The extra touch of clean towels, spray and free vacuum is great. The manager also came around, inquiring of the customers if they needed anything and handing out dashboard wipes

Great deal on a monthly plan with AAA discount.I did notice some swirlys on my car (this is the first time I havent used a touch free wash) so that was a concern.On the plus side, the staff is very nice, the facility is clean and I appreciate the clean towels and glass cleaner bottles provided. Vacuums are super strong and the mat cleaner is great!

Honestly can get a better manual wash down the street. Splash n dash is way better. Always leaves bugs, never cleans wheels, and leaves dirt around the bottom of lower cars.

Nice place. Modern, the car wash got my car nice and clean. Free vacuums are nice but the best thing was the friendly attendant. Super helpful and love the convenience of having cloths and spray available to wipe down my interior. $8 for a basic wash and free vacuums. A bit pricey for me but I may check out their unlimited wash plan. Also download their app for a free wash.

Fairly standard automatic car wash with vacuums. I especially liked the vacuum stations each having two hoses. One long and narrow to get the nooks and crannies. The other short and wide to get the carpets and upholstery. I also liked the clip on mat holder stands so you dont have to get on the ground to vacuum your mats. The automatic wash was okay. I got the highest package and the car looked clean. However, the car and tires didnt really shine or look as clean as at other automatic carwashes when I have gotten their highest tier packages.

Amazing car wash! Just left and shining brightly. Great customer service and specials and the traffic flow is spot on when exiting to the vacums or to leave. Highly recommend.

Wilmington has several options for car washes this is best I have found yet. Will use for my business and recommend others.

The best wash in town friendly staff

I was very impressed this car wash. The finished product of my car after going through the tunnel was phenomenal. The staff was very friendly and the business is very clean down to the parking lots being spotless. The one thing I LOVED was the power of the vacuums. They rock! I travel a lot for work my car is often my office. I keep my car clean and this places really made it so easy. The vacuums can get everything. It’s not some cheap suction vacuum. This place is the Real Deal. I will definitely be back and definitely recommend.

Best car wash in Wilmington- thats saying a lot. Vaccums are amazing! They have a mat washer for ppl with rubber mats. Tje car wash itself did a phenominal job. The staff was great. I felt very safe- was even checked on by staff bc it was just me there and it was early morning. Also very very clean premises!

Great carwash. I have the $18/mo unlimited plan. You can do single washes but the plan made more sense. I wish you could do add-ons to your current monthly plan like if your plan doesnt include tire shine but you want it this time you should be able to pay a la cart. Other than that, staff are friendly and the free vacuum and floor mat washer is a great bonus. My car always looks fresh when I leave. Ill give five stars when the make add-ons available :)

Nice place.. the wash was good, but my car wasnt terribly dirty too begin with.. the vacuums, wipes and spray cleaner are a nice touch.

I belong to a car wash getting unlimited washing till I had a bad experience. Today I went to fin’s to try it out I had a few questions about the car wash and mostly the outside vacuuming which I have never used before. Shawn And Taylor we’re more than happy to help without me feeling like I am putting them out. Very friendly and professional. Not to mention the little extras like rags and cleaner an air freshener for your car free of charge. you think a car wash is just a car wash until you need something. it all comes down to service for me. the car wash and vacuum center is great but The service and professionalism puts them over the top of anybody else in this area. You think everything’s going good until something happens which happened to me at another place that I was previously going to you.

It was quick and fast. I like that they had towels and class cleaner, the vaccums worked well, and they had a machine you could use to actually clean your floor mats. Price is about average. You have to do it yourself.

The best place in the world to get your car washed

Great and reasonably priced.

First visit was good, got a lot of help by the manager of the other Fins regarding this one, getting me signed up for the club. Only issue was windshield and the normal bug issues up front not getting most but those can be tough unless they spray it first like some do. Obviously will be back!

Management is great. Car wash is always clean, and staff very courteous. Glad I have a membership....

After the wash was complete, the manager or owner came out and said that the tire shine didn’t do a good enough job, so he did my tires by hand. I really appreciate that level of customer service and for that alone, I will give them all of my business.

Grossly overpriced for a car wash. Purchased the higher end car wash and immediately regretted it. Throwing money out the window. Their system takes you in and out too quickly... no pauses ... will not patronize again.

Took my 93 f150 there their brushes ripped off my mirror it took it and spun it around and gouged my paint, sadly they didn’t want to pay for it the employees were very nice though and the free vacuums were cool

Off to a great start and glad they are here! As context, I happened to be the first customer on opening day, which was about a month into CoVid Lockdown. I also had just completed a landscaping project and the back hatch area of my SUV, all-weather matts. etc were trashed with dirt, pine straw, stone dust...you name it. And the exterior was same.Went for the premium wash ($18). Did a great job on the exterior, with the exception that the back hatch door and bumper didnt get clean. Spoke to manager who sad they are still getting the equipment calibrated. I get that. Most places Ive been have attendants operating power washers to prep front and back. All of the other exterior wash and coating etc worked fine, including wheel shine (didnt get any on the rims...a good thing). Drying is forced air only. Some places have now installed towel rollers, but Fins air dry did an excellent job...so no need for belts and suspenders.Shifting to interior, I was pleasantly surprised that the vacuums are set up with two on each pole (no waiting, or dragging hose across car). They have two nozzles, one wide mouth and one for narrow spaces. The unexpected surprise was the free, automated mat cleaner and dryer. Feed it in the top and seconds later it comes out the bottom, clean and dry. A good option to putting mat on provided clip board, spraying and scrubbing. Bottom line, the equipment available made the interior look like that landscaping job never happened!Management and staff were very attentive and appreciated all feedback. Bob, the Manager, ran competitor of similar format car wash on Oleander. So hes seasoned and passionate about clean cars and happy customers. This is important given what seems to be an influx of car washes in the area.Im going back today with my brides SUV...Im betting hes addressed the calibration...or at least figured out how SUVs back side will be cleaned.As a side note, during CoVid Lockdown, there are no microfiber towels and no spray bottles. These will be available once the restrictions are lifted. Bring your own for now.
