I spoke with Bree in the late morning, she had David, The Rodent Warrior out two hours later. He removed 2 dead fat rats (yes rats!) from my basement and cleaned up all the droppings without nary a complaint. He also checked out a fire-ant question I had in the yard, and subsequently spread some repellant on a large hill of ants still after my landscapers. To boot, they work with pet-friendly products & applications.

We have been working with Walen and he has been absolutely amazing. Our problem was very nerve racking as the property operates as a vacation rental. You would be better off buying a bottle of Raid from Walmart then to have them come out and spay sugar water on the floor.. I would not recommend them to anyone... to your response the Balance was paid in full.. I did let it go to collection and paid it.. I refused to pay do to poor service and lack of your knowledge. Of my bug problem ..I had to have Orkin pest control come out and take care of the problem.. I would highly recommend Orkin pest control for any insect problems...

I bought a house August 2018. They had a termite bond on the house and a sump pump and dehumidifier under the house. They had also encapsulated my crawl space. They came back over 10 times to get it right. It’s still not right. The encapsulation is falling down never put up correctly the first time or the second time. The sump pump, after complaining 5 different times about it had to be replaced and it leaks. They treated for termites. I have contractors here and they found active termites! The crawl space door was installed by them also and it was leaking water terribly and I had to video what was going on with it just so they would fix it. They also billed me for a service I know they did not do because the crawl space door was locked and I was home and did not answer the door because they came by without permission. Charlie came out yesterday to look at the termite issue and said he tried to charge me $900 to retreat for termites, that they already treated for. I told him I did not feel that was fair and I would not pay that. Then he said he would think about the price and send me a quote. I did not get a quote from Charlie and he did not keep his word. Beware!!! The work is terrible if you need more than a bug spray and they are not honest.

Every month they send a different tech. They are all about making money, they are unprofessional, and very rude. The last guy Justin was smoking and talking on phone while servicing my house, his clothes were dirty and stained, and his toes were hanging out of his shoes. I also overheard him on a personal phone call and he was making racist comments about blacks used the N word several times..

Good guy! Very knowledgeable about his business. Made good recommendations and gave us good explanations of what was being done.

I have used this company for two years as part of a 10 year termite bond. When BUG-N-A-RUG came to treat my home for termites two years ago, I would say that they did great work. The crew showed up when they were supposed to, they were fast and clean. As part of the termite bond, I must get a yearly inspection, if I choose to continue the contract. Last year, the second year of the contract, I was notified by email and phone that I needed to schedule the yearly inspection. I was not able to immediately contact BUG-N-A-RUG, and soon I received a message that a technician would be coming to my home on whatever date. I never spoke with anyone, and never agreed to anything. I called and complained about scheduling inspections without my knowledge, and I received an apology. This year, the same thing happened again, but this time they apparently sent someone to my home, maybe inspected the front of the house and half of one side, then sent a bill for $125.00. I have not agreed to any kind of inspection so far this year, and I have not once spoken to anyone in this company in over a year. I currently owe this company nothing, but I have received a new bill with added finance charges. Shady practices, and I would not have initially chosen this company if I had known how they operate.
