Kim did a really bad job. She’s not open to talking about stuff. She’s super overpriced anything she does she charges more money than anybody. She doesn’t care about the quality of her work and she does not care if it fits you or not. If she does a bad job she cannot compensate anybody because all she cares about is money not the customer. She’s overpriced and does not do a good job. She doesn’t care about the customer All she cares about is money she’s one money hungry lady. You’re a user Kim and you treat people like garbage

I am from Kentucky, where eventually planning on moving closer to my family who already lives here in Wilmington NC. I had a pair of sweatpants that I had fixed in Kentucky since I had dropped a lot of weight. Problem was you can’t even buy those pants anymore so I wanted them taken in. Was so disappointed on the job the shop I used in KENTUCKY!Fast forward, I took them to the shop where they had to take out what they had already done then started over! WHEN I PICKED THEM UP IT WAS BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS THEY LOOK SO WONDERFUL, THAT I TOOK MORE ITEMS TO THE SHOP TO BE FIXED.I HONESTLY CAN SAY I HAVE FOUND MY ALTERATIONS SHOP, THE PRICES ARE REASONABLE, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND GOOD TURN AROUND!

Hands down best seamstress in town. Serious attention to detail. Fast and friendly. Reasonable pricing. The building is kept warm in the summer (in case you are trying on a suit). Ive had mens slacks and jeans hemmed, waist adjustment in slacks, and sleeves of suit jackets hemmed.

I had a gorgeous Blush dress with a train, beads, three layers, and mesh. The beaded bust needed to be taken in by, roughly, 1.5 sizes, while the train required removal and the length hemmed by a few inches.I needed this done in a little under 2 weeks for the USMC Ball.They did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING job!The dress was back the day before the ball. I almost cried from happiness.The women are SO kind, honest, and accommodating (and you cant beat the prices!).I highly recommend Kims Alterations!Fantastic experience!

Wow. I had an amazing experience at this establishment. I flew in from Canada for my best friends wedding in Wilmington. Upon arrival, we realized that my dress was really tight even though we had taken my measurement. The wedding was the next day. A lot of alteration places shut me down and told me it was impossible to fix, I was in tears as this was an important event and I literally couldnt breathe in my dress.. Kims alterations came to the rescue. They were able to totally fix my dress in a short period of time. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Found this shop via google...dropped off a jumper for alterations. It fits perfectly and the alterations took less than a week.
