After selling our home, I moved here with my husband and 5 year old, we couldn’t be happier! Christina Landing is a diverse community, where everyone is friendly. The building is kept clean and from what I am told there are some updates coming to the community space and media room. Fitness center is clean with just enough equipment overlooking the river. The apartments themselves are quiet and efficient. The leasing staff is friendly and the maintenance team very responsive. We were surprised how walkable to the riverfront it is! Many great restaurants and the children’s museum! Even our pup is happy to be able to run in the shared green space and walks along the river. Then there is Nate from Luna Blue pet services who takes the pups out at lunch time for some play and relief for a small fee! We just love it here!

My husband and I have resided here since September 2008. Location location location plus…We chose it because it had a diverse population, allowed pets and had a two bedroom, two bath-two balcony unit with the most spectacular sunrises and sunsets. We often have guests sit outside with us and enjoy the residents and their dogs and always meet a new neighbor. And can participate in viewing concerts and rowing tournaments on the River. We feel blessed every day!

I used to think this place was great but recently, there has been a staff change. The concierge is rude and does not help the residents. They have no idea what the policies are and are overall, pompous and not helpful. The older staff was way nicer and actually cared to help the residents. They knew us by face, even with our masks. The new staff just seems out of touch and rude. I will definitely not be renewing my lease.

Really nice place in a good location, with cool amenities like a gym and a mini theater. Management was responsive to issues and was very friendly. Best apartment Ive ever lived in, only reason I left is because I bought a house.

I really like this place! I have found the staff to be fantastic. They are friendly, no who I am and have been in my apartment multiple times and nothing is ever missing (addressing other comments). I have had them go above and beyond for me a few time during my time here. I really like the place. The only drawback ins the elevator sends some funny noises through the ducts, but other than that the place is really nice, really well run and a great place to live.

I lived here < a year and had a good experience. The staff was the most personable and welcoming of any rental property Ive lived in, from the day I toured/ signed to even after I left. There were minor issues here and there - one of the elevators took a few months to get repaired, but I didnt feel it interfered much because the rest of the elevators in this building are ridiculously fast. The amenities were what I needed, packaging services prompt, and the building has good relationships with the local maid service, the dry cleaners on the first floor, and pet sitters, which made life really convenient. There are a lot of dogs in the building but still clean and well kept and the backyard along the river is a great place if you have a dog. The neighbors were also friendly and considerate. Overall a happy place!

I lived here for a year and a 1/2. Paid them over $40k in rent and had the worst move out experience possible. Charged me $250 to clean carpets that were not dirty! This is not a luxury property by any means and the service couldnt be worse. Parking is an absolute nightmare as you have to park up 6 stories in a parking garage, you will hear the elevators all night long regardless of where your unit is, you will get towed if you leave your car in front for more than about 30 minutes, and then when you leave, they come up with these ridiculous charges at the end of the lease. On the plus side...you get to hear the gunshots of downtown wilmington while sitting on your balcony in the evening. I was paying $2700 per month rent and this is the service I got!!! Look elsewhere.
