changes are entirely to expensive. When i called them, they were pretty rude and I felt hurried or pushed to get off the line with them

I stopped in to have my tire pressure checked as my light came on. Not only did Jason correct the pressure on all 4 tires, he topped off my oil and washer fluid as a courtesy.Did I mention that I pulled in at closing??? Top notch and why I continue to always choose Valvoline.

The management and employees here are out of this world. I usually supply my own oil and have them change it for me, but this time I had something bad happen. I order oil from the same website every time I need an oil change, and this time I got sent the wrong oil. I didnt open the box to check the oil when it arrived since Ive never had a problem. I get to Valvoline Instant Oil Change and, after they drained all of my oil, found out the wrong oil had been sent. The manager at this place, Jason, went above and beyond to help me out. He went to the parts store TWICE to get what I needed and he even allowed me to swap my incorrect oil for the right stuff at no additional charge!!! I couldnt believe it. They will always have my business for any future needs. You dont get customer service like this anymore, and I truly appreciate the respect and value they provided me!!

Changed my oil

They were very busy, so it did take a while but once they got to my car the inspection only took about 15 minutes. They let the gentlemen sit in their cars and do the controls for their inspections, but told the ladies to sit inside so Im not sure what to make of that. They seemed very thorough. The sitting area was comfortable, air conditioned, had a TV and a bathroom and free coffee if youre interested.

Quick covid safe oil change. We never had to leave our car.

The service was great. It was quick and easy.

Quick service and support for your car. The associates are nice and friendly and readily available to answer any questions about your vehicle. They even tell you of savings coupons that could help you out. They have a bathroom with a single toilet; everyone has to use the same one. One walk in and you think you just walked 8nto an elevator in the projects. The smell alone keeps you out and make you hold it till you get home. There is free coffee which is also a plus. The waiting room is also clean of clutter.

They have excellent service and the staff was very friendly.

Will not come again. Called before coming asked about oil change price when i got there and oil was changed i was giving a different price. Very disappointed!

Great crew quick service

This is the best service in Wilson. Anywhere. Restaurants, Limo Service, Hotels... doesn’t matter. Went out this past Saturday and got both cars done. Everyone on the staff is courteous and aims to please.

With the new ownership and management, I had some of the best customer service Ive had anywhere. Smiles and direct contact, patience and a genuine desire to help. It is staffed with good people and it shows. I am sold and will only go here.

The worst nightmare, decided to stop by around 4:00 the manager did not take my phone number or payment he told me to pay when it was ready mean time I had to wait . I had my 5 and 7 year old with me so I decided to walked down to the Verizon store and and told the manager, all this happen on Saturday so when I went back @5:45 the store was closed and my car was locked inside, nobody call me I had to call the police department on Sunday because their website said that they will be open on Sunday from 9:00-3:00 and not true at all. The store doesnt have hours or days of work, no phone number . Finally police department called to let me know they will meet me around 3:30-4:00 and when I got there the manager charge me more than what he told me Saturday and when I told him do have any idea how much it costs me to go back home with my two kids he gave me an attitude and gave me the price I had to pay. Bad horrible customer service

Excellent service. Took my Audi TTS, Audi A3 S and my Kia Soul Exclaim all for service and inspection. The only girl there is the nicest and well informed. The entire staff is friendly, and will come and talk to you about the parts and anything that either is a problem or of interest. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

New management has taken over the place. This use to be a respectable place to carry your car, now some punk who knows nothing about cars tries to tell you something is wrong with your car. All I asked for was an oil change and they try and tell me my car is leaking oil. I park on cement, Id know if it was leaking.Theyve lost a customer. I wont be back

Always friendly staff and decent waiting lounge. Sometimes a little slow, but I have always made to feel welcome.

Took over an hour to get my car inspected and there was only 1 another car ahead of me. When technician was finished inspecting that car, he left it sitting in the bay and decided to walk around and talk to other customers, until another technician said something to him.

Extremely slow. Staff seemed more interested in gawking at a BMW than actually doing anything.

Best customer sevice around. Quick, courteous and reasonably priced. So glad theyre under new management as of 2/1/16. I wont go anywhere else.
