The level of customer service was far beyond my expectation ( and here I must call out Kevin and David in particular)! There were absolutely no surprises on my final invoice, and they worked with my insurance company on my behalf to get the full roof I needed instead of the half a roof I was originally approved for. Their crew arrived on time and were professional, courteous, and left no Trace in my yard and Landscape. I received a large portfolio of photos documenting every step of the process from tear off to install. My new roof looks amazing and I have every confidence that the work was done properly and that this company will stand behind both the labor and product. I am very happy with my new roof and the entire experience!

Our roof was replaced 4/2019. At the time the job was great, very professional. Hiwwvwe, a m ok nth later a water spot showed up on the ceiling. They came promptly but could not tell where it was coming from. Said if it happened again call. Well, it happened again with the hurricane same spot. I could here water dripping all night and the spot is a lot bigger. Do not use this company!!! Dave will not stand by his work. He said he would have to charge us for repair even though it leaked prior to storm. I am reporting him to the BBB and maybe the attorney general. Beware of this company.Dave came out today 8/07. He checked everything, went on the roof, and in the attic. He took pictures of the attic space. He could not find any leaks. The ridge vent is in place. He said that it is probably from sideways wind, hurricane related.

If you are looking for a roof, Dave is your guy. Professional, family man, prompt....ONLY man who came out to my house after Florence and work with insurance as others sent inflated quotes. I cant say enough great things about him...being in the military for nearly 20 years, all I ask is be on time, be profesional and treat my house like your own....he did that and then some...NO issues since he did the roof and,if ever again, I KNOW the man to call!

We are very happy with the quality of work and the professionalism with which they do business. We live out of state, but needed to have a roof replaced in Sneads Ferry and from Quote to Completion CFR was great to deal with! We would definitely recommend them and plan on using them again to do our floors.

The crew was very professional and the grounds were spotless upon their departure leaving behind a very attractive roof. Within minutes of completion a supervisor came to the site inspected the work and grounds along with taking photos and questioned me to be certain that I was satisfied. Grade A+

I could not be happier with the work Carolina Flooring and Roofing did on our house. The quality of materials that they used, the speed with which they worked once the actual work began, and the way they made everything incredibly easy to handle was so high that it overcame and surpassed some communication glitches in the very beginning related to a former employee. I think how a company handles a problem is as significant as how it does the work day to day - and once they realized there was a problem it was handled swiftly and professionally and fixed without a lot of stress on my part. I contacted several companies before settling on this one, and if I ever need work done again, I wont look anywhere else but Dave and his crews to hire for the job.

Received an estimate for work and this company was twice as high as more reputable roofing companies. Please do yourself and favor and get other estimates and warranty information

Highly disappointed. Carolina Flooring and Roofing took advantage of the devastation caused by Hurricane Florence to increase their profits. They knowingly charged us a higher rate than they submitted to our insurance company, a clear ethical violation. Trusting the company, we signed a cash contract as that was the only way they would place us on the 4-6 week wait list. After completion we had numerous issues with their billing department. On several occasions we received incorrect invoices, and had to prove why we didn’t owe as much as they claimed.

Please beware of this company as it only cares about the money not the customer. I have been trying to have my roof replaced since hurricane Florence and signed a contract with this company. After two and a half months, I received a invoice for full payment, the work had not even started. I contacted the company and said I wanted to terminate the contract. I was told that if I did, I would have to pay the entire amount or face legal action. I have turned this issue over to my attorney for resolution.

David did a great job! Called him when we noticed a leak, he arrived right away, found the problem and helped develop a plan to fix it. He helped us deal with the insurance company and our HOA! I was four weeks away from having our first child when the roof started leaking, David was wonderful about ensuring the project was stress free and completed before the baby got here! He followed up with his guys, worked around our schedule, and answered any questions that arose. I have referred him to my mother the experience was so good. Job site was cleaned up after and roof looks amazing. Great job!

Dave and his crew is top-notch! Dave uses a thoughtful,Customized approach to address your homes needs.In our case,we were having a roof leakissue where are sun room meets the main part of the house. At first, we thought it was a foundation problem, but Dave diagnosed it was a water flow problem.He was able to change the way the rain flowed off the house. He uses high quality materials and took great care in finding exact matches for my roof. Dave even came back after the first hard rain after the installation to make sure his workmanship held up. ( of course it did) Dave isnt one of those roofing people that come through area when a storm hits. He is established in this area and will be there to stand by his work. I highly recommend Dave and Carolina flooring & roofing to anyone considering roofing change.
