Cannot attend food bank due to not having mail from current residence. I paid my debt to society for 30 months and am getting my life back on track to be a productive member of society. The kind of person that needs short term help frim these people. The kind this program was designed to help. But due to know mail, even with valid ID, I am to go hungry. Ty clinton county

Helped with our back rent, which got behind due to being laid off from the coronavirus. They paid $200 of it and really helped us out of a bad bind.

Great apartments, great management. They can help with other services like a monthly food box and getting you signed up for pipp/heap. They make you feel welcome and dont look down on you for needing some assistance when life gets you down. Very great people who work here, very friendly and nice.

This has been one of the worst places that I’ve ever stayed. Not because of the apartment itself, but because of terrible management! I have never had a late payment, and have followed any rules they have had. There would be a new letter posted to each door almost every week with new policies. Honestly felt as though they were making things up! I have been treated horribly here! I would go anywhere else for an apartment, these are not worth dealing with the idiocy that I’ve dealt with. I am thankful that I had a place to stay while I was bettering myself and finally just purchased my own home, but if I had known it was this difficult here I would have looked elsewhere two years ago! If you do decide to go for it anyway, good luck dealing with Jane. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

All public assistance sucks unless you have children. Nobody cares about adults. Couldnt find help when I was at my lowest and was laid off from my 3.5 yr job. Took me a month to find another job and couldnt get any help to survive in the meantime because they need paystubs and my unemployment didnt kick in until I already found employment. Which yes I received the low income back pay but a month after I lost my job! Bills dont wait. For those of us that actually need help there is no system. The system only works for single moms that live off assistance. Just visit there and see for yourself.

They discriminate and judge instead of do their job as a social service member and supposed to help people when you treat people that way you should not be allowed to work for the public.

Make decisions without written procedures and legal references. Refuse to provide written documentation to support their erroneous decisions. Honestly, it seems that are making stuff up.
