I have been chasing them for a warranty repair for over two months. They do not return phones calls or follow up. Even our builder cannot get them to perform the required warranty work. I would avoid this company because they do not honor their word.

I had Eastern come out to a rental house and give an estimate. Salesman called and refused to quote due to the crawlspace being 20in off the ground. He said they prefer 30-36in. What he didnt realize is he lost a 4000 sqft new home. Never will I ever call them again.

We had Eastern Insulation come out to our home and look at our crawlspace for repairs. He was recommended by a realtor and we followed up 3-4 times about a quote. He never responded with pricing. I think 4-5 days is more than enough time to provide a quote to a customer. Would not recommend.

Recently delivered here, was tight but straight forward! Easy in easy out!

I called to get a quote, was told a salesperson would call me within 2 days. Week and half later still no call.

I had an estimate done by Patrick Gourley at Eastern Insulation and tried over 15 times in a month long period to set an appointment up for the work to be completed. Not only did he never return our calls, but the people at the office were no help what so ever either. I have never experienced customer service as bad as this company in Wilmington.
