Crystal Clear Shine pressure washed my entire house, driveway and sidewalks after too long of a period of neglect. I was amazed at how much their work made me love my home again. The guys from Crystal Clear Shine are the best! Cal and Taylor arrived right on time, politely introduced themselves with a firm handshake, and went right to work. They cleaned a lot of windows (and storm windows!) at my rental house and did a wonderful job! All of the windows had multiple small individual panes, so it was a lot of work. Cal and Taylor worked quickly but carefully and efficiently, and the windows look amazing! The house now looks so much brighter and cleaner inside and out. These two young men were delightful to have at my house, and I greatly appreciated their work ethic and courteous manner. I will be calling them again soon! We had Crystal Clear Shine Clean come to our house May 17th 2017 to quote to do our windows. Seth Langston [President] was the person who arrived and quoted the job.He walked the outside of our home and came inside and quoted our windows. After thought is he never explained how he came up with his quote and I should have inquired also.In his tour of the outside he recommended the metal roof be clean and this should be a yearly item per him. Also clean the siding, and driveway and when they got done it would be so bright.When Crystal Clear Shine crew arrived as scheduled [2 men] they had no idea of what the job scope was and my wife and I had to explain to them. They then required a water hook-up, again not explained to us when quoted.The windows came out fine as I would expect from any one cleaning windows. When they finished the job they came to door and said we could pay them. They had no paperwork, invoice and they said we could get an invoice sent to us and we agreed.Next, by e-mail from Seth, we get a quote for the roof, siding and driveway cleaning quote but still no invoice for the windows. We finally get work order not an invoice but no terms or conditions, when it is due or even worded correctly.I respond to him about this and also I’m talking to the original roofing contractors about the roof and siding since we have warranty on these. I told him roofing, siding contractor asked why we would touch the metal roof, and the purpose of the metal roof is to save on maintenance cost and time. There is no need to do anything to the roof and if you clean it in the future do not use just a pressure washing crew since they can cause more damage than good and void warranties. The roofing contractor travels by our house all the time and uses it as a selling tool for other homes.I passed this information on and the next thing I get by e-mail is the same work order but saying were past due and due the date I get the same work order invoice with a statement “Crystal Clear Shine is a small business and we do not make our clients sign agreement forms”. “Most service based companies just expect payment upon completion for residential work” This was never explained or implied when he quoted the job and if I knew they were just several guys with a pressure washer and a truck I would of never hired them.Seth only communicates by e-mail or text and even feels having to read and follow-up as he says “This is quite amusing to me”Seth business card implies he has a Licensed & Insured and we contact him [2] times for a copy of his business license and Insurance. He might find this amusing, but this is our major investment and I do not believe in having someone that thinks I’m doing business with as “amusing”. First time Seth says we will get the information, 2 times he blames someone at the office for not sending it out and as this is written it still has not arrived. He goes around selling the company as a small business but he has hurt the small business people with his actions and that is a shame. The work order that was e-mailed says QTY [1] window cleaning @190.00, No terms and Conditions, when payment is due. I understand after looking at the work/order invoice why the guys who came out did not have a clue what was expected from them.Also Seth does not communicate other than the first visit in person. He does not even follow up to see if the job is done and if they met the customer’s expectations. These are the things people should expect from a small business in Wilmington, not someone who instead of doing customer service and facing people face to face is networking with others I guess to avoid talking to the customer.This is Seth’s answer when you want him to answer questions about his company and services” This is something I personally know about seeing that I network with Hundreds (literally hundreds of companies)”Beware and make sure when you have someone working in your yard, home that they can provide all the documentation required and take your business seriously as I don’t feel Crystal Clear Shine does

Crystal Clear washed my house, driveway, sidewalk and did the gutter guard installation. Totally satisfied with all of it. They did the soft wash on the house instead of pressure washing. I trusted their expertise but wondered if they could get all the spiderwebs and discoloration off the soffetts, gutters, nooks and crannies etc. without blasting it off. Everything looked brand new when they were done. From the initial contact to the onsite estimate to the crew doing their work (I wasnt home at the time but the results spoke for themselves) to the price for all of it was a pleasure and Ill definitely use their services again. I highly recommend them.

My experience with Cal and Company was very professional and a very friendly experience. I had the windows done with the rest of the outside of the house. Every thing looks so bright and clean. It looks like a new house. I didnt realize how dirty the driveway and sidewalk was, but I could even tell the difference in them. The best part was getting the screened in porch done, it was so bad I hated to go out there, now as soon as its dry I going out with a drink and my dog and enjoy.
