Ive been seeing Royce here as a personal trainer for about 4 months and I am so happy with this decision. He is so encouraging and you can really tell he cares about his job and his clients. I feel incredible and the price is great. If you want a person trainer Royce is your guy. He knows how to push me to be better. I also have an injury that he is able to work around. Come see Royce if you want to change your life.

I very much enjoy coming to this gym. I started coming here because the Cape Fear Roller Girls train here. I always hope that they would be here working out when I come in the door but, alas they have always eluded me. I Pictures of Me coming on the rollerskates and going from machine to machine doing exercises. I picture that they would be on the running machine wearing the roller skates.

Using this gym for 1 week while on vacation, super clean, organized and all the equipment seems new and in great condition. I will miss this place when we return home. Also, close enough to Carolina Beach to make the drive.

Wow! Just wow! I have been to many AF establishments, and besides my home club, in Gilbertsville pa, AF Wilmington NC is an absolute gem!

I would highly recommend this gym to anyone in the Wilmington area. There’s more than enough space (throughout the floor plan and a side room for stretching, core workouts, etc), quality equipment, and great service. The manager is fantastic at his job and welcoming to anyone considering joining. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and will continue to recommend people to this facility.

Rather expensive. Nicer gyms in the area for much less. Also was a hassle to cancel.

Very clean very organized. Plenty of equipment/space regardless of the workout. Never have trouble finding machines even with some down due to social distancing guidelines. Genuinely feels like is set up for ALL workouts

Perfect little gym. They expanded into an adjoining area so it’s a decent size now. They have all the standard machines in addition to lots of equipment to allow you to do your own thing (exercise bands, chains, bosu balls, free weights, yoga equipment, etc.). Since being open during covid, the gym has been very clean and well kept. The staff is very nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

This gym stays very clean and was close to me when I lived on the other side of town! Great price considering I could show up anytime day or night.

Tiny gym and fairly crowded for what it is. They have lots of machines, aerobic equipment and a large yoga studio/space but everyone uses the small little free weight section. Kind of pricey for what it is. Would not recommend unless you are trying to lift on really odd times of the day as that seemed like the only real perk.

This place is great! No judgement, nobody staring at you like you dont belong. The staff is truly caring and helpful. The equipment is top notch and clean.And the other people working out, so helpful of you need anything. So polite.I REALLY do enjoy my workout sessions here. At any time of day or night.Sorry about the guy in all the pictures... ...I am just happy I lost 26 lbs 😁

My wife and I have been in search of a good gym and our search is over! Anytime Fitness is just what we were looking for- friendly staff, well maintained equipment, clean facility, you can workout anytime of the day and the owner Steve is a very nice guy! They also offer classes and personal training. They have 2 locations and this location will be expanding over the summer. Were so glad we found this gym, we love it and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great, friendly gym!

My experience was spoiled by by the cancellation process and the way the staff/general manager handled it. Phone goes unanswered and messages unreturned. This lack of customer service and courtesy seemed to of no concern to upper management. In the beginning, they were super friendly and great at getting you in the door.

I came to Wilmington from New York for a wedding. I needed a gym for a few days to call home so that I could keep my training schedule. I was lucky enough to stumble into Martha. She treated me with such kindness and respect, it made me feel like I had been a member there for years, when really I had only been there a few days. Martha is a force! I would be working out and I would see Martha vacuuming and dusting off equipment non-stop. I have been to about 10-15 different gyms across the country, and I had never seen someone so incredibly dedicated to keeping the gym so clean and presentable. If I did not live in NY, I would have signed up that day and made Anytime Fitness my new home base for working out. Martha, you rock!!!!

Im a trainer and former gym manager. This facility has the right team, great equipment, training environment, and price points in the region. Great energy and motivation pulls your experience together at this facility. I was really down about Wilmingtons gym venue but now Im psyched and love being at this gym. I have been living at this gym for the past week. They offer free classes with membership. They have inexpensive tanning. Plus, I get a complimentary cup of coffee to reward myself post-workout. I only wish they had some form of childcare options... But itll be easier for me when they open their Leland location!

Amazing gym, the staff is very knowledgeable and also work out on the same equipment that they train and teach classes on, they are comfortable working with people of all fitness levels even if you have never touched a barbel before or if you are a seasoned fitness competitor they have the skills and abilities to help you move to the next level at a pace that works for you even if it means pushing you to work a bit harder. The facility is clean even on weekends and the people who workout there are polite and courteous towards others in sharing equipment. This is a place that couples and individuals can find a lifestyle fitness support system.

Not bad for the price, would be much better if they added 2-3 more squat/deadlift areas.

I loved my gym experience every time Ive gone. Small locations but theres are more than one in town thats not far apart so theyre never crowded. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to do whatever you need to get you to your goal. And the price per month is right on time!! I say join....

My home gym. Its small but has everything youd need, and its always immaculately clean. Bill, the owner, is helpful and makes sure the gym is well maintained. Always a pleasure seeing Martha when I visit as well!

I wanted to say how thankful I am to have the gym reopened. I am glad that the management was able to find the loop hole to be able to open. There is plenty of cleaner and wipes when I go in. The staff is doing an excellent job with cleaning. Thank you

The gym is fine however the employees are ethically questionable. I came on a Sunday, an older grey haired white worker happened to be there so I asked about the free trial for a family member. He told me we no longer do the free trial. I told him weird bc i just did it like two months ago. He said we got rid of the free trial last month. I then look online and it says its still around and then my sister in law walked in on her own two days later and he offers it to her. Im not saying this is a racist moment for sure but it is questionable. Im a Hispanic looking woman and she is a white lady. I just dont understand otherwise why he would straight up lie to my face! I am ending my membership either way.

If you havent at least gone in for a tour you need to check this place out. First of all its the only gym that really has that judgement free feel.... Secondly has the cleanest bathrooms Ive ever seen at a gym & the showers are private... Ive never had an issue with the tanning beds the bulbs seem new almost Everytime I tan & Ive never had to wait for a piece of equipment.

Ive been to several of these gyms across the country. This one is a bit small, mostly due to the separated exercise room. Everything is brand new and nice though. Its open 24/7 like all other gyms, not the limited hours Google shows.

Very frustrating to have no cardio equipment when I arrive due to the “rush hour” and even more frustrating to have people yelling and hollering including staff that I can hear over my headphones in full blast. It did not used to be this way and has become a disappointing experience the majority of the time.Seems like there are too many members now and not enough space.
