Had an overall great experience with Concept KB. I made my design choices with “some input” so our project was definitely about quality, cost and delivery of services. Waypoint cabinetry didn’t have tons of bells and whistles BUT is a solid, quality cabinet that offered the mid tone gray we wanted. For us the color and USA based construction were the important factors. Sully was easy to work with, and we hit it off from our first meeting. Any minor “bumps” along the way were addressed professionally, timely. Note - there weren’t many issues at all. Very minor touch up items. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them.

I have recently replaced all my kitchen countertop and installed backsplash using Concept Kitchen and Bath. I really recommend them to everyone. My house is fairly new but for some reason my countertop cracked so I had to replace. I visited several places to figure out what the underlying problem was and the guys at the Concept were the only ones figured out the problem and come up with a solution.They removed my old countertop, fixed the cabinet that wasnt installed properly by the builder and installed the brand new countertop. Perfect job!!! Then, it was time for the backsplash installation...that was the time I really loved their customer service. It took me very long time to figure out what I wanted and Sully worked with me patiently and helped to find what I wanted and did fantastic job installing it. We made the right choice!We did our due diligence before selecting a remodeler. We visited several other well known businesses. We did not feel they had our best interest at heart. From the moment we walked into Concept Kitchen and Baths showroom and met Sully, it was evident customer service is their # 1 priority!Sully spent several hours with us that first day. He listened to what we were looking for in our kitchen remodel and new flooring. He also communicated his philosophy of customer service. Concept Kitchen and Bath recently remodeled the bathroom in our 110 year old house. Never an easy task! We have a small kitchen in our town home that’s been super outdated. Let me tell you, Concept Kitchen and Bath turned that around. We now have a beautiful and functional kitchen. From the first meeting they (Sully and Melissa) made my husband and I feel comfortable. We had done some research before getting estimates but pretty much had no idea what we were doing. During planning and design they introduced things we didn’t know about and certainly not in a way that made you feel they were just looking to take your money. They were patient when we couldn’t make decisions.There was a point when we discovered our ceramic cooktop on a new/never used range had scratches. Home Depot and GE Refused to switch out the range when I called. Sully told us not to worry. He called, worked his magic and got them to replace our scratched range. If that’s doesn’t show how dedicated they are to customer satisfaction, then I don’t know what does. They addressed every concern we brought up. I can confidently say that we will use them for other projects in the future. It gives me a peace of mind to know I found a team that I can trust.Let me say the only thing I’m disgruntled about is the fact that we have neighbors trying to look into our window to see this new kitchen and nosy family members wanting to know how much we paid. From the minute I walked into the showroom door I was impressed. Sully ( the owner ) and his assistant Melissa greeted me apon arrival with warm greetings and smiles, no pressure like some businesses The show room is quite lovely and the selection is large enough that I changed my mind several times.I love my home but it had an older builder package kitchen, although functional it was old, dark and to be perfectly honest ugly. Although there was nothing we could do about the size, they worked their magic and with light bright cabinets ( that I’m in love with ) and a beautiful Quartz counter and the addition of a 30” floor to ceiling pantry and breakfast bar the kitchen feels so much larger. Concept Kitchen & Bath designed and installed all new kitchen cabinets (Fabuwood) and quartz countertops, including an island. The price was reasonable, they completed the job two days ahead of schedule, and we are very happy with the results. Most noteworthy was the customer focus and support provided by owner Sully and the designer Melissa. Throughout the design stage and job execution it was a pleasure working with them. They were fully involved at the job site and were immediately responsive when questions and issues surfaced. When cabinets were delivered they inventoried and checked for quality. They identified blemishes with some of the cabinets and had replacements parts delivered without delaying the job. They also got directly involved with some of the work to maintain schedule and ensure items were done to our satisfaction. We highly recommend them to others and wouldnt hesitate to hire them again for similar work.

We were clients of this business that a new owner, Sully, bought (used to be Ocean Kitchen and Bath). We had paid $40,000 for a kitchen and 2 bath renos. Had a contract. The old business had finished our small kitchen reno before they sold But when the busibess was bought, the new owner allegedly was not aware of the MANY open contracts he bought with it, and decided to not honor them, nor refund any money deposits given!! Sorry! Thats not ok! Many angry clients were caught up in an unfair situation. That is why they had to change the name of this place. So many complaints!! We had every right to litigate, but, in the end, chose not to become involved in the stress of it. It tells you everything you need to know about the person running this new operation. A mess!! I saw no talent in his new contstruction staff, as well. I say, Run! We had to turn to another business to finally pick up the pieces and finish our jobs, thus paying twice for everything, but Bella Kitchen Design came to our rescue and did a very professional job!! Karma will take care of the situation, Sully. This is America....
