My favorite place to shop. The gentleman know there stuff and will have you looking exclusive. My grandfather brought me to the store in Chester and Ive been shopping with collards n cuff since.

Can’t speak to their business practices as a clothing store. However, DO NOT ISE THEM FORTUXEDO RENTAL. No one in our party of 12 had a properly fitted tux. Some tuxes didn’t arrive until the day of the event. Owner was completely unresponsive to calls. Acted as if he was bothered to stay past 4 o clock for pickup. And I returned my tux in perfect condition…and 3 weeks later no deposit back. I CANNOT EXPRESS ENOUGH. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS STORE

Scott was very accommodating seeing us by appointment. Leonard was great helping us find just the right suit and accessories. The prices were very reasonable. Only down side to the whole experience, even with Corona was finding parking in the city.

We rented a tuxedo over the phone for a wedding my husband was in. With relatively short notice and providing measurements in an email, Collars n Cuffs did a wonderful job providing a beautiful tux at a great price. Scott was very friendly and helpful (especially to someone who doesnt know anything about tuxes). We also got some nice discounts! Also, after the wedding we were able to get the tux picked up from the Hotel DuPont where we stayed, which was critical since we live out of town. Overall, a fantastic experience with a great place that seemed to really care about the product they provide. 5 Stars and would recommend to anyone!! :)

My husband and I were referred to this place by our wedding venue and co-worker. We were having trouble finding the perfect suit/tux for our wedding. The guys here were excellent! They provided great service, had exactly what we were looking for and got us the tuxes we needed on a very tight time frame and at a fair price. I would definitely recommend them!

Ive rented tuxedos from these guys for 2 weddings, and both times they were awesome. The rentals were immaculate, they went above and beyond to make sure everything fit, and were sure to communicate with the wedding parties through every step of the process. I would highly recommend using this shop for your wedding needs.Recently I was in another wedding that used Mens Wearhouse to supply the suits, and it was an awful experience (suit didnt fit, no time too fix, super expensive, not a knowledgeable staff). Len and company are the exact opposite, they make sure everything is absolutely perfect, and if it isnt theyll bend over backwards to fix it.Also, in reference to the 1-star review on here: I know that person and can say that the 1-start review is a bit harsh. While I cant speak to their personal feelings, I know the suits in that wedding were immaculate too.

I have been in this store twice in the past week and I’m not sure what the issue is but getting service is like pulling teeth. No matter if you’re spending $25 or $2500; there is a need for urgency and customer service improvement across all levels.

They were very unprofessional. My fiance was a best man in a wedding this past weekend and every one of the groomsmen had some sort of problem with their tux. The gentlemen who came out to measure them seemed nice enough but i found it very unprofessional that he ended up drinking. On top of it when they went to go pick up their tux there was a lack of communication on their part, but almost every groomsmen had something that did not fit. One groomsmen needed a whole different tux. One was so tight he could barely move. If you plan on using them watch out theyll charge you for your pocket square and not tell you you can keep it and they will only give you half of your deposit back. We were planning on using them for our wedding but with all the problems its not even worth it.

Terrible, they were unprofessional! They had the nerve to talk about my sister (the bride) to the groomsmen, mocked her and with all the issues we had with the tuxes they never owned up to it being their fault. The day of the wedding the groom was missing his hanker-chief. They were nice enough to deliver it, as they should have but not with out literally huffing a puffing about it on the phone. They did nothing but make a stressful day more stressful. Very disappointing!
