Horrible business practice, good job loosing customer who brings you at least $50 a month over $2 socks. Came today with my 6 year old son, who wore trampoline socks from different trampoline place in Washington state, EXACTLY same ones Flip N Fly sell for few bucks. He was so excited and waited in line with other kids to get his time to jump. only to have the guy at the entrance to the trampolines stop him and say his socks are wrong and he cant jump till I buy him different ones. Just like a huge dude at the entrance to night club, but denying a 6 year old. It was very humiliating for my son to be send back in front of other kids, he start crying and walked away. I asked the lady at the desk why wouldnt they let him jump in specifically designed trampoline socks (that I remind you EXACTLY SAME as the ones they selling). She said it was for insurance reasons, yeah right! Maybe for a reason you want to make $2 extra bucks on top of me already paying $18 for one hour jumping, or maybe because you dont want the trampoline park from Washington state promoted on your ground? Anyhow Im glad Wilmington has more trampoline places and by being rude to 6 year old you lost a customer for the next 12 years ... I hope the $2 was worth it for you, Defy Gravity here we come

Weeknights are the best time to go! My teenagers definitely love Teen night in Fridays but when youre looking for low key time to hang out with the younger ones in the family, weeknights @ Flip N Fly is the place to be! Plenty of room & options for them to choose from.

A friend and I took my daughters here roughly around midday. It was rather busy due to the day camps but still all the children there were having such a good time. The staff was super friendly and the place is so huge there is plenty of stuff to do for all the kids. It would have been great to have a place like this around when I was younger. I will definitely be bringing my daughter is back again in the near future.

My sons 10th birthday was yesterday and all he wanted was to go here. We didnt book a party but all of the staff was so kind to him! Especially Miss Alex who even left him a note saying happy birthday when she got off. She really went above and beyond and Jack had a great time. Thank you Alex💯😍

A favorite for My kids. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive to the kids. Hope they are able to institute a monthly pass like they did with their summer pass. This was a great resource to supplement camp 3-4 days a week.

Awesome!!! My kids (ages 11, 6 and 4) prefer this trampoline park over the other trampoline park in Wilmington. Everything is well kept and seems very clean. They offer an area dedicated for just 6 year olds and under. They have a snack bar with good variety and also an arcade area.

My grandchildren enjoy trampoline parks so we decided to give this a try, we asked for the military discount and they asked to see their fathers card. I explained multiple times he had passed away during active duty and had been in in long enough that they retired him. They didnt want to honor my word and said they had to see a card. I, unfortunately lost my temper stating how could I show a dead mans card and why would I lie about my son dying! Its a $4 discount for children who deserve it more than any other. They lost their Daddy while he was serving this country, where is the compassion???? I will not return...

This is a great place for kids and adults. Im not a jumper but we had my daughters 6th birthday here and everyone had a blast. Also Alex was our party planner for the 2 hours and she was so helpful and sweet. She even put on the candles and cut our cake for us. Thanks for making it a fun day!

Really cool open area trampoline park. Challenging Ninja Warrior type area and plenty of ramps and swings to keep you busy. Great for kids & adults.

Took my family here this morning as soon as they opened. They absolutely loved everything about this place. Plenty of activities and space for everyone to play and have a blast doing it. Faculty was very clean from the front to the restrooms. Staff was very attentive and friendly. If you are looking for a way to wear out you active children then look no farther.

If you’re like us and had a rainy vacation day, this was super fun to kill some time with our kiddo! 1.5 hours that felt like 3 of just having fun- lots to do…..dodgeball, obstacle courses, a kiddie area, ectThe staff was helpful with a situation I had when we first arrived. I took my 3 year old to the bathroom, and arrived to about seven teens in the (very small) bathroom making tik toks….one of which was a boy. Instead of clearing out, they proceeded to laugh at our startled faces and kept making tik toks while I tried to take my child to the restroom. They were so loud my child started crying asking them to leave (they didn’t). I went out and told a staff member what was happening and a manager went in immediately to ask them to leave.The staff monitoring the jumping were doing an okay job. Bigger kids tend to run all over the place and not pay attention to the little kids, and the staff doesn’t really care although you’re not supposed to run. But if you’re an adult watching your kid, it’ll be fine. We’d go back in a heartbeat!

