This has to be the hottest place in town! The staff is amazing, always greeting you when you walk in and ready to help in a split second. “Gyms” can be intimidating but the team at Hotworx made me feel like family and it’s what brings me in daily!

I’ll start by saying HOTWORX is definitely unique, and the staff are indeed fabulous! They do remember you by name, which is so nice!I could spend up to 2 1/2 hours in the gym and not sweat as much as I do in 30 minutes here. I love the multitude of work outs, and of course the saunas! If your exhausted and just wanna relax and sweat/detox, by all means! It’s been such a great addition to my routine. Would recommend to friends and family

I honestly don’t know why I didn’t join sooner. I love being able to sign up for whichever class I want to try and the diversity of the options they have. They are always super accommodating and awesome !! Don’t walk run to join them today !!

Saw an advertisement on Instagram and thought Id give it a try. I loved it! Ive done virtual workouts on another platform for 1.5 years and this is just like it but with the added sauna and infrared to take the workouts to the next level! Stoked to have joined and found this hidden gem.

HOTWORX on Gordon Rd is amazing. The staff here knows each of the members by name and our personal goals. If someone told me 90 days ago that I would be down 30 lbs and 2 sizes, I would say they were crazy. But guess what I am. I believe everyone should give this a try. I cannot say enough about Hotworx of Wilmington! This place is truly a gem. The owners, staff and other members are amazing. The workouts are great. The sauna and infrared heat takes away any pains I am having and helps me detoxify and burn a ton of calories! I love it so much I try to go every day and it keeps me feeling great. I have been a member at Hotworx for a few months now and I can’t imagine going to any other gym. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Whether I want to work out for 15 minutes or an hour or more... I can schedule my sessions around my schedule. They offer access 24/7! The infrared saunas make you burn more calories and feel absolutely amazing when your done. I have found the I sleep a lot better ever since going to Hotworx as well! The benefits are absolutely worth it.

I’ve been going to Hot Worx for a little over a month and it has been such a great experience! Especially with the pandemic happening worrying about safety and cleanliness, I love that each individual sauna only allows 2 people in it and you can be spread out. I also have the option to go in alone or just with a friend if I want and not be with anyone else. The ease and flexibility of booking and canceling classes is one of my favorite parts! There are so many options throughout the day and they are all 12-30 minutes long which is great for a flexible schedule! And LOVE that there is no penalty for canceling classes unlike other gyms and studios. Anthony and the whole team are always so friendly and welcoming and go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to be successful! You won’t get bored with these classes and you will feel so energized after your first time sweating it out in the sauna. I definitely found my new fitness home!

Craig, Danny and Anthony are the best! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Hotworx is extremely clean and allows for social distancing while COVID is still an issue. Amazing customer service and the therapeutic benefits of the sauna are fantastic.

Very inconsiderate staff- I could not tolerate the workouts due to experiencing terrible headaches after workouts and was still charged a cancellation fee of $99!!- even thought they give a free workout session how are you suppose to know with one session that you are able to tolerate the workout! Unbelievable

The owners and staff here are amazing ! They’re so knowledgeable, helpful and personable. The workouts are great and even better inside the saunas with the infrared heat!! First and foremost, the facility is ALWAYS clean and organized. The staff are super kind, helpful and encouraging. And the Infared heat and workout sessions have truly helped my back issues! Would recommend for any age, any size and those who suffer from injuries!

This place is awesome! Working out in 120+ degrees will force your heart to work harder than normal to stay cool, resulting in a more intense workout. I felt as exhausted after one 15 minute session in the sauna as I did after a half hour run!The owners, staff, and management are all extremely helpful and courteous, go check it out!

Hotworx is a great workout! Its something really different. I am someone who has been active my entire life. Ive been a dancer, runner, tennis player, a strength trainer. Hotworx offers an incredible workout and detox. I absolutely love and understand the benefits of far infrared saunas so when you combine classes that consist of cycling, yoga, pilates and so on, I was extremely excited to try! I have been going consistently for a few months and I immediately notice an improvement in the quality of my skin, reduction of inflammation and pain in my neck and back from an injury, weight loss, more energy, more flexibility, better sleep and just an overall a more improved and effective work out.The owners, manager Anthony & staff always welcome me and my fellow workout buddies and invite us to their friendly environment. Love being able to come in whenever I need to. Super busy life makes it hard to make health a priority. They have enough free weights that I can get in my regular strength training and then a quick sauna workout and I feel ready for the day. Thanks for making it easy!

HotWorx is my new addiction! I have enjoyed each workout they have to offer and I leave feeling accomplished every time. This is a very clean facility and although we are in a pandemic I feel like HotWorx takes that extra step to make sure you feel safe. If you have thought about joining but haven’t yet, DO IT! It’s worth every penny!

Whats not to love about Hotworx! Great workout in half of the time that you will spend at any other gym, but is it not just a gym it is The Gym/Yoga studio . The amazing Staff very professional and attentive, excellent customer service always available to the members with a beautiful smile. The studios are heated (infrared), I personally enjoy the Hot cycling havent missed a day since i signed up it is worth every penny :) it is very easy to schedule your sessions and you can access the premises 24/7..For anyone out there looking for something different, a great gym whether you want to lose weight, stay healthy or if you just need a soothing place with a great atmosphere were you can disconnect from daily stress and have a Me time try Hotworx no regrets!!!!!!

Hard to get in classes due to large # of members, difficult to cancel. The managers were very nice until you needed to cancel then it was how much $ can I get out of you before you go.

When you walk into the studio, the staff makes you feel like the only member in the room the entire time you are there. For someone who belongs to multiple fitness studios in Wilmington, I can confidently say that HOTWORX is the friendliest and cleanest of them all. Ive been a member since day one and it was one of the best things I could have done for myself.

Love the workouts at HOTWORX! They are challenging but with the infrared heat, the soreness is minimal! There is also such a variety that it helps with boredom of workouts and you work different muscle groups with each one for a truly whole body workout! The staff is great and always very helpful! I have finally found a workout place that I feel like I can sustain no matter what my physical limitations or age limitations might be!

I love HOTWORX it’s a different way to exercise. I can tell it’s helping me to lose weight and tone my body. Also the exercise doesn’t hurt my injured knee. My favorite is HOT BlAST. It’s just 12.5 minutes of exercise but I feel like did an hour.

Hotworx is definitely an awesome place for every type of work out. Whether you are looking for free weights, HIIT, cycling, yoga, pilates, or any other isometric workout THIS IS THE PLACE to be. I love that I have access to so many workout options. One monthly membership and I get access to what I would need multiple memberships for. I especially love this gym because it’s the perfect place for my boyfriend and I to go TOGETHER. He has his weights, and I have my Sauna workouts. If you’ve been thinking about it...I definitely recommend giving Hotworx a try!
