I subscribed to the premium package and it works at any of the 7 locations, at least the 4 that I have scanned through. My truck wags its bed as I glide down outlining streets here in the greater Wilmington N.C. Clean as a whistlw!

We did drive in wash but I will never pay that agian, will hand wash mine.

Great Wilmington chain with multiple locations in the area. monthly plans for multiple car washes. Automatic and manual cleaning bays, credit cards and cash. Clean and well lit.

I purchased the deluxe package and there was still bird poop on my hood and sunroof that came off easily with a paper towel when I got home... not to mention the dirt still on my car... Wouldn’t recommend

My first experience was amazing. The lady sitting there was super helpful, super informative, and gave me an extra scrub. Will deff go back!

These are the kind where you drive in and it does the work for you. I hate that. It’s more expensive, I’d rather just spray it myself.

My husband bought me a new car 3 weeks ago, took the car to get the snow and salt sludge washed off. I decided to splurge and go for the $15 wash. Not only was there no soap in the car wash but my Fender came off the car. they told me that I would need to get a couple quotes so that they could get it taken care of.So I have to ride around with a fussy 21 month old just to be told Hello, ok so I talked with our Carwash guy and he said the car wash is not capable of pressure so hard it would break a part, we wash over a 100 cars daily and it doesn’t blow parts off cars.  They will not cover the cost to repair it though. Even though you can see on the surveillance camera that I came there and everything was fine but as soon as I exited the wash I had damage? Not to mention I was still on the property and had not left when I contacted them. Smh. I even went and moved stuff for them to block off the carwash, like they asked while I was on the phone with them reporting the problem, since it was out of soap. This place is ridiculous. Hope they go outta business soon cause they only care about money and not quality of care and repeat business. I have been a customer for about 10 years. I can honestly say I will make the drive to the carwash next to Hooters whenever I need a wash from now on.