Very cool place. We had a lot of fun. Reasonable prices for families and they use hand sanitizer like crazy. However, very crowded and social distancing is impossible. The cubby rooms to put your stuff are super tight so wear a mask there for sure. Jumping around does not require mask though.

My wife and I have a 7 year old and a 4 year old that adore this place. Admittedly, its fun for us adults as well!!! If you get a chance to be a kid again, give this place a try! It wont disappoint.

A modern, well equipped, trampoline park. The check in is polite, quick, and simple. A great value for the entertainment and experience. Its not a let your kids run wild place, you have to monitor them, due to the mix of younger and older kids. Staff is always helpful, but ultimately you have to be involved too. Our kids have a blast, the facility is clean and gorgeous. I want to stress, you have to monitor, kids can be rough. Thats our parental duty. The facility rocks, its a great, family oriented place.

My family loves Flip N Fly! They have a dedicated toddler jumping area which I love. A great place to let toddlers burn some energy, and its a great/fun workout for parents! It is a clean and well maintained facility.

Having fun has no age requirement! Flip N Fly has something for everyone. If you have children under 3, there is a separate jump zone for them. If you want a birthday party there, they have customized birthday rooms! If you want to take a break from all the flying, there is a cafe full of snacks and refreshments! Flip N fly is the perfect venue for everyone! I had a great time and I’m sure you will too! Check them out!

Not your average trampoline park. Lots of different things for the kids to do. The glow jumping was pretty cool. The kids loved it!

I love that they have a space designated for smaller children. It makes me feel like I can enjoy the space with my toddlers so much more. I was also so amazed that the owners opened up for a free day after the community experienced such devastation after hurricane Florence. Such compassionate people!

I will start with the positive... very clean, awesome music, friendly staff and plenty of parking! I could only give 4 stars b/c I had my sons birthday party there yesterday and no one mentioned that I would need to arrive early to sign waivers. Considering you only get 1 hr of jump time for a party, we spent 20 minutes of that time signing waivers for the whole party! I also wasnt aware that after the kids ate, you dont get the option to let them go back and jump for the remaining time without paying extra. For the price of the party, I feel that option shouldnt be extra unless youre adding extended time! Overall, we had a great time but I probably will not book another party there in the future!

We bring our Grandkids to Flip n Fly often. It’s an amazing trampoline park. Very safe and clean. There’s something for everyone, young and old. The park is located in a very nice area of Wilmington. I learned later that the owners of Flip n Fly do an extraordinary amount of Public service for the Wilmington community, schools and the general public. I appreciate a company that thinks of others, it says a lot about the character of Flip n Fly. For all of these reasons, we will be back. We all love this place!!

We had a wonderful family outing at Flip N Fly last week! This place is a rare gem that’s EQUALLY fun for parents and kids alike.We used to go to Defy Gravity weekly, but it was often too rowdy for my toddler when lots of older kids were there... Can you imagine my surprise and joy to see the gated/separated “Kids 6 & Under” area at Flip N Fly?! It was exactly what I didn’t know I needed.If you have more than one kid, the wide open vantage points from any of the trampoline areas is super appreciated. I could keep eyes on my whole family from anywhere I was standing. I also love the concession area where we got yummy refreshments after all our jumping and playing. The arcade area was really nice looking too, although we were too tired to take that on!I can’t wait until we get to go again. Love this place now 👌

Flip and fly is so great. We have been several times now with my three kids ranging from toddler to big kid. The wide open concept makes it easy to keep track of everyone and the toddler zone was a life saver !! The staff was on top of there game assisting and monitoring the crowd. We are able to grab some snacks there and then went out in Mayfaire for lunch. Great location, fun environment, all around loved it. Can’t wait to go back !

