I have used the lawn doctor for 5 years. My lawn does not have weeds or insects. Great service.

Had my yard sprayed twice for weeds and weeds only. Took some time, but most are gone now. Had my beds sprayed as well, all clean and actually I havent seen any new growth in about a month. Im incredibly satisfied with the service. Thank you.

Struggling to maintain grass, flowers and shrubs

Very professional group. They communicate very well and do a great job keeping my yard green and weed free!

I called these guys to start servicing my Lawn, Inquired about 50% off for the first treatment as their competitors offer. The associate had to check with the manager but said they would honor the discount. After the initial assessment I was left a contract with their treatment plan and price of $86. Called their office a few days latter to inquire about the half off deal. Which would be $43, Was told by the technician they dont do that but I could utilize a $25 coupon. Canceled the service before it even got started. They lost my business over $18 . Probably better off anyway if they cant hold to their word from the start.

Made huge promises and never followed through. When their techs did come for a service they haphazardly and very quickly sprayed the yard and left. I never ever saw results.Then when I stopped service they showed up again without approval charging me $45. I keep getting a bill for service I didnt authorize.

We started using Lawn Doctor 4 years ago at our previous home when we had sod installed. When we moved into our new home, and had sod installed in May of 2016 we again looked to the professionals at Lawn Doctor to keep our lawn healthy. We have always been happy with the technicians and definitely the results. After every service, the technician always leaves a note about what results to expect, how much to water, how high or low to cut the grass etc. I have found that if we stay on schedule with their recommended treatments, and follow their advice we end up having the best looking lawn in the neighborhood.

Started out over a year ago with a lawn that was full, yet partially covered in clover. I gave this company a chance. Going with all their recommendations.The result, I now have half a lawn and now need to lay down sod.They are great to communicate over emails and phone but a little reluctant to talk in person.Be very careful when choosing a company for lawn care. Do not let these jokers ruin your lawn.

These guys in new Hanover and Brunswick county are a joke. They use illegal agriculture products instead of regulated residential/commercial products on home lawns. These can make your pets and kids sick as well as your lawn. How do I know.....I worked for the horrible company that puts profits over people and professionalism.Do not hire these frauds, the owner is a scam artist. BEWARE you’ve been warned!

Lawn Doctor has been taking care of our lawn since we moved into our new home. The lawn was in rough shape due to a bad job by builders landscaper. Lawn Doctor saved the lawn and has done a wonderful job ever since. Service is friendly prompt and responsive. Pleasure to work with.

Nice office help, terrible support outside of that. Worst attitudes of any business Ive ever had dealings with. Luckily I didnt spend much time or money with this organization.

I recently requested someone come out and give me an assessment. The process took place quickly and how I would have liked. The follow-up call is what really impressed me. I could tell I was being sold, but it was the done the right way. Not the typical high pressure tactics, he sold me on his knowledge of the industry and his companys reputation. I informed them I am still planning on shopping around but I was told several times that my business would be appreciated.

Dustin did a great job treating my yard for army worms, and explained everything very well. Will definitely use Lawn Doctor in the future.

Should have known from day one when the initial consultation on my property when their employee told me he was going out on his own in a few months that this company was a disaster. Just a few things to share in regards to their lack of professionalism....showing up for the second service call when I specifically stated I must be there, with out me there. 3rd time they came out thy did not spray because I had just put seed down. Got harassing calls in regards to payment for them showing up when I never signed a contract nor did the perform any type of service. I refused to pay and was then threatened w collections. They sent it to a low life collections agency for $150, could care less about the money it was all about the principle. Of course had to pay unless I wanted to get a lawyer and risk my credit being hit. Total low life company, stay far far away from them.

Very disappointed in this company, they keep going up on their prices and heavy pressure to buy other services/treatments. They came one week ago to spray and dollarweed continues to take over my yard unabated. Would not recommend.

They destroyed my centipede lawn in Southport......service manger said must have been too hot to apply product......awful. BEWARE!

They put down a product in my yard that turned my dog’s paws neon yellow. It is two weeks later and still turning the dog’s paws yellow. I talked with the technician and owner. Neither of them think it is a problem. I’ve tried to post a picture of it here, but unsuccessful. It is absolutely horrifying. They are telling me this is perfectly normal. I have switched to a company that appears more concerned for the safety of my children & pets. Beware.

Our service man George is an awesome, knowledgeable young man who always takes the time to listen and to provide solutions to any problems we have. Were located in Brunswick, NC.

Fail. That is the only way to describe the service. Dustin, the tech stopped using weed control on my back yard without notice. I asked about all the weeds and was told that my dog had damaged the lawn so he did not see a need to control the weeds. Soon after, I installed new sod and the weeds started. I asked about the weeds again and was told I needed to notify him of the change. Shortly after my service was terminated without notice until I called to inquire. I have never placed a complaint online If that is any indication of my distaste for this service. I will be certain to notify my HOA and all adjacent neighborhoods of the poor service.

I have had this service for a yr and yard looks worst. I should not have spend 500 a yr and have tons and tons weeds. I called lady to complain and she gave me attitude. She telling me it could me a couple more days before they could look at it.I have neighbor that dont get service and have a lot less weeds.
