I went yesterday to get an estimate on getting some front-end work done and was greeted very professionally. Although, I had already purchased the parts that I wanted replaced, the owner found another issue that he in fact pointed out and was quite obvious which I was very pleased with. I did drop my vehicle off with them this morning and I will follow up with my assessment of theirwwork later to but I do feel very comfortable and confident that the work will be what I hope for if not better.

Great guy running the place. Pointed out existing issues left over from the last guy who worked on my car without trying to pressure me into getting it done then and there. 10/10 will use their services again.

Very friendly and respectful people! They answer all of your questions and make sure you understand exactly whats wrong with your vehicle and how much it will cost BEFORE fixing it. Theyre the only place Ive ever truly trusted to work on my car and Ive never been disappointed by their work. I highly recommend going to Bear Alignment over any other place in Wilson!

I wish I could give a rating of 0 stars. Not customer friendly at all!The WORST experience I’ve ever had in a shop.Not only did they try to charge me $1,300 for services and parts I didn’t need, they refused service unless I paid this unnecessary expense. When I had questions, the owner cursed me out saying, “I don’t have to **** you to make money, I get enough customers.” Then when I tried to pay for my “front end inspection” (which they neglected to inform me they were doing), he then, THREW my debit card at me and told me, “Get out of my shop.”I took my car to the dealership where they stated that my steering components were perfectly fine, and I didn’t need anything repaired. Bear Alignment was just trying to “***” me, as their owner so eloquently put it.

I was very pleased with the service I received from this business. They are very knowledgeable and attentive when it comes to the needs of their customers.

I have had nothing but great experiences at Bear alignment it is family oriented and a great place to call your home shop
