I submitted an online request for an inspection, someone called me within a few minutes and very quickly got me scheduled. Paul came out to the house the next day and was very friendly and had excellent customer service. He explained every thing very well and was patient with all my questions and concerns! Economy Exterminators of Wilmington, NC have been a great company to work with. Since beginning to use them, we have rarely had the sugar ant problem that was bothering us. If we see an ant, they come back immediately. They, also, do a thorough inspection and give us a thorough report of what they sprayed and what they saw while at our home. We highly recommend them.

Mickey was very professional and on time. I had a small window of time to work with and he made it happen for me. After his thorough treatment I havent had any other issues. He was careful where he treated due to my cats. He gave me recommendations on how to keep the issue under control. He got the job done in the time I needed, did a great job, was courteous of my house and possessions, and was very kind, all at a great price. This is the definition of great customer service. Purchased this service for my mothers home, she said the service was great and she hasnt seen a roach in months.

Made an appointment for 9/10 for a termite inspection, cleared my own clients for the afternoon and when the time came for the appointment. The technician called to say he was running an hour behind and needed to reschedule. Didn’t mind doing it, it was inconvenient but things happen. The new app was scheduled for today 9/17…again cleared my schedule and when the appointment time came, no one showed up. Called and talked to Scott the Manager and was told that the tech never rescheduled it in his end and he was now on vacation. No one was available to do the appointment and was again told I needed to reschedule. After two missed appointments I went with another company and would NOT recommend Economy Exterminators.

I am so impressed with this company and its employees! This morning and in the night for the first time in months I did not share my kitchen with uninvited and despised intruders. Yay!!! My communication with EVERY employee in this family owned business has been friendly, informative and honest. I find everyone that I’ve come into contact with at Economy Exterminators to be very professional and knowledgeable. Judy, one of the first points of contact is very friendly and helpful in dealing with billing or getting services set up. Matt has been the main person I’ve been working with and he is extremely kind and professional. I thought I had rodents in my attic and they came out right away to inspect it. They set me up on a plan where they come and spray for any bugs and will continue to check on any possible rodents. (None yet, thankfully!) They even built a door and replaced the broken one I had underneath my house in the crawl space, got me a working dehumidifier (that they installed), and made sure my insulation was good, as all of this will help me prevent bugs, mold, and rodents. I have never dealt with a company that is this professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them for all of your pest needs. You won’t be disappointed! Just moved here from New York and after my dogs would constantly run back inside with their paws covered in ants, and then finally seeing my third “Junebug” 🙄 lol, I said enough is enough. Let me tell you - These pest came into my kitchen from a brand new appliance ( even unboxed outside) and quickly invaded my life!Hard to kill (I had one in a sealed zip lock bag for a week before it died!) and they reproduce FAST! Paul was punctual, happy, safe (wore a mask), and explained my contract in detail. He was a happy person with a great demeanor. He and the office team were able to start our extermination right away.

So far so good! I bought a place in August and had a kitchen sink problem and a bug problem. I started the Battle of the Bug myself but realized quickly that I need adult supervision. They came out quickly and did their thing. I dont have much basis for comparison using exterminators, but customer service has been top notch and the bugs have been greatly diminished in numbers!

Never have a problem! They show up every time I call! And handle all of my needs perfectly! Customer service is always excellent!

They wasted no time in coming out when I called. Their representative was very knowledgeable and honest. He knew a lot about the technicality of NC regulations and all the bugs and treatments. I chose to treat since this is a rental and termites must be diligently monitored in this humid climate. I was pleased the the treatment was quick and I didnt have to be at the site. At my primary residence I have a problem with carpenter need. They treated once but Ill call them again to re-treat. Those bees are very persistent, but I have confidence theyll be taken care of soon.

Paul is the nicest guy ever! First, we had to reschedule our appointment because of car issues, and without ever even meeting us he offered to drive out and help. Not annoyed by cancelling on him, just concerned with our safety. When we finally rescheduled, which Paul made super easy by being flexible with our odd work hours, he was even nicer in person! I have tons of animals and he was very kind to them and help organize our extermination around keeping them safe(#1 priority). Along with just being a great guy, he KNOWS what he is doing! Extremely knowledgeable about the process we would be going through and thoroughly told us exactly what would be our job to fix our problem and what their job would be. We havent had the actual extermination done yet, but if Paul has faith in his company, than I do too.

I am temping at a property, and was quite impressed with Economy employee Morgan. She was incredibly thorough in assessing the problem, with one of the units here, and made sure that the issue was addressed, and that it would be resolved a timely manner. Her technician showed up not one hour later, and treated the unit to resolve part of the issue. Economy went out of their way to help this property gain resolution to this issue, and is even returning next week, to complete treatment. Thats what I call great customer service!

Last night my wife and I were getting ready to watch a movie when we heard rats scurrying around above us. There were small screaming noises which sounded most likely like babies. We called a handful of places but When Paul calles us he sounded like he had a ton of experience with pest removal. He was extremely professional, polite, and personable. He worked late on a Saturday to help us out. The service was more affordable than I anticipated as well. When Pat came out shortly after to do the service, he was extremely thorough and answered every question with detail. We called them because of the reviews and we’re glad we did.

I was having moisture issues in my crawl space, and they quickly fixed the issue with new plastic sheeting and a very reasonably-priced dehumidifier.I feel so much more comfortable knowing they have helped protect my house. Living near the coast bugs are always a problem, even more so with two small boys in the house leaving food everywhere. Economy exterminators does a great job keeping the bugs outdoors and they do it for a reasonable price. The stuff they use is pet and children safe and we are very satisfied
