Ive been going to Rise Fitness regularly for 6 weeks and have been blown away by the quality of the trainers, facilities, and community thats been cultivated. The culture is incredibly supportive and motivational, but Shawn and his team are just as comfortable pushing you to stretch your comfort zone as they are celebrating the small wins.As a former college athlete, it was important to me to find a home gym that provides me the old locker room camaraderie while being flexible enough to fit my schedule. I love intense workouts and I love being part of a group oriented for growth. Ive found all of this and more at Rise.I cant recommend this gym and team highly enough to anyone interested in making positive changes to their fitness lifestyle through functional fitness training, nutrition advice, and uplifting socialization.

Excellent gym! As an endurance athlete I was prone to injuries not having a regular strength training routine and coaching. Since joining the Rise community I have gotten stronger and have been able to prevent injuries through the focus on mobility and range of motion. The knowledgeable coaches help you achieve your goals no matter how big or small and truly want to see you succeed.
Incredible gym! I used to go to different professional and in 6 months I had zero results, I started working out with terra, I’m in love! She’s good, she doesn’t let you stop she controls what you eat she’s really focused on our results and core. I was highly recommended to this gym and I’m glad I’m here! My life changed, my body changed and I have awesome healthy new friends! Best way to spend your money! On your health in a place that really takes care of you! I have 4 gym membership in town and this is by far the best!!!
Rise Fitness has been one of the best places Ive trained. Shawn and his staff are incredibly good at what they do, and the results prove it. I came into the gym looking to gain strength and Shawn has helped me do just that. He is very passionate about what he does and pays attention to detail. I started at Rise with a 1 month challenge where I lost weight, decreased body fat percentage, and got hooked on the group classes. It was an easy choice to join and become a member. Almost 2 years later, Im still challenged by the trainers to push myself and become stronger.The facility has all the equipment you need, and youll never be intimidated to try something new because knowledgable trainers help you through technique and best practices.
