I had an emergency on Christmas Eve. The parts service representative was very knowledgeable and had just the parts that I needed (3 other stores did not). I was just as impressed 3 days later as I need a special flange to repair a broken flange. Again the representative gave excellent advise and had all the parts I needed to complete the repair. I will be back!

I was referred to Ihrie Supply by my plumber after one of the big plumbing suppliers wanted to charge me $1,400 for shower hardware. When I said I couldnt afford that no alternatives were offered. I call my plumber and at Ihrie alternatives were offered big time. In the end they saved me $700 by showing me less expensive but quality materials that still have lifetime warranties by both the manufacturers and Ihrie. Additionally when there were excessive shipping delays they gave me another savings. Irhrie astonished me with their integrity and responsibility in a situation that was completely out of their control. In a business that is frequently stacked against the consumer Ihrie is a beacon of light.

Went in with a client today who decided to go with another company and the lady working was very snide to my client. Needless to say, I will never recommend this location to any client.