I overly enjoyed my visit there. me and my friend were in town and thought it would be great to go. a great idea! my friend was very enthusiastic due to the inclusion of aerial silks and the lyra (even though the aerial hoop was not up at the time). she felt as it gave respect and regard to aerialists and the use of circus arts in america. we even made two friends with two young boys and it was very fun and enjoyable. my brother was ecstatic over the trampolines and we all had so much fun!! 5/5 stars, much better than defying gravity.

They have glow nights on the weekends sometimes and the kids love it! Since jellybeans closed down weve looked for a new place for kids Saturday night fun nights and this pkave is great!

This is a really fun place to go and drop your kids off at. It has a gigantic trampoline and dodgeball arena! The only downside is the staff, if you accidentally hit a kid in the face at dodgeball you get yelled at or get kicked out. And its a soft ball, please find a solution to this..

We were visiting family this weekend. It was busy, but there was no wait for us to get the kids in. We had a 6yo, 5yo and a 13 month old girl with us. The areas were great, and they had a separate area for the little ones 6 and under. But I was able to take all the kids to the main bounce area and there was plenty of staff watching but no issues came up. Pricing was not bad, $8 for each older child, socks were $3 for adults/kids and $2 for the little one which are required. Affordable for 4 of us going in, and had a full hours worth of entertainment. Will definitely be going back again once we visit!

Huge, clean, super cool, state of the art facility in great location. My very active 3 year old daughter enjoyed playing and pushing herself to do new physical activities while stimulating herself to think through the obstacles. So many activites mean we will continue to return to try new things and burn more energy! The staff was professional and personable. As a parent, my favorite part is being able to view the entire facility from any vantage point but I also love to jump too!

This place provides a great venue for kids to run around and have a great time. When you have young boys like I do, this is the perfect place to let them burn energy with their friends. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the various activities are well supervised.

This is the best trampoline park in wilmington. We have visited other ones in town but at flip n fly the staff is much friendlier, the prices are great, and the atmosphere is perfect. They also have a gated off section for children 3 and under which is perfect for those rambunctious toddlers that want to be free to run around and have you feel worry free and not have to worry about them being trampled by the older children. As a mom who brings 3 under 3, I highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again soon.

My son visited this cool place today for the second time. Our first visit was great. I noticed how attentive the staff was to safety and monitoring all areas of the facility.Today however I am sad to say the staff fell very, very short of this. My son was in the dodge ball area with his sitter...just them...no official dodge ball game going on. A group of 4 boys, aged 15, started to play and suddenly came within a foot of my 9 year old son and started throwing the balls at his face repeatedly. Stupid kids, yes....inappropriate, yes....but the really unfortunate part is that the staff did nothing even when my sons sitter reported it, and complained to the manager when it happened again! The sitter took my son out of there and spoke to the manager again... asking for an apology to my son...nothing was done. Very disappointing.

My nephews had a blast! Love the fact you can just drop off the kiddos if you want. Facity was clean and modern. I think it is pricey but the hoing price at all parks seems to be the same at $14 an hour. Socks are $3 per pair. Ouch!

We went on a night that was for kids with special needs. When we arrived it was 7:20 and they closed at 8. We thought that we would not be able to let our boy jump. But the staff was great they allowed us to jump flip and fly until 8pm. We had the place all to ourselves and our boy felt like he was King of the world. Great job to the staff that night

This place is so amazing...it’s better then all other trampoline parks because once you get a skill on the trampoline you can use a airtrack! And most places I know do not have a airtrack. Also their food is amazing. The also have many obstacles, and the even have a place in the corner for 5 and under so the don’t get hurt in the bigger kid section. And don’t worry if you don’t want to jump they also have an arcade with the most fun and simple games. I give flip n fly a 10000/10 rating❤️.

FlipNFly is AWESOME!! My boys (5&8) have an absolute blast every single time we go! Every time is like a new experience with everything they have to offer :) the arcade is great to extend the fun beyond the Fly time & they LOVE their pizza!
