We recently encountered a swarm of termites in our home. Even in the midst of the pandemic, Blake from Waltham Services came in the next day and performed a thorough evaluation of the property, inside and out, looking for tunnels that would allow termite access. Fortunately, we did encounter a swarm of termites inside the house with Blake present, and isolated the general area of the location of the colony. Unfortunately, no tunnels were found as we would have had to break down drywall in two of the rooms. Plus, there is a french drain in the area which complicates the situation. We decided to install baits around the periphery of the property. Blake came in the following week to perform the installation. He was knowledgeable, timely, neat, and was very respectful of my family and our property. I would highly recommend Blake and Waltham Services.

The person who comes to our facility is Dustin. He is someone that always does a good job. He is pleasant to all the departments he needs to visit. I personally feel comfortable contacting him when he isnt at our facility to ask a question or talk to him about any issues. Kudos to a ob well done!
