Just had a meeting with Tia Tucker at the Newark location. Ms Tucker was very rude and curt with me right from the onset of the Meeting. When I informed Ms Tucker that emergency exceptions had to be considered because of my employment and my position she stood up and was raising her voice insinuating that I needed to decide if my child was more important than my work or not. At which point I asked her if she was insinuating that I didnt care about my childs best interests and she became very animated and was raising her voice in a very inappropriate way. When I asked her to lower her voice because it was making me uncomfortable she told me to go sit in the hall. At that point I asked her what was going on and she told me she was canceling my case and to go sit in the hall. At which point she took my drivers license from the table and fled into another room with it. I was waiting patiently in the hallways when Ms Tucker once again raised her voice and told me to go sit down. I replied that I only wanted my license and was waiting patiently in the hall for it to be returned. At no point did I raise my voice or say anything inappropriate and tried several times to get Ms Tucker to calm down. Very disturbing behavior from someone Im expected to leave my child with or with anyone under her purview.I am the non- visiting parent and have custody of my son and my job is to protect him from this kind of behavior. There is no chance Id ever leave my child with someone behaving the way Ms Tucker was, under any circumstances. Extremely disappointed....

I had a bad experience with them! And some how I was viewed as the problem 🧐 I don’t know how.. when I was the one going through a traumatic moment. The young lady that was supposed to help me, she did some help! But in a selfish arrogant way.I left the program for awhile… but was sent back to the same person who almost got me killed last year by doing things her way! But slowly.Child inc needs to hire more people and people who really cares about their clients and not take them lightly.

Incredible service and a peaceful environment. I definitely love Michelle and another woman whomsoever name I cant recall at the moment yet she taught the birth-3 class. They are both good teachers and are not the only ones.Parenting classes, or even the ones geared towards separation or divorce cases, are really informative and beneficial. It doesnt have to be court ordered. Just go. Theres free classes, and also some great ones for a low fair cost.

You get the best parenting classes if need less than it supposed to be

Very nice staff. I had to complete work in this area and had to stop in the office. Their front desk administrator made me feel at home in less than 5 minutes. I really appreciated their hospitality.
